Bo founded Xenogene with a vision of changing the paradigm for web design and pushing the limits of the medium. He is a holistic and systemic thinker who likens the design process to solving a complex equation of information architecture, form and function. Bo's style is evocative, dynamic and engaging. He taps into the passion and creativity of your team, stimulates their best thinking and zeros in on what really matters to your business. Bo consulted as Online Creative Director for eCompany Now, an AOL/Time Warner publication, and as lead Web Designer for Infoseek where traffic increased from 7 million page views a day to 20 million under his tenure. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester where he graduated with distinction. To learn more about Bo's design philosophy, read his interview in eCompany Now and usability article in Mute magazine.

Emmy Award-winning actress Julia Barr grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she caught the acting bug at age 13, and became a star in her hometown. She was acting, singing and dancing in virtually every local production between the Fort Wayne Community Theatre, Civic Theatre, Wagon Wheel Playhouse and Enchanted Hills Playhouse. She attended Purdue University, where she starred in such productions as Our Town, A Streetcar Named Desire, The Lover, The Killing of Sister George and Endgame. Then she shuffled off to Buffalo's Studio Arena Theatre, where she earned her equity card starring in Scapino and in A Girl in My Soup with Van Johnson. Ms. Barr then moved to New York and the work never stopped.

Steve Kirsch, 45, is the founder and CEO of Propel Software Corporation, which develops software for improving the Internet experience. He previously founded and led Infoseek Corporation, a leading Internet navigation service, before its acquisition in 1999 by the Walt Disney Company. A seasoned entrepreneur, he started Frame Technology in 1986 and Mouse Systems in 1982. As a result of his business successes, Red Herring Magazine included him on its "Top Ten Entrepreneurs 2000" list and San Jose Magazine included him in its "The Power 100 of Silicon Valley" list in 2001. Most recently, Forbes Magazine named him to its "Midas List". Mr. Kirsch and his wife, Michele, established the Steven and Michele Kirsch Foundation at Community Foundation Silicon Valley in 1999 after a decade of charitable giving to further their extensive philanthropic interests. With current assets in excess of $30M, the Foundation engages both in grantmaking and lobbying/advocacy activities in areas ranging from curing disease to eliminating weapons of mass destruction to cleaning up the air. The Foundation's mission is: "We invest in causes where high-impact, leverageable activities can result in a safer and healthier world. Using whatever means are most effective, we work to solve significant problems and issues that place individuals, the world community, and the world itself at risk." As well-known Silicon Valley philanthropists, Steve and Michele Kirsch were honored as "1999 Outstanding Philanthropists" by the Silicon Valley chapter of NSFRE. They were ranked #8 on the Slate 60, (an article portraying the largest American charitable contributions of 1999), and number 96 on the Worth Magazine list of the "100 Most Generous Americans" in 1999. In addition to his charitable endeavors, Mr. Kirsch is active in political issues on a national level. He established the Center for Innovative Policies to pursue his commitment to sustainable energy and for educational reform. He participates actively in the lobbying activities of his foundation and his center. Mr. Kirsch is a member of several nonprofit boards, including the Community Foundation Silicon Valley, The Tech Museum of Innovation and The History Museum Center. He also serves on the Board of Advisors for the Ploughshares Fund, which is known as the "mutual fund for peace and security", and on the Undergraduate Education Visiting Committee of MIT. He has BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.
