Joseph F. Martinez . Mr. Martinez has served as our Chief Executive Officer since March 2006. He has served as a member of our board of directors since May 2007. He had served as our Chief Financial Officer and the Chairman of our board of directors from June 2005, when we acquired Impart, Inc. in a reverse acquisition, to May 2007. From August 2004 until June 2005, Mr. Martinez served as a director of Impart, Inc. and as its Chief Executive Officer. From 2002 until 2004, he was a financial advisor to Impart, Inc. In 2002, Mr. Martinez formed Core Venture Partners, LLC, a merchant-banking and financial advisory firm. Prior to that, Mr. Martinez was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Centaur Partners, a Silicon Valley-based investment bank, from 1998 to 2002.

Scott D. Wampler is a co-founder of NOVUS Communication Technologies Inc. and has served as the company's chairman since 2002. Prior to founding NOVUS, Wampler spent more than eight years at Johnson & Johnson, specializing in business development, new technology development and patent acquisitions, with a specialty in finding and acquiring disruptive technologies. Wampler is currently a listed inventor on 29 issued patents and 35 pending patent applications worldwide. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from the University of Cincinnati.

Laird Laabs. Mr. Laabs has served as our Chief Sales Officer since October 2006 and as a member of our board of directors since June 2005, when we acquired Impart, Inc. in a reverse acquisition. Prior to serving as our Chief Sales Officer, Mr. Laabs served as our President from June 2005 until June 2006 and Chief Marketing Officer from June 2006 to October 2006. Mr. Laabs was a co-founder of Impart, Inc. and, prior to the acquisition, he served as one of its directors and as an executive officer since its incorporation in 1984. From 2001 until the acquisition in June 2005, he served as Impart Inc.'s President. Mr. Laabs also served as Vice President and a director of Media SideStreet Corporation, a provider of subscription-based media content, from May 1995 until June 2005, until it was acquired by Impart, Inc. in June 2005.
Mr. Muniz has over 27 years of experience in the high technology, multimedia display industry. His career has included corporate positions in the areas of product engineering, operations, sales and marketing with Texas Instruments, General Instrument, Sony, Pioneer, and Electrosonic. Mr. Muniz is a BSEE engineering graduate of Michigan's Lawrence Institute of Technology. In 1992, the original business plan for Media SideStreet (and Digital Signage) was first authored by Mr. Muniz. As Impart's Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Muniz in 1996 led his research and product development team into the new discipline of "software chemistry". His long-term vision was to evolve and refine, a scalable and profitable business model, by balancing emerging Internet, display, enabling software, advertising, and PC-based technologies, with real communication benefits and message awareness for the digital network owner and out-of-home, mass audience. By the year 2000, Impart's Resident Integrated Sourcing "IRIS" formula" for successful operational and deliverables fulfillment - coupled with the eyeFRAMES Digital Signage platform - were simultaneous ready for market introduction and implementation. Both were embraced by the burgeoning industry. Mr. Muniz has proven and successful management expertise in technology, sales, operations, and financial P&L. Those executive and leadership skill sets are now being aggressively asserted in positioning Impart with a new corporate face of discipline & strategic focus - with measurable accountability ? towards achieving all of its short-term and long-term market goals.

Cathy Conaty joined NOVUS Communication Technologies in 2002 as its Chief Financial Officer. She brings over 30 years of experience serving in Financial Management roles with both early stage technology companies as well as divisions of Fortune 500. Prior to NOVUS she held Financial and Operating Management roles at Johnson & Johnson's Ethicon division, supporting R&D, Sales and National Accounts. Prior to J&J she was the Director of Finance at UltraCision a venture backed medical device company that was acquired by J&J in 1995. Earlier in her career she was the Controller for Ackerley Communications a diversified communications company involved in outdoor and airport advertising. Cathy is a Certified Management Accountant and received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island and an M.B.A from Bryant University.

Mr. Corey has developed hardware strategic partnerships to provide digital media network services with a variety of high technology vendors including Mitsubishi, Pioneer, NEC and PHILIPS. Mr. Corey works actively with major designers from around the country in developing unique fixtures that incorporate video displays such as the Cosmetic Mirror, Art Stand, and Video Vitrene created for Nieman Marcus. In 1992, Mr. Corey and eight local Seattle business people founded a nationally chartered full service bank, North Star Bank, servicing primarily small business needs. This past year the bank merged into Frontier Bank, one of the leading commercial banks in the Northwest. Today the bank is a profitable enterprise with $100 million in assets. As part of the management team, Mr. Corey is involved with the overall guidance of the company. With over twenty years of experience in this industry, his position involves tracking the trends and directions to keep Impart in the forefront of the evolving out-of-home sector. He continues to work with new technologies and applications, which are being integrated into the product mix. Mr. Corey is an alumnus of the University of Oregon.
Mr. Reger brings to Impart Media Group 12 years of experience in higher education sales and administration and, most recently, 16 years in a variety of management position in banking. During his years with Washington Mutual Bank, he worked in the area of securities brokerage, bank management, branch design and construction, self service banking and new delivery channel development. His experience in developing systems including two way video banking, interactive touch screen information kiosks and Washington Mutual's WMTV digital signage system has proven invaluable. Mr. Reger was a charter member of NCR's Self Service Industry Council and has been a national and international speaker on topics such as self-service banking, supermarket banking and delivery channel development. Mr. Reger is a graduate of Westmar College with degrees in Psychology and Sociology. He also holds an MBA from the University of Iowa.

Mr. Boscacci has over 30 years of experience in the TV Mounting Systems and Fixturing Industry. Employed from 1969 to 1989 by Lucasey Manufacturing Corp. of Oakland, CA, one of the foremost companies in the manufacturing of television mounting brackets and specialized store fixtures, he rosethrough the ranks from punch-press operator all the way to Vice President of Customer Relations. Throughout his career at Lucasey, Mr. Boscacci became knowledgeable in every phase of the manufacturing and order expediting process, as well as gaining valuable experience in customer relations. Joining Impart in 1991, Mr. Boscacci began working with Impart's extensive customer base in designing and implementing quality installations of TV mounting systems and specialized fixture solutions nationwide. Mr. Boscacci graduated from CSU, Chico in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.

Mr. Graham joined Impart Media Group in April of 2000 after over six years coordinating satellite delivery of in-store audio advertising for AEI Music USA and Europe. In the US satellite division, Mr. Graham scheduled the in-store audio advertising for such clients as Toys 'R' Us, Marshalls Department Stores, and Ace Hardware. While based in London and Amsterdam during his time with AEI Europe, he successfully managed the daily live delivery of over 500 audio commercials per hour in 11 languages for premier retailers across 15 countries. At Impart, Mr. Graham has become an invaluable operations team member. In addition to overseeing our Customer Service staff, Stephen acts as a key source of Sales Support and is the customer interface for our installations coordination efforts. Mr. Graham holds a bachelors degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Washington.
The addition of Mr. Grawet immediately launched Impart onto the global stage. Working in various international management to executive levels at SMART Technologies and Da-Lite over the past 18 years, Mr. Grawet has proven his mastery of evangelizing and expanding distribution of digital signage and interactive media market applications. Mr. Grawet is a professional Public Speaker with featured speaking and chair engagements over the years at many of the industry dominant tradeshows, seminars, and panel discussion forums promoting out-of-home digital signage and interactive kiosks. He also has authored and published articles. As a member or POPAI & ICIA, coupled with his frequent participation at tradeshows and industry events, Robert will accelerate Impart's visibility and reach around the world.
Susan Tracy brings a broad base of experience to NOVUS Communication Technologies in the areas of Marketing and Operations. Her experience includes working for Procter & Gamble in marketing and sales, Pepsico/Taco Bell in Regional Operations, the Target Corporation in Regional Operations and Incitement Communications, Inc. working on sales and strategic development. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Toronto where she received a Bachelors of Science. She completed her Masters of Business Administration at York University. She has lived and worked internationally in Canada, England, Australia and Argentina.

James Haworth, Director, spent more than two decades at Bentonville-based Wal-Mart Stores Inc., most recently as executive vice president and chief operating officer for Wal-Mart Stores from August 2001 to December 2004. Since 2005, Mr. Haworth has acted as a marketing consultant through his consulting firm, Business Decisions Inc. Additionally, since August 2002 he has operated a horse and cattle ranch. He also has a seat on the board of directors for Field2Base, a privately held high-tech mobile communications company based in Raleigh, NC. Mr. Haworth joined the Company's Board of Directors effective January 1, 2006.

Co-founder Jim Wampler is one of the primary inventors of the NOVUS Partners patent estate. After pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of Louisville, Wampler became a professional writer and multimedia designer for national information technology firms such as USWeb and Brainbuzz.com. Previously, Wampler co-founded and served as creative director and head of development for SiteLogic Corporation in Tampa, Florida. He later served four years as a senior multimedia coordinator with TECO Energy Inc., where he created and oversaw all forms of multimedia, including digital video, audio, animation, Web-based applications and CD-ROMs. Wampler is currently a listed inventor on three issued patents and six pending patent applications worldwide.
John H. Bauer was born in Evansville, Indiana and attended St. Edward's University in Austin and South Texas College of Law. Mr. Bauer is an independent director and member of the Board of Directors of Zones, Inc., a global direct marketer of computer hardware, software, and accessories. Mr. Bauer is also an independent director and chair of the Audit Committee of Seattle-based Cell Therapeutics, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company committed to developing an integrated portfolio of oncology products aimed at making cancer more treatable. He also serves on the Board of Rebound Sports, Inc., a privately held manufacturer of baseball training products, and has served on the board of other companies, both public and private. Upon graduation from college, he joined the international accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Houston and was transferred to Seattle in 1979 as managing partner of the Northwest Region. Mr. Bauer was a member of Coopers & Lybrand's Firm Council, the senior policy-making and governing board of the firm. In addition to management responsibilities, he also served as a business assurance audit practice partner. He joined Nintendo of America as executive vice president in 1994 and was responsible for the finance, credit, legal, licensing, systems, technology, and networking departments. He currently serves as a consultant to Nintendo and functions as a representative to the ownership group of the Seattle Mariners baseball team. Mr. Bauer also serves as an executive advisor to The DigiPen Institute of Technology, a privately owned accredited computer science, simulation and game development school.

Susan Hibbard is Executive Vice President and CEO of Independent's Service Company, a family-owned and operated company specializing in production of large- and grand-format graphics. Independent's has been a valued supplier to the outdoor advertising and out-of-home market for more than 60 years. Hibbard brings expertise in these markets from a supplier's perspective to NOVUS. Hibbard graduated with a BS in Accounting from Quincy University.
Tom Norton serves as chairman and chief executive officer of Norton Outdoor Advertising, a family-owned and operated outdoor marketing company that opened its doors in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1949. Norton currently serves as chairman of the legislative committee of the Outdoor Advertising Association of Ohio (OAAO) and is a member of the boards of the Better Business Bureau and the Xavier University President's Advisory Council. Norton previously held positions as the president of the OAAO, president of the Business Advertising Council of Cincinnati, president and chairman of the Eight Sheet Outdoor Advertising Association and chairman of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America. Norton earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from Xavier University.
