Marc LewisMarc E. Lewis, I&M's Vice President -- External Relations, has responsibility for state government relations and environmental relations in both Indiana and Michigan. Previously, he was AEP's assistant general counsel for Legal -- Regulatory Services, based in Fort Wayne. In that role, he had responsibilities for regulatory activities in the Indiana, Michigan, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and Texas jurisdictions. In addition to regulatory matters, Lewis previously had responsibilities for corporate legal matters, bankruptcy issues, energy delivery matters and legislative affairs. Currently, Lewis serves as a member of the Boards of Directors for the Indiana Energy Association, the Indiana Manufacturers Association and the Indiana Fiscal Policy Institute. He is also the chair of the Utility Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association. Lewis earned a law degree from Ohio State University in 1981. Previously he had earned his economics degree from the University of Kentucky in 1977, and did graduate studies in economics at Ohio State University in 1980. Before joining AEP in 1986, Lewis was a staff attorney with the West Virginia Public Service Commission.

JoAnn Grevenow is director–Customer Services and Marketing for Indiana Michigan Power, and is responsible for customer account management, as well as meter and revenue operations in Indiana and Michigan. Before joining AEP, Grevenow served more than 11 years in the public sector on the staff of the Ohio House of Representatives, the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel, and the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. Grevenow joined AEP in July 1996 as a key account executive in Ashland, KY, and then moved to Columbus, OH, in a national account executive position. She also served as executive assistant to the executive vice president. Prior to joining I&M in 2004, Grevenow was AEP’s director of Community Affairs and Economic Development in Columbus, OH, where she was responsible for managing local government and community relations and economic development activities throughout the 11-state AEP System. Grevenow is a graduate of Franklin University in Columbus, OH, where she earned a bachelors degree in business management and human resources management. She also completed the Ohio State University Management Development Program in 1998-99. She is a graduate of the Leadership Fort Wayne Class of 2005-2006. Grevenow serves on the Northeast Indiana Innovation Center Board; is Board Secretary of the Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home; and serves on the Indiana-Kentucky Electric Corporation Board. Grevenow was previously active with a number of organizations, including the United Way of Allen County Campaign Cabinet, Women's Initiative and Marketing Committee; the Heartland Chamber Chorale Board; the Columbus (OH) Downtown Development Corporation Advisory Board; the Columbus Downtown Development Housing Fund; the United Way Steering Committee (Columbus, OH); the Huntington (WV) Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Committee; the Ashland (KY) Main Street organization’s Architectural Design Committee and the Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges. She also participated in the Community Development Leadership Program for Boyd County in Kentucky.

Kent CurryKent Curry is director--regulatory services for Indiana Michigan Power. He and his staff administer regulatory matters for both Indiana and Michigan. Curry joined the AEP Service Corporation in September 1980 as a customer accounting auditor performing operational reviews of the area offices of Indiana Michigan Power Company (I&M) and Michigan Power Company. In 1984, he joined I&M as a rate analyst in the Rates and Tariffs Department. In 1986, he was promoted to general records accounts supervisor in I&M's Accounting Department, then returned to the Rates and Tariffs Department in 1990 as rates and tariffs supervisor, where he managed rate filings and other regulatory reports. In 1996, he was promoted to director of the Fort Wayne Regulatory Services office. Curry has testified before both the Indiana and Michigan regulatory commissions and has served as chair of the regulatory committees of the Indiana Energy Association (IEA) and Michigan Electric & Gas Association (MEGA). He is a native of Michigan and a long-time resident of Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University in 1980 with a bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in accounting, and has taken various graduate courses at Indiana University/Purdue University in Fort Wayne. In 1997 he completed the AEP Management Development Program at Ohio State University, and is a certified public accountant licensed in Indiana.

Susanne Moorman Rowe directs and manages the internal and external communications efforts of Indiana Michigan Power as well as I&M’s community relations and economic development programs. Moorman Rowe previously served as general manager--community affairs for Indiana, Michigan and Western Ohio, where she was responsible for directing regional community affairs operations and acted as a liaison between external stakeholders and internal organizations. She joined AEP in 1975, working in the Customer Service Department of Indiana Michigan Power (I&M) before she was promoted in 1980 to programs manager in the Public Affairs Department. In 1988, she was named Decatur area manager. Moorman Rowe also served as director of Customer Service for I&M, and as manager of Customer Service Operations for AEP. Moorman Rowe received her BA degree from Purdue University and attended the AEP Management Development Program at Ohio State. She also completed the Indiana Economic Development program at Ball State University. She serves on a variety of Boards, including the Leadership Fort Wayne Board, Northeast Indiana Public Radio, United Way Success By Six Cabinet and the Early Childhood Alliance Marketing and Development Committee.
