Mr. Abrams is responsible for Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Information Technology. Mr. Abrams joined iLinc Communications with the acquisition of Learning Edge, Inc. in 2000 and has overseen the technology integrations of subsequent acquisitions. He continues to build and maintain highly effective teams that produce award-winning products for content authoring, content delivery and web-based communications. Prior to his tenure with Learning Edge, Mr. Abrams served as the vice president of technology and marketing for Ergo Links, Inc., a national ergonomics consulting company and has also spoken at multimedia and development conferences across the United States. Mr. Abrams received his accredited Bachelor of Architecture degree, cum laude, from the University of Arizona.

Perry Kassing is the Director of Quality Assurance and Client Services at iLinc Communications. He holds a master's degree in Educational Psychology from Central Missouri State University with emphasis in Instructional Design. Before joining iLinc, he owned and managed an educational consulting and publishing company for 30 years, providing instructional materials and faculty training throughout the United States and Canada. While consulting for such companies as Westinghouse, Prentice Hall, McGraw Hill, Houghton Mifflin, Ginn, and others, he gained extensive knowledge of the educational marketplace. He has also served as a director for Project Read (Provo, Utah) and for Family Literacy Centers, Inc. (Orem, Utah), operating over 40 literacy centers throughout the Unisted States.
