Mobley joined NS as a management trainee in 1971. He served in a number of positions in the engineering, transportation and labor relations departments and was named assistant vice president labor relations in 2000. Mobley earned a bachelor’s degree in history and English from Valparaiso University.

Drake joined Norfolk Southern in 1976 as an assistant track supervisor and served in a range of engineering positions, including chief engineer line maintenance, before being named assistant vice president maintenance of way and structures in 2006. Drake received his civil engineering degree from Ohio Northern University.

Illinois University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Miller served Norfolk Southern Corporation as a maintenance engineer. He later earned a J.D. from Woodrow Wilson College of Law. He is currently Assistant Director of Labor Relations for Norfolk Southern Corporation, Trustee for Suburban Christian Church - Virginia Beach, VA, and a member of the Young Life Board in Virginia Beach, VA.

Kimberly Thompson has served in the JLNVB for five years on a variety of councils. She currently sits on the Board as Communications VP and is looking forward to her next placement as Membership VP. In addition to working with the JLNVB, she is Vice President of Mid-Atlantic Pug Rescue. Kimberly loves her job in Marketing at Norfolk Southern Railroad, based in Norfolk, VA. When she's not volunteering or thinking about trains, she's spending quality time with her husband Ross and their dogs (two pugs (of course!) and their retired police K9).

As Art Director for the Corporate Team, Craig concepts and executes strategic advertising and marketing materials for Stihl Incorporated and Norfolk International Airport. He has also worked on several Tourism Team accounts, including the Norfolk Waterside Marriott Hotel, The Sanderling in Duck, N.C. and The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado. He has also done extensive work for the Virginia Zoo and The Chesapeake Bay Wine Classic. Craig holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Old Dominion University with an emphasis in graphic design, and brings six years of advertising and design experience to the agency. Prior to coming to The Meridian Group, he was employed by Norfolk Southern Corporation as a Senior Design Consultant for the company's in-house marketing and design department.

Kevin Minnick is the vice president of product development at Webmail.us. He is responsible for creating project schedules, defining project scope, and managing project teams. Kevin ensures that the technologies that the development team uses are scalable, fast, and dependable. He is involved with the research of future product offerings and the technology and platforms used, and with defining the software development life cycle used at Webmail.us. Kevin oversees the communication between the customer service and product development staff and is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and guiding the career paths of the product developers. Kevin brings more than 10 years of software engineering experience to his role, serving previous positions with Norfolk Southern and Honeywell-POMS Corporation. Prior to joining the Webmail.us team, he played a major role in the design and development of a web-based strategy for the Honeywell-POMS pharmaceutical software. He has vast experience with a variety of development tools and platforms. Kevin also holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.

Norman Reid is a retired supervisor with Norfolk Southern Corporation. From his responsibilities with Norfolk Southern he gained the experience of working with people from across the globe including the Orient, East and Western Europe, South and Central America, Canada and Australia. Norman brings his vast business experience to the RADCORP Board and his role as Treasurer. Mr. Reid is a Biology Graduate of Norfolk State College and a student in Theology at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. He now pastor's Antioch Church of Christ Holy Disciples Church in Chesapeake, Virginia.

Mr. Ogden has worked in the rail industry for over 35 years mainly with Norfolk Southern. Prior to his retirement from Norfolk Southern in 2000, Mr. Ogden held the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering. He currently sits as a director for several other rail related businesses. In addition Mr. Ogden is Past President of the American Railway Engineering Association and Past President of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance of Way Association.

Born in Snellville Georgia, where 'Everybody is Somebody,' Ryan made a name for himself drawing demons on the church bulletin. Not deterred by early unwarranted and some particularly vicious criticism, he still wanted to turn his love for art and design into an exciting career. After Gainesville State College he was persuaded to join the circus by a leading figure in advertising. Adding to an already copious set of motor skills, not the least of which includes an almost freakish mastery of juggling, he was educated in Art Direction at The Creative Circus. Ryan soon landed his first work on the cover of Entertainment Weekly, via JWT Atlanta, and has since been an internationally published art director. His client book includes the United States Marine Corps, U.S. Virgin Islands, Norfolk Southern, Bridgestone, Columbia Aircraft and TransWorldNews among others. His future goals are to become a great family man, a sales-winning art director, and to be outlawed in Peru and the southern peninsulas of Madagascar.

Mr. Carter, 69, Spotsylvania, Va., has been a director since 1992. He has been Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, one of the world s largest international education associations, since March 2000, and previously was Executive Director of that organization.

Governor Carroll A. Campbell, Jr., 60, is president and chief executive officer of the American Council of Life Insurers. He is a former two-term Governor of South Carolina, served in the U.S. House of Representatives and was a member of the Appropriations and Ways and Means committees. He was chairman of the National Governor s Association 1993-94. Governor Campbell is a director of AVX Corporation, Norfolk Southern Corporation, and Wackenhut Corporation. (1995) (2) (3) (4)

Mr. Blankenship, 58, is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Massey Energy Company. He has served in these roles since November 30, 2000. He also concurrently held the title of President from November 30, 2000 until November 10, 2008. He has been Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of A.T. Massey Coal Company, Inc., our wholly owned and sole, direct operating subsidiary, since 1992. Mr. Blankenship was formerly President and Chief Operating Officer from 1990 to 1991 and President of our subsidiary, Massey Coal Services, Inc., from 1989 to 1991. He joined our subsidiary, Rawl Sales & Processing Co., in 1982. He is a director of the Center for Energy and Economic Development, the National Mining Association and the United States Chamber of Commerce.

STEVEN F. LEER, 56, has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Arch Coal, Inc., a coal producing company, since April 2006. Prior thereto, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of that company. Mr. Leer is a director of Norfolk Southern Corporation, the Western Business Roundtable and the Mineral Information Institute. He also is a director and past Chairman of the Center for Energy and Economic Development, the National Coal Council and the National Mining Association. He is a delegate to the Coal Industry Advisory Board of the International Energy Agency in Paris, a director of the Greater St. Louis Area Boy Scouts of America and a member of the boards of the National Association of Manufacturers and the Business Roundtable. Mr. Leer has been a director since June 2005. He is Chair of the Board s Compensation and Organization Committee and is a member of its Finance and Governance Committees.
