Angelo joined the VirnetX board of directors in July 2007. He is currently chief security architect at NetIQ Corporation, a provider of comprehensive systems and security management solutions. Prior to joining NetIQ, he was security architect and manager of government engagements within Microsoft Corporation. Angelo is very active in the security and technology area as the sub-chairman for the Common Infrastructure and Service Delivery (CISD) review as part of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Board of Assessment for the Programs/National Research Council, responsible for fiscal years 2000-2001 and 2001-2002. He has been a technology contributor and participant for the U.S. Commerce Department's Information Systems Technical Advisory Council (ISTAC) since 1999. In addition, he was named a distinguished lecturer in 2004 and 2005 by Sigma XI, the Scientific Research Society. Angelo currently holds 49 patents, most of them in the areas of security and authentication. He was named the 2003 Inventor of the Year for the city of Houston by the Houston Intellectual Property Lawyers Association.

James Richardson has led an illustrious career in high tech over the past 25 years, and now acts as a consultant to high tech companies. His experience includes service as senior vice president and chief financial officer of WebTrends Corporation, which merged with NetIQ Corporation in March of 2001. Prior to WebTrends, Richardson was vice president and chief financial officer at Network General Corporation. There he managed the $1.2 billion merger with McAfee Associates, resulting in the creation of Network Associates. Before that, Richardson was vice president and chief financial officer of Logic Modeling Corporation, now a division of Synopsis, and vice president and chief financial officer of Advanced Logic Research. Additionally, Richardson is a member of several committees including, FEI Company-Audit Committee Member, Digimarc Corporation-Audit Committee Chair, Governance Committee Member and Plumtree Software-Compensation Committee Chair & Audit and Nominating Committee Member. He holds a doctorate degree in law, cum laude, from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Portland.

As Chief Human Capital Officer, Terry Dyckman is responsible for Saba's global human resource and human capital functions and is chartered with developing exceptional people processes that will allow Saba to hire, train, and develop the best people to manage their performance to maximum potential. Terry joins Saba from NetIQ Corporation, a systems and security software provider, where he had worldwide human resource responsibility for the 750 person, 300 million dollar company. Prior to NetIQ, he held executive and senior management positions at ROLM Corporation, Apple Computer, Claris, and Auspex Systems. He has also taught in the graduate psychology program at Santa Clara University. Terry also served as Saba's Vice President of Human Resources in 2001 and 2002. He holds an undergraduate degree from San Jose State University and an M.A. from Santa Clara University.

As chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Attachmate, Jeff Hawn is responsible for identifying the company's corporate direction and business strategies. Jeff's management tenure includes multiple senior-level positions relative to the mainframe software market. Before joining Attachmate, Jeff was an operating partner with JMI Inc. and led the firm's private equity acquisition and operating activities. Prior to his work at JMI, Jeff was senior vice president at BMC Software, where he held several key management positions. Additionally, he has served as a partner at the global consulting firm of McKinsey & Company. Jeff is an active member on several boards, including Pervasive Software and Vignette. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Southern Methodist University, and a master of business administration degree from the University of Texas.

Marc Andrews is chief operating officer (COO) with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the NetIQ Business Unit, managing all aspects of product development and delivery as well as sales, support and service to NetIQ customers. Andrews has more than 15 years' experience in the information technology industry, specifically focused on enterprise software, distributed systems management and networking. He previously held executive and managerial positions at BMC Software, Computer 2000 and Novell Inc. While at BMC, he held dual positions of vice president of Enterprise Systems Management and vice president of Marketing at BMC Software for the EMEA region, with responsibility for defining, building and executing the overall go-to-market strategies for BMC Software.

Olivier Thierry "OT" has over thirty years of experience in several areas of computer technology and enterprise-class software systems. While Olivier's career has been focused predominantly on enterprise software marketing, his executive experience covers all aspects of software operations including development, support, sales, and consulting both domestically and internationally. Olivier's product expertise spans many areas of enterprise software including systems and network management, applications development, CASE tools and middleware. Olivier comes to Zenoss having held numerous executive positions with leading vendors including most recently as CEO of FiveRuns. Other positions held by Olivier include: Sr. VP of Marketing with NetIQ/Mission Critical Software, VP of Marketing with Antares Alliance Group (JV EDS-Amdahl), Director of Product Management with Boole & Babbage and Senior Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick. He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree with a joint major in both Marketing and Computers and Systems from McGill University (cum laude) in 1977.

As Vice President of Products and Marketing, Chris Pick provides strategic direction and ensures solid execution for all communications and marketing internationally for the Systems and Security Management products. He leads a global team responsible for product and solutions marketing, field and channel marketing, branding, advertising, marketing communications, public relations, and industry analyst relations. Chris also oversees product management and the corporate strategy and development process. Prior to Attachmate, Chris spent more than 10 years in marketing and product management positions at NetIQ, PentaSafe, and e-Security. He is a former auditor with Ernst and Young and is a recognized expert in the field of computer security and regulatory compliance.

As Vice President of Worldwide Services and Support, Mike Steinmetz is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing post-sale support globally, including maintenance renewals, professional services, and technical support. Prior to joining NetIQ in 2004, Mike worked at BMC Software, where he held many positions, including Manager, Professional Services; Technical Services Director; Business Unit Field Director for the Scheduling and Output Management business units (European assignment); and Manager, Global Sales Support. Mike leverages his broad knowledge and expertise in the IT industry, inclusive of technical development and support, to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and English from La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pa.

Todd began his career at Ernst & Young where he managed financial and IT audits and led security consulting engagements for some of the firm's largest clients. Todd understands leading IT and security frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO 17799 and has earned several certifications, including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional. Todd has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Wichita State University.

Craig Nelson is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in the software industry. For the last 15 years he has dedicated his efforts to enabling companies to more effectively market and sell. Nelson has held a variety of leadership roles and has been instrumental in the growth of several startup companies. As the Senior Director of Worldwide Sales Operations for NetIQ Corporation the company grew license revenues from $8MM pre-IPO to over $320MM to become an industry-leading, publicly traded software company. Prior to his work with NetIQ Corporation, as a Senior Director, Nelson played a major role in the launch of LBMS, which went public on the NASDAQ and was subsequently sold to Platinum Technology. Nelson holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Interdisciplinary Computer Science from Minnesota State University.

Xingcheng is a Senior Software Engineer, Project Lead at NetIQ Corporation where he leads software development in e-business data mining, thin-client multi-tier business application and Windows System Management tools. Prior to NetIQ, Xingcheng worked at Sirana Software where he pioneered the creation of the award-winning web-based software AppAnalyzer for Exchange. A seasoned software developer, Xingcheng has a diverse educational and research background. He holds a BS degree in Physics and a MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Fudan University. His computer science expertise is grounded by a MS degree in Computer Science from the The George Washington University where he performed research in medical surgery simulation.
