As Vice President of Information Services and Chief Information Officer, Abe Chang provides vision and leadership to IR's corporate technology initiatives. Abe manages the computer programming, systems designs and development, and project management surrounding the technology infrastructure that enables IR to deliver on its quality and customer-focused mission. Abe has more than 25 years of senior and executive level experience in a variety of capacities including financial and investment services, education, research and development, entrepreneurial and international ventures. Given the breadth of his knowledge and experience, Abe contributes to the overall strength of the organization by transferring his depth of understanding toward solving issues that impact customers. Abe joined Informative Research in 2001 as Vice President, IS & CIO. He received his Bachelor's degree from Bellarmine College in Louisville, Kentucky and his Master's of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
