We are one of the premier distributors and providers of wireless handsets and accessories in Central and South America. We provide end-to-end handset and wireless terminal solutions for carriers in both Central and South America. We distribute products of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), including Samsung and others. We are also involved in the designing, sourcing and distributing of a proprietary line of products under our own verykool ® brand, which includes entry level, mid-tier and high-end products. Our corporate headquarters is in San Diego, California. From our sales facility in Miami, Florida, we operate a warehouse and distribution center for our customers in Central and South America. We have wholly-owned subsidiaries in Central and South America, which conduct some of our business activities in their respective regions of Central and South America. Our distribution and solution services include product testing, approval and certification, warehousing, logistics services (packing, shipping and delivery), marketing campaigns, warranty services and end-user support. Since InfoSonics’ founding in 1994, Mr. Ram has built the company to be one of the premier providers and distributors of wireless handsets and accessories serving Latin America His foresight in responding to ever-changing market conditions allowed him to capitalize on the different opportunities in the marketplace and grow with great success. In June of 2004, ten years after he founded the company, InfoSonics became publicly traded on the American Stock Exchange. Prior to founding the company, Mr. Ram served as a captain in the Israeli army. He attended Tel Aviv University where he studied economics and business management. Mr. Ram has held international purchasing and sales management positions in the telecommunications industry both internationally and domestically.

Prior to InfoSonics, Mr. Klausner was responsible for financial management of Cable & Wireless's Content Delivery Network, including caching and streaming. He was also a key financial executive involved in over $3.5 billion of Merger and Acquisitions activities. Prior to his work at Cable & Wireless, he was Corporate Controller for Sandpiper Networks, which later merged with Digital Island and was acquired by Cable & Wireless. Mr. Klausner started his career with Coopers & Lybrand in the technology and entertainment practice in Los Angeles. Mr. Picow has served as a Director of the Company since March 2001. Since May 2004 he has served as Chairman of Cenuco, Inc., a public communications technology company. From June 1996 to August 1997, he served as the Vice Chairman of Brightpoint, Inc., a publicly traded communications company and was its President from June 1996 until October 1997. In 1981 Mr. Picow founded Allied Communications, Inc., the pioneer U.S. wireless electronics distributorship, serving 16 years as its Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President until the 1996 merger of Allied and Brightpoint. Since June 2001 he has served a Director of Fundamental Management Corporation, a private fund management company whose partnerships represent the largest holding in the Company. He is also a Director of Infosonics Corporation, a multinational telecommunications company, and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Children’s Place at Homesafe.
