Born in Denmark, Ole was educated and worked in the electronic industry in Denmark, Sweden and Norway until 1983 when he joined IKEA, first as Human Resource Director in Denmark then as Project-Store Manager in England with responsibility for new store establishment.

Doug comes to Predictive Success with over two decades of practising leadership. Doug understands the importance of creating a work environment where people are able to grow both personally and professionally while meeting the goals of the business. Doug is a former General Manager of Ikea in Vancouver, a business manager for Ikea in Sweden and the former President of the Ikea Wholesale Division in Philadelphia, PA, USA. Doug has proven his ability to identify and develop young potentials to export out to senior management positions throughout numerous divisions globally within the IKEA companies. Utilizing Predictive Index as a business assessment tool has been paramount in assisting his highly regarded management teams with successful results in recruitment and selection, team building as well as nationally low turnover levels. Doug has been a consummate builder responsible for launching the Children's Ikea Program in Sweden. This program provided IKEA with a co-ordinated offering to families with children below the age of 8, a key target group for Ikea's future growth. The launch included the introduction of a whole new retail selling concept and the introduction hundreds of new products in Sweden for a worldwide release. Prior to his tenure in Sweden, Doug was appointed President, IKEA Wholesale. Doug ran the North American wholesale operation for IKEA. Doug's responsibilities included the supply chain management division, land and ocean transportation and customs divisions, and warehouse operations. Doug's expertise with cost containment, logistics controls and P&L success elevated him to being identified as a high potential leader in IKEA North America. Never happy with standard levels of success Doug has always dreamed of venturing out on his own and enters Predictive Success with a solid success history as a PI analyst for over 18 years. Dennis LaRosse in our Boston offices trained Doug. Doug resides with his family in Vancouver and is an active member of the chamber of commerce and the BCHR organization. Doug is a graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University with a bachelor of business administration with a focus on Operations Management.

Jennifer Dalasio is a Montgomery County, Pennsylvanian Artist who specializes in Illustration and Graphic Design. She works primarily in watercolor and gouache, but also enjoys printmaking which she sometimes incorporates in her art. Jennifer's style combines her skill as an illustrator and graphic artist. The resulting art is often described as "charming and whimsical" executed with precision and imagination. As a young girl, Jennifer always explored her creative talents. Using these talents, she received good marks on many diverse class projects. Jennifer's art education started in high school where she attended Central Montgomery County Area Vocational Technical School. She graduated with a Three-Year Certificate of Achievement in Commercial Art. Her education continued at The Hussian School of Art where she studied graphic design, illustration, printmaking and other art-related subjects. Majoring in Advertising Design, Jennifer graduated from Hussian with a Four-Year Associates Degree in Specialized Technology. Miss Dalasio has been awarded numerous honors and scholarships for her hard work, which include The Central Montgomery County Area Vocational Technical School Scholarship, The Myra Shaman Memorial Scholarship, The Upper Merion Township Employee Scholarship Fund and The Hussian School of Art Honors Project. Since graduating from Hussian, Jennifer has worked in design studios, advertising agencies, screen printing shops, art galleries and has taught arts and crafts at a local summer recreation camp. Also, besides working for private collectors, she has worked for The Franklin Mint, The Georgetown Collection, IMP Collectibles, The Upper Merion Township Library Children's Department, Reeves International and is currently working as a Graphic Design Assistant at IKEA.

Jon Eliason is a product designer based in Stockholm, Sweden. He is widely recognized as a designer for IKEA, Nybro Crystal, and Sagaform. In Sweden, he regulary appears on popular TV show "ROOMSERVICE", where he works as a interior designer.
