Thomas Faris, CQM, CQA, is Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance for IMPAC Medical Systems, Inc. in Mountain View, California, a leading provider of information technology solutions for cancer care. Mr. Faris also serves as the Chief Privacy Officer for IMPAC. Since joining IMPAC in 1997, Mr. Faris has been instrumental in developing IMPAC's culture of quality and operational effectiveness and efficiency. He is also charged with ensuring regulatory compliance, leading IMPAC to pursue and pass ISO9001, ISO13485, EN46001, and Medical Device Directive (CE Marking) certifications. He routinely represents all IMPAC employees and managers during federal and state government, international notified body, and other administrative and regulatory inspections. Prior to joining IMPAC, Mr. Faris held the position of Director of RA/QA with Image Enhancement System in Hayward, California. In that role he developed an operational management system that facilitated worldwide distribution of IES products, not to mention increased productivity and quality of output. During his tenure at IES, Mr. Faris also served as Corporate Counsel and Director of Operations. Mr. Faris attended Golden Gate University where he earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence with an educational focus in administrative and regulatory law. His numerous undergraduate degrees pose a strong core of computer and software engineering competency.

Mr. Hogue joined IMPAC Medical Systems, Inc. as Vice President of Professional Services, at Denver Colorado in 2005. IMPAC Medical Systems Inc. is a leading provider of information technology solutions for cancer care. Mr. Hogue is responsible for all facets of IMPAC/Elekta's professional services offering from sales through delivery. His group's services are marketed under the brand name STRATEGIQ and focus on helping practitioners maximize operational and patient care benefits through the use of enabling technologies. Prior to joining IMPAC, Mr. Hogue founded and served as CEO of OpTx Corporation, formerly IMPAC's major competitor in the medical oncology arena for more than a decade. Before starting OpTx in 1993, Mr. Hogue was Managing Partner of the Western Canada information technology and change management practice for Price Waterhouse Management Consultants. He has significant oncology and pharmaceutical market knowledge, and rich functional skills in oncology and IT management, systems implementation and integration, process change management and clinical trials. He has authored methodologies that have been successfully used to achieve major clinical and business change and IT adoption across various client organization and staff levels. His experience ranges from private oncology practices through large multi-center academic research and treatment facilities. Mr. Hogue graduated in 1980 with Honors in Business Administration and a major in Information Technology from Red River College in Winnipeg.
Leonard Lyons is Vice President of Client Services at IMPAC Medical Systems, Inc. in Mountain View, California, a leading provider of information technology solutions for cancer care. Since joining IMPAC in 1996, Mr. Lyons has also held positions of Product Specialist, Installation manager & Director of Technical Services positions. Prior to joining IMPAC, Mr. Lyons held a number of increasingly senior positions with Horizon Computers in Ireland. Todd Powell is Vice President of Engineering at IMPAC Medical Systems, Inc. in Mountain View, California, a leading provider of information technology solutions for cancer care. Since joining IMPAC in 1992 Mr. Powell has held the positions of Product Support Engineer, Software Engineer, Development Engineering Manager, and his current position. As Vice President of Engineering, he is responsible for all activities and personnel related to the design and development of IMPAC's software products and database systems, as well as overseeing the Test Engineering, Internet Operations and Information Systems departments. Prior to joining IMPAC, Mr. Powell held the positions of Marketing Technical Specialist and Information Systems Analyst with Varian Associates Medical Group in Palo Alto, California. In this position, he provided technical sales support for medical linear accelerators, information management and imaging systems. In addition, Mr. Powell worked as an independent software consultant for several years, specializing in real-time communications software and data warehousing applications. Mr. Powell has graduate studies in High Energy Physics from the University of California, Davis and a BS in Physics/Mathematics from California State University, Chico.
Barbara Robbins is the Director of the Medical Oncology Business Unit for IMPAC Medical Systems, an Elekta company, Mountain View, California, a leading provider of information technology solutions for cancer care. Since joining IMPAC in 2000, Ms. Robbins has advanced customer use and representation of the IMPAC medical oncology information solution through customer relations and product education. Ms. Robbins has developed an integral role in the medical oncology business unit and installed medical oncology customer base by increasing show sites, clinician use, customer references, developing ROI modeling, establishing the Medical Oncology Advisory Board, leading the development and delivery of the Annual Medical Oncology EMR Summit, and published articles on EMR implementation and ROI analyses. Prior to joining IMPAC, Ms. Robbins held marketing and sales management positions with healthcare companies specializing in hardware equipment for blood processing and treatment of hematology and medical oncology disorders. Her responsibilities included regional sales management, market analysis of product entry, and engineering test protocols for product development and functionality. During her early corporate experience, Ms. Robbins worked as a clinical specialist and education manager to educate customers and the sales team on technology applications. Ms. Robbins earned her MBA from the University of Massachusetts. She holds a BSN and specialized as a practitioner in the treatment of hematology and oncology disorders as well as bone marrow transplant in adults and the pediatric patient population.
