Mr. OConnor joined the Company as CEO in 2002. He was previously an Executive Director of Standard Bank London ("SBL"). Mr. OConnor was one of the founding executives of SBL, which is now a recognized player in the global emerging markets with a total staff numbering 1,300. As Chief Executive - Americas, Mr. OConnor had specific responsibility for building, from the ground up, a capital markets trading and originations business in Latin America which is now widely recognized in these markets. More recently, Mr. OConnor started an asset management business for Standard to leverage the expertise in EM debt. Mr. OConnor served as CEO and Chief Investment Officer and was responsible for setting investment strategy and overseeing day-to-day investment management of the funds. Over a period of two years more than $500mm was raised for the various products which had top quartile performance over this period.

Mr. Branch joined the Company as President in 2002. He was previously with SBL for 8 years and served on the Executive Committee and Country Risk Committee. Mr. Branch was specifically responsible for establishing an emerging market trade finance origination and distribution business for Standard. During this period Mr. Branch established Standard as a leader in this market, active in over 40 EM countries. Mr. Branch was responsible for managing a total portfolio of over $400mm in emerging market trade finance and syndicated loan exposure. More recently, Mr. Branch was transferred to Turkey to establish an office for SBL and take management responsibility for the Eastern Mediterranean.

Mr. Cassel is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Firm's various funds. He selects all fixed income trades and implements all strategies, both debt and equity, within the confines of their varying portfolio constraints. Before co-founding INTL Consilium, Mr. Cassel was Head of Emerging Markets Portfolio Management at Standard Asset Management for four years. Prior to Standard, Mr. Cassel spent two years at Americas Trust Bank as an Emerging Market debt portfolio manager and before that he was the Chief Financial Officer for the US subsidiary of Banco Cafetero de Colombia, managing the bank's international treasury book. Earlier in his career, he was a Portfolio Manager of mortgage-backed securities at Bank Atlantic, a federally chartered savings bank. Mr. Cassel holds a B.A. in Economics from Washington & Lee University, and a M.A. in Accounting from Nova University. Additionally, he is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute .

Mr. Veitia established INTL some 20 years ago and has remained focused on the international securities markets ever since. In 1988 he launched the Americas All Season Fund, the first global flexible fund, and became its Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Veitia is the author of two books on investing, "Global Trends" and "The Best 50 Investments for the 21st Century". Mr. Veitias expertise in global investing has brought him to lecture on foreign investing in over 21 countries and to make appearances on CNBC, CNN and Financial News Network. Mr. Veitia was the Chairman of the Rollins College Hamilton Holt School and is a Member of the President's Council of the American Graduate School of International Management.
