JOSEPH J. CORASANTI (age 42) has served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and President since January 2007, having served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from August 1999 through December 2006 and having served as a Director of the Company since May 1994. Mr. Corasanti is also a member of the Board of Directors of II-VI, Inc. (Nasdaq: IIVI), a manufacturer of optical and electro-optical components and devices for infrared, e-ray, gamma-ray, telecommunication and other applications, where Mr. Corasanti is a member of the audit committee. He also served as General Counsel and Vice President-Legal Affairs of the Company from March 1993 to August 1998 and Executive Vice-President/General Manager of the Company from August 1998 to August 1999. Prior to that time he was an Associate Attorney with the law firm of Morgan, Wenzel & McNicholas, Los Angeles, California from 1990 to March 1993. Mr. Corasanti holds a B.A. degree in Political Science from Hobart College and a J.D. degree from Whittier College School of Law. Joseph J. Corasanti is the son of Eugene R. Corasanti, Chairman of the Board of the Company and Vice Chairman of the Company.

Prior to joining Buckingham, Mr. Mistler was CEO of ESCO Holdings, one of Max Capital's most successful portfolio companies, until its sale in October 2002. Prior to becoming CEO of ESCO Holdings, Mr. Mistler was an executive at Westinghouse Electric Corporation for 33 years. Mr. Mistler headed the Energy Systems Division with annual sales of $1.2 billion, the Elevator Service Division with annual sales of $350 million and was President of Westinghouse Saudi Arabia with annual sales of $250 million. Mr. Mistler received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Engineering from Kansas State University.

Wendy F. DiCicco, 41, has served as a Director of the Company since 2006. Ms. DiCicco has served as Chief Financial Officer of Kensey Nash Corporation, a publicly traded medical technology company, since 1998. From 1996 to 1998, she was Controller of Kensey Nash Corporation. She was an Accounting and Audit Manager with Deloitte & Touche from 1994 to 1996. From 1990 to 1994, she held positions of Staff Accountant and Senior Accountant with Deloitte & Touche. Ms. DiCicco graduated from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science with a B.S. degree in Accounting. Ms. DiCicco is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International.
