Our cash-generating assets consist of our partnership interests, including incentive distribution rights, in Inergy, L.P. (Nasdaq symbol: NRGY), a publicly traded Delaware limited partnership, which operates a rapidly growing, geographically diverse retail and wholesale propane supply, marketing and distribution business. In addition to Inergy?s retail and wholesale propane business, Inergy also owns and operates a midstream operation including a natural gas storage facility and a natural gas liquids (NGL) business. Our primary objective is to increase distributable cash flow to our unitholders through our ownership of partnership interests in Inergy.
