Mr. Otte is a Founding Partner of Montefiore Partners , a venture capital investment fund management firm. Prior to founding Montefiore Partners, Mr. Otte was Senior Vice President and member of the Executive Committee of Ziff-Davis, Inc., a leading media company principally owned by Japan's Softbank Corporation. During his five years at Ziff-Davis, Mr. Otte initiated and managed acquisition and development projects and venture investments including some of the early and successful commercialization efforts of the Internet. Mr. Otte also worked at various development and finance positions at Reed Elsevier PLC in the United States and abroad and in management and consulting for Arthur Young & Company.

Mr. Cramer graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College, where he was President of The Harvard Crimson. He then worked as a journalist at the Tallahassee Democrat and the Los Angeles Herald Examiner, covering everything from sports to homicide, before moving to New York to help start American Lawyer magazine. After a three year stint, Mr. Cramer entered Harvard Law School and received his J.D. in 1984. Instead of practicing law, however, he joined Goldman Sachs, where he worked in sales and trading. In 1987 he left Goldman to start his own hedge fund. While he worked at his fund, he helped start Smart Money for Dow Jones and then in 1996, he co-founded TheStreet.com, where he has served as a columnist and contributor ever since. In 2000, he retired from active money management to embrace media full-time, including radio and television. Currently, Mr. Cramer is a markets commentator for CNBC and TheStreet.com. In addition to his daily writing for TheStreet.com’s RealMoney and Action Alerts PLUS, as well as his participation in various video segments on TheStreet.com TV, Mr. Cramer serves as host of CNBC’s Mad Money television program. Mr. Cramer is the author of “Confessions of a Street Addict,” “You Got Screwed,” “Jim Cramer’s Real Money,” and “Jim Cramer’s Mad Money” and a frequent contributor to New York magazine. He has been featured on 60 Minutes, Nightly News with Brian Williams, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with Conan O’Brien, and Today with Katie Couric and Matt Lauer.

David Morrow is editor in chief of TheStreet.com. Previously, he served as articles editor at SmartMoney magazine since early 2000, where he assisted in directing the magazine's consumer and investment coverage. Prior to that he worked at The New York Times from 1996 through 2000, covering personal finance, aviation and the pharmaceuticals industries. Earlier he was feature writer at SmartMoney Magazine after a stint in 1993 as Japan bureau chief at The Detroit Free Press, where he covered foreign business news for Knight Ridder News Service. Before that he worked as a reporter for Fortune. He holds a bachelor's from the University of South Carolina.

Jonathan Moreland has been analyzing insider data professionally for over 15 years. He is quoted frequently in the media regarding this information flow, and stock recommendations stemming from it. He is also author of Profit From Legal Insider Trading. A fundamental analyst with an MBA in finance and studying for Level III of the CFA, Mr. Moreland long ago identified insider data as an excellent first screen to determine where to focus his research efforts. He developed InsiderTrader.com in the mid 1990s, the first website to offer timely, comprehensive, and affordable insider information since the data was mandated in 1934. After selling that service in 1998, the final owners wound it down in 2001. Interestingly, other affordable insider-related resources shut down around the same time. Jonathan currently writes for RealMoney.com.

Melissa Gannon is vice president of insurance and bank ratings for TheStreet.com Ratings Inc., formerly Weiss Ratings, where she directs the operations of the company's insurance and bank ratings division. Gannon joined the company in 1991 as a financial analyst in the bank rating division and subsequently expanded into insurance company ratings as well. In 1994, she developed a methodology for rating health maintenance organizations. Previously, Gannon served as a financial analyst with a number of banks and receiverships in the South Florida area and was involved in the management of foreclosed real estate. She has published articles in Boston Business, Economic Agenda and Managed Medicare and Medicaid and has been quoted in numerous publications nationwide. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Dayton and a Master in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.

Scott Moritz is a columnist specializing in the telecommunications industry for TheStreet.com and RealMoney.com. Moritz is also the author of The Tech Edge. Before joining TheStreet.com in July 1999, Moritz was the telecommunications reporter at The Record of Bergen County, N.J., for three years. Prior to that, he worked as a municipal reporter for the same publication. Year after year, he has helped investors understand what is happening in the telecommunications industry.

Teresa F. Santos is the General Counsel & Secretary of TheStreet.com, Inc. Since she joined the Company as the Associate General Counsel she has proven integral to the Company’s management team as well as the implementation of the Company’s strategic initiatives as the lead attorney on key acquisitions. Ms. Santos is a business executive and attorney with extensive experience balancing business concerns with legal considerations in order to create added value to businesses. Specially trained with the American Bar Association and the Harvard Negotiation Project, Ms. Santos has a history of reducing transaction costs and legal expenses. Ms. Santos has experience with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic partnerships; all U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings and securities laws including the ’34 Act and ’40 Act; as well as commercial litigation. Prior to joining TheStreet.com, Ms. Santos was an attorney practicing with the international law firm of ReedSmith LLP. She has extensive experience in both corporate and large law firm environments having worked in both private and public companies such as ETTE, Inc., Gordon Brothers Group, and Haemonetics Corporation. Ms. Santos holds, a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, a Master of Science in Management from Emmanuel College and a bachelor's degree from Tufts University.

George Moriarty is Co-Executive Editor of TheStreet.com. Most recently editor of Investment Dealers' Digest, he had a previous five-year stint at TheStreet.com as Managing Editor of RealMoney.com. Prior to TSC, Moriarty served as Senior Editor at the FEI Research Foundation, Editor-in-Chief, Private Equity News at Thomson Financial/Venture Economics, and he worked as a broker in the fixed income markets. George has a B.A. in political science from Fordham University.

Michelle joined TheStreet.com in November 2003 from The Wall Street Transcript, a weekly investment publication, where she worked as an editor for over three years. She earned her bachelor's degree in English Writing Arts from Oswego State College in May 1998.

Before joining TheStreet.com in February 2000, Hennelly worked at the Asbury Park Press in New Jersey since 1991, most recently serving as a regional news editor. He also spent four years at The Home News, also in New Jersey, working as a copy editor, wire editor, assistant copy desk chief and assistant metro editor. Hennelly had also been a sportswriter for the Dorf Feature Service in New Jersey. He earned a bachelor's degree in journalism with a business minor from Indiana University -- Bloomington.

Dr. Jeffrey A. Sonnenfeld, associate dean of the Yale School of Management and founder of its Chief Executive Leadership Institute in Atlanta, has more than 25 years of experience studying management performance and CEO leadership. His research has been published in 80 scholarly articles, which have appeared in leading management academic journals such as The Harvard Business Review, Administrative Sciences Quarterly, The Academy of Management Journal, The Academy of Management Review, The Journal of Organizational Behavior, Social Forces, Human Relations and Human Resource Management. He has also authored five books including The Hero's Farewell, an award winning study of CEO succession. Dr. Peretz has been editor-in-chief of The New Republic since 1974. He served on the faculty of Harvard University from 1966 to 2001 when he retired. Dr. Peretz also serves as director of 11 mutual funds managed by the Dreyfus-Mellon Bank Group and of the Digital Learning Group, a web-based textbank publisher. He is a Founding Partner of Montefiore Partner. Dr. Peretz holds a bachelor of arts degree from Brandeis University and master's and doctorate degrees from Harvard. He holds numerous honorary degrees from institutions at home and abroad. He has been awarded the Jerusalem Medal, the Medal for Distinction of the University of Missouri's School of Journalism and the National Magazine Award for Outstanding Achievement in Essays and Criticism and for General Excellence of the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. Dr. Peretz is past chairman and now honorary chairman of the Jerusalem Foundation. He is a trustee of the Center for Blood Research at Harvard Medical School, Bard College, the YIVO Institute for Jewish Research, The Institute of United States Studies in London and the American Academy for Liberal Education, a college and university-accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

William R. Gruver joined the Management Department at Bucknell University in January 1993, after retiring as a general partner following a 20 year career at Goldman, Sachs & Co., the international investment banking firm. As a Visiting Professor, he teaches investments, investment banking, strategy and leadership and serves as a resource for all Bucknell students as the Distinguished Executive-in-Residence. At Goldman Sachs, Gruver was named Chief Administrative Officer of the equities division of the firm when it was struggling to overcome the effects of the October 1987 stock market crash. Under Gruver's leadership, the division reorganized and redeployed its people and capital. Internationalization, decentralization with accountability and vastly enhanced use of technology were critical components of the successful turnaround that made his division one of the firm's most profitable areas. Gruver is a trustee, chairman of the audit committee and a member of the executive committee at Berea College and a board member of Hirtle, Callaghan & Co., Bank Nord and eSocrates, Inc. He is also a national arbitrator of the National Association of Securities Dealers and on the investment committee of the Geisinger Health System Foundation. He received an A.B. with distinction from Dartmouth College and a M.B.A. from Columbia University.
