Michael F. LewisAs Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since the Company's inception in 1996, Mike Lewis founded and now oversees all corporate and board functions across ILD and is responsible for the overall vision and direction of the Company. Mike has grown ILD from an operator services company to a $100 million dollar business process outsourcing and conferencing leader. Deeply committed to seeking new ways to drive efficiencies in the telecom sector, Mike led the company into the business process outsourcing market to capitalize on the synergies available by combining exceptional billing, conferencing and call center services, with effective business practices, and outstanding customer delivery. From its Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida corporate headquarters, Mike leads an expansive team of more than 300 dedicated employees at offices across the United States. As an accomplished entrepreneur with 25 years of executive experience within the telecommunications and financial arenas, Mike has a proven business leadership track record. Prior to founding ILD, Mike served as President of Triad Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm. During this period, he was involved in numerous private equity financing's, ranging from early stage investments to management-led leveraged buyouts within the telecommunications industry. Mike also founded, presided over, and later sold two successful long distance companies with combined annual revenues in excess of $75 million dollars; TransTel Communications, Inc. and Com-Link 21. After the sale of Com-Link 21, Mike held a Board of Directors seat with LDDS (now MCI) for nearly half a decade. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Business School and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University. Mike presently sits on the Board of Directors at Episcopal High School in Jacksonville, and has served in various capacities on the Boards of the Jacksonville Country Day School and the Jacksonville Zoo. In addition, Mike is actively involved in The Jay Fund, a national charity to help the fight against childhood leukemia. His time away from work is primarily spent with his family, as a devoted husband and father of five children.

As Senior Vice President of ILD's Outsource Services Division, Don Scribner is responsible for the overall operation and sales activities of the division. With more than 25 years of sales management experience, coupled with successful entrepreneurial ventures, Don possesses a proven track record of success. Managing ILD's Outsource Services division since 1997, ILD's largest division, Don's team delivers a variety of outsourcing products to thousands of satisfied customers. Don began his career with the United States Army and was commissioned 2nd Lieutenant in 1977. While serving with the US Army Reserves, Don held numerous sales management positions with Brown & Root Construction both in Houston, Texas and The United Arab Emirates. Subsequent to Brown & Root, Don held a variety of sales management positions with Lanier Business Products, Intellicall and ITC Teleservices. As a partner and head of sales at ITC, Don built a successful sales force and expanded its geographical operation. ITC Teleservices was later sold to WorldCom (now MCI). Don holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Don has participated in and taught numerous Sales Training and Sales Management programs. His time away from work revolves primarily around enjoying outdoor activities with his family, which includes his wife of 25 years, and three children.

McDonald most recently served as chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Wireless WebConnect!, Inc., formerly Intellicall. McDonald led the April 2001 merger of Intellicall and Wireless WebConnect!, Inc., a Delaware corporation. In his capacity as president and chief executive officer, McDonald oversaw strategic planning and management of all company activities. He joined Intellicall in 1997 as senior vice president, sales and marketing, quickly progressing to president and chairman of the board. Prior to joining Intellicall, McDonald served as senior vice president of Intecom from 1994 to 1997 and was responsible for all sales and service programs, contract administration and market development. From 1986 to 1994, McDonald was vice president of Ericsson Business Communications in Northboro, Massachusetts. McDonald began his career in 1968 as principal of a privately owned interconnect that sold, installed and serviced telecommunication systems for large and small businesses, one of the first of its kind in the industry. The New England-based company grew from a staff of four to more than 100 employees and was acquired by Northern Telecom in 1979. McDonald joined Northern Telecom and led several highly successful new product introductions and served in a series of progressively responsible management and executive positions until joining Ericsson in 1986. McDonald serves on the Board of Directors of ILD Telecommunications and Retractable Technologies.
