Mr. Waugh currently serves on the boards of Antenna Software, Point Judith Capital and REVAL. Mr. Waugh previously served on the boards of the RI Convention Center Authority, the Narragansett Bay Commission, ArcStream Solutions (sold to Keane) and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. Mr. Waugh is the founder and past president of the RI Technology Council and a past board member of Boston University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree from the School of Management.

A healthcare technology veteran with more than 14 years in the industry, Mr. Dwyer has served in a management role with NaviMedix since the Company's founding, focused on sales of NaviMedix services to health plans. Today, Mr. Dwyer is senior vice president of sales and business development, with executive management responsibility over all aspects of the sales and business development processes for the company. Prior to NaviMedix, Mr. Dwyer was director of sales at HealthShare Technology, and served as a sales executive for Health Payment Review and for Biomet, Inc., where he earned an impressive record of sales successes. Before starting his sales career, Mr. Dwyer worked at Merck, Sharpe and Dohme Research Laboratories working on a team which designed and monitored clinical drug trials. Mr. Dwyer has a BS degree in biology from Ursinus College.

Dr. Gould has over 30 years of diverse international healthcare, health insurance and healthcare IT experience. In his role as senior vice president of Care Management Services, he leads care management business development initiatives, marketing and operations. Prior to joining NaviMedix, Dr. Gould was managing director of the WorldWide Services Division of Arcus Enterprises Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of WellPoint, Inc., where he initiated the company's new ventures in Europe, India and China. He served as chief operating officer for RxHub, the joint e-prescribing venture between Advance PCS (acquired by Caremark Rx, Inc.), Express Scripts and Medco Health Solutions, and as a venture consultant for Accel Partners LLC. Dr. Gould also spent 12 years in senior executive positions with insurers United HealthCare and Blue Cross of California. At the start of his career, Dr. Gould spent a decade in clinical practice at Pacific Presbyterian Medical Center in San Francisco, at which time he was on the clinical faculty of the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Medicine, University of California, Berkeley, and the University of the Pacific. The author of numerous scientific publications and former commissioner and chairman of the Quality of Care Data Committee for the California Health Policy and Data Advisory Commission, Dr. Gould earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins University cum laude and doctor of medicine degree from the UCSF School of Medicine.

Neal joined the Sales Team in September of 2006. In his role he manages the development of relationships with key industry influencers and companies that enhance the HealthMedia product portfolio and reseller relationships in emerging healthcare market segments. He has over 20 years of healthcare experience having led alliance development for several other healthcare technology firms including McAuto, HBOC,VHA, Digital Medical Systems and NaviMedix. Neal has also been a key contributor in the development of the Healthcare vertical at EDS where he produced over $100M in revenue and relationships in new healthcare market segments. Neal earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Ms Boezi is a co-founder and Partner at Thomas, McNerney & Partners. Previously, she was a General Partner of Coral Ventures. Ms. Boezi has more than 14 years of healthcare private equity experience.. She is currently a board member of Leptos Biomedical, Inc. and NaviMedix, Inc. Previous investments include Coulter Pharmaceutical, Inc. (CLTR sold to CRXA which was subsequently sold to GSK), Endocardial Solutions, Inc. (ECSI sold to STJ), Epicor Medical, Inc. (sold to STJ) and NeXagen, Inc. (NXGN/NXTR sold to GILD with spin-outs to EYET, Archemix and SomaLogic). Previously, Ms. Boezi was a member of Warburg Pincus LLC's health care technology venture capital group and Alex Brown & Sons' Healthcare Corporate Finance team. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude with a B.S. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Boezi is currently a board member of The Permanente Company, L.L.C.' and founded the West Coast Chapter of the Wharton Private Equity Network.
