Raymond Leung, age 52, is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TDK China Co., Ltd., TDK Corporation s subsidiary in China, a position he has held since 2005, Senior Vice President of TDK Corporation Japan, a position he has held since 2007, as well as Chairman of SAE Magnetics, a wholly owned subsidiary of TDK involved in the development, manufacture and sale of hard disk drive heads. Paul Zeller is the chief financial officer for Imation Corp. In this role, Zeller brings more than twenty-two years of experience and leadership in global finance and public accounting. Prior to this position, Zeller was vice president and corporate controller for Imation, with responsibility for all Imation global financial operations. He first joined Imation, as part of 3M Company, in 1986, and has since held a variety of leadership positions of increasing responsibility in the finance organizations for Imation and 3M, including international controller, division controller and financial reporting manager. When Imation spun-off of 3M as an independent company in 1996, Zeller established the corporate accounting function for Imation and was later named to the position of corporate controller in 1998. He was Vice President and CMO at Ice Cream Partners, USA, a $680 million start-up joint venture between Pillsbury and Nestle bought outright by Neste in 2001. As Vice President of International Marketing at The Pillsbury Co., Moss managed global brand development strategy for Green Giant, Haagen-Dazs, and Old El Paso, generating combined revenue of $1.5 billion. At Grand Metropolitan North America he was VP, International Brand Director for Goldschlager and VP of Marketing for the company's Canadian affiliate. L. White Matthews, III, age 63, has been retired since September 2001. From July 1999 until September 2001, Mr. Matthews served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ecolab, Inc. (a developer and marketer of cleaning and sanitizing products and services) as well as a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Matthews was retired from May 1998 to July 1999. Charles Reich , age 66, has been retired since October 2004. From October 2002 to October 2004, Dr. Reich served as Executive Vice President of 3M Health Care, a business segment of 3M Company. Dr. Reich joined 3M Company in 1968 as a research chemist and assumed a variety of management positions in the Research & Development organization before moving to business management in 1989. He held a variety of management and executive positions, including international postings, within 3M Company since that time.
