Since InfoSonics’ founding in 1994, Mr. Ram has built the company to be one of the premier providers and distributors of wireless handsets and accessories serving Latin America His foresight in responding to ever-changing market conditions allowed him to capitalize on the different opportunities in the marketplace and grow with great success. In June of 2004, ten years after he founded the company, InfoSonics became publicly traded on the American Stock Exchange. Prior to founding the company, Mr. Ram served as a captain in the Israeli army. He attended Tel Aviv University where he studied economics and business management. Mr. Ram has held international purchasing and sales management positions in the telecommunications industry both internationally and domestically.

Prior to InfoSonics, Mr. Klausner was responsible for financial management of Cable & Wireless's Content Delivery Network, including caching and streaming. He was also a key financial executive involved in over $3.5 billion of Merger and Acquisitions activities. Prior to his work at Cable & Wireless, he was Corporate Controller for Sandpiper Networks, which later merged with Digital Island and was acquired by Cable & Wireless. Mr. Klausner started his career with Coopers & Lybrand in the technology and entertainment practice in Los Angeles. Mr. Klausner holds a Bachelors of Science in Management from Tulane University, and is a CPA in California.

Mr. Picow has served as a Director of the Company since March 2001. Since May 2004 he has served as Chairman of Cenuco, Inc., a public communications technology company. From June 1996 to August 1997, he served as the Vice Chairman of Brightpoint, Inc., a publicly traded communications company and was its President from June 1996 until October 1997. In 1981 Mr. Picow founded Allied Communications, Inc., the pioneer U.S. wireless electronics distributorship, serving 16 years as its Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President until the 1996 merger of Allied and Brightpoint. Since June 2001 he has served a Director of Fundamental Management Corporation, a private fund management company whose partnerships represent the largest holding in the Company. He is also a Director of Infosonics Corporation, a multinational telecommunications company, and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Children’s Place at Homesafe.
