Mr. Harding, an accomplished technology executive with more than 17 years of technology implementation and management experience, is responsible for strategic design, technology infrastructure and core technology strategy from concept through delivery. Before joining ImageWare, Mr. Harding held several CTO positions, with the most recent at IC Solutions, Inc., where he was responsible for all technology departments including the development and management of software development, IT and quality assurance as well as their respective hardware, software and human resource budgets. He has also held other CTO and executive management positions at numerous technology companies such as Thirsty.com, Fulcrum Point Technologies, Inc.; and Access360, which is now part of IBM/Tivoli.

David Loesch joined the ImageWare Board of Directors in October 2001. He retired as Assistant Director in Charge of the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in 2001. Loesch began his investigative career with the FBI in 1972 as a Special Agent and was appointed to his final position by FBI Director Freeh, with the concurrence of Attorney General Janet Reno, in 1999. Loesch earned a Bachelor's degree from Canisius College, in Buffalo, NY, and a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from George Washington University.

Mr. Carey currently serves as Executive Director for Blackbird Technologies, where he assists the company, which provides state-of-the-art IT security expertise, with business development and strategic planning. Prior to joining Blackbird Technologies, Mr. Carey was Vice President, Information Assurance for Oracle Corporation. In addition, Mr. Carey worked for the CIA for 32 years. During his career at the CIA, Mr. Carey held several senior positions including that of Executive Director, often referred to as the Chief Operating Officer, or No.3 person in the agency from 1997 to 2001. Before assuming that position, Mr. Carey was Director of the DCI Crime and Narcotics Center, the Director of the Office of Near Eastern and South Asian Analysis, and Deputy Director of the Office of Global Issues.

John Callan was elected to the Board in September 2000. He is an independent business strategy consultant who advises clients in the imaging and logistics fields. Prior to consulting, Callan served as COO of the shipping systems software start-up, Milestone Systems and held a number of senior executive roles at Polaroid Corporation.

John Holleran was elected to the Board in May of 1996. He is a self-employed management and investment consultant, with over 40 years of experience in managing business in real estate, financial services, utilities, airlines, insurance and manufacturing. Holleran was the CFO of Southwest Gas Corporation and later Executive VP and COO when this utility became a billion dollar company. He held executive positions with National Environmental Corporation, the Hawaii Corporation and served as President and Chairman of Property Research Financial Corporation, the largest real estate investment and syndication firm in the U.S.

Patrick Downs was elected to the Board in August, 1994. Since 1997, he has been Chairman of Control Commerce, LLC, an Internet eCommerce business. Downs is also a founding shareholder of NTN Communications, Inc., an interactive gaming company whose common stock is listed on the American Stock Exchange and served as its Chairman and CEO from 1983 to 1997.

Jim Miller is a leading business consultant, entrepreneur, and author. He is engaged in a variety of business activities in the Internet arena and the recreational and entertainment industries. He recently acted as the primary mergers & acquisitions advisor to the sellers in a $100,000,000 corporate stock sale and real estate transaction in which a Fortune 300 company was the buyer. Jim started his career as an attorney in the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission in Washington D.C. He then served as the S.E.C.'s Regional Counsel in Los Angeles where he headed up the enforcement division in the Western Region. Jim went on to become the Managing Partner of a prominent Los Angeles entertainment law firm, where he led the corporate securities and finance practice. After leaving the practice of law, Jim engaged in the commercial real estate business in Los Angeles as both a builder and developer. Jim has served on several boards of directors, including two publicly-held companies, Moving Bytes, Inc. and Phoenix Network (merged into Qwest Communications.) Jim is involved in many environmental activities and is a Founding Director of the International SeaKeepers Society, www.seakeepers.com. As a novelist, his thrillers Final Justice and The Convergence have received rave reviews from both readers and the literary press. Jim received his B.A. degree from the College of William and Mary and his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego Law School where he was Editor-in-Chief of the San Diego Law Review.
