Stephen has an established track record of devising innovative consulting practices that excel in client service. He worked for 12 years as a Senior Partner at Deloitte Consulting, where he was the Top Selling Partner for two years. In 2003, Consulting Magazine elected him as Top 25 Consultants in the world. Stephen founded the CRM practice at Deloitte. Earlier, he worked at Booz, Allen & Hamilton for eight years.

S.D. Shibulal is a co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of Infosys Technologies Limited. He took over from S. Gopalakrishnan as Chief Operating Officer on June 22, 2007. His focus is on increasing competitiveness, improving customer experience, improving employee engagement and increasing the depth of services. Prior to June 22, 2007, Shibulal served as Group Head – Worldwide Sales & Customer Delivery, where he was responsible for the performance of practice units in terms of value delivered to customers, business performance, and organizational efficiency. This was complemented by his other responsibilities in fostering innovation, leadership, teamwork and work values within the organization. In 1981 he started sales operations in the North American region and managed customer relationships for the next ten years, predominantly in the manufacturing and retail sectors. Between 1991 and 1996 he took a sabbatical with Sun Microsystems where he was responsible for designing and implementing SunPlaza, Sun’s first e-commerce application, supporting online ordering, payments and distribution of software. As Senior Information Resource Manager, he was a consultant to various divisions of Sun Microsystems in the areas of architecture, auditing, implementation and security policies. He was chosen ‘Producer of the Year’ and received the SunIR Academy Award for 1995. In 1997, on his return to Infosys, Shibulal established and headed the Internet Consultancy Practice and also served as Head of Manufacturing, Distribution and Y2K Business Unit. He took over as Worldwide Head of Customer Delivery in 1999 with the responsibility of creating and managing a scalable delivery organization, which he continues to hold. Shibulal received a master’s degree in Physics from the University of Kerala and an MS in Computer Science from Boston University.

Ashok Vemuri is a Senior Vice President and heads the Banking and Capital Markets business unit at Infosys. He also serves on the Board of Infosys Consulting. Mr. Vemuri joined Infosys in 1999, and has headed Infosys' operations in Canada and the Eastern North America region. He has previously worked in the investment banking industry with Bank of America and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Vemuri received a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Physics from St. Stephens College, Delhi, and a Master's in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Subhash Dhar is a Senior Vice President and heads the Communications, Media and Entertainment business unit at Infosys. He also serves on the board of Infosys Australia. Mr. Dhar joined Infosys in 1997 as member of its E-Business Practice and has served in various other capacities since then. In 2007, Mr. Dhar was chosen by the World Economic Forum as one of 25 Young Global Leaders from India. He is also on the executive board of the International Telecommunication Union's 'Connect the World' initiative. Mr. Dhar received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, MESRA and a Master's degree in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Ming has more than 19 years of management consulting experience. He has worked with clients in numerous industries, primarily in consumer products and retail. His work has focused on customer relationship and loyalty management, fusing business and IT strategies, leveraging emerging technologies for industry transformation, and identifying and creating collaboration opportunities between retailers and CPG companies.

Raj has extensive experience in business consulting and information technology projects, ranging from strategy to offshore systems development. He has a proven track record in practice building, business development and managing alliances. Raj has successfully delivered consulting engagements to several global Fortune 100 companies in the high technology, manufacturing and communications industries.

N. R. Narayana Murthy is the Chairman of our Board and Chief Mentor. He co-founded Infosys in 1981 and served as our CEO for over 20 years between 1981 and 2002. Under his leadership, Infosys was listed on NASDAQ in 1999. He served as the Executive Chairperson of our Board and Chief Mentor from 2002 to 2006. He retired from employment with Infosys in August 2006. He also serves as a director of Infosys China and Infosys Consulting. Mr. Murthy serves as an independent director on the boards of Unilever PLC, Unilever NV, and New Delhi Television Limited. He has also been appointed as an independent director in HSBC Holdings PLC, with effect from May 1, 2008. He is an IT advisor to several Asian countries. He is also a member of the advisory boards and councils of several educational institutions including Cornell University, ESSEC, Paris, INSEAD, Indian Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore, Singapore Management University, Stanford Graduate School of Business, the University of Tokyo and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. Mr. Murthy was voted the "World Entrepreneur of the Year" by Ernst & Young in 2003 and ranked as India's most powerful CEO for three consecutive years between 2004 and 2006 by the Economic Times. In 2004, TIME magazine identified him as one of ten global leaders who are helping shape the future of technology. In 2005, the Economist ranked him 8th among the 15 most admired global leaders and the Financial Times ranked him 28th among the world's most respected business leaders In 2007, he was chosen as the "Business Process Innovator" by the Economist and he received the Ernst Weber Engineering Leadership medal from the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers for his pioneering role in the globalization of IT services. Mr. Murthy was awarded the Padma Vibhushan, India's second highest civilian award, by the Government of India in 2008. The Government of France made him an Officer of the Legion of Honor in 2008. Mr. Murthy holds a B. E. from the University of Mysore and an M. Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, or IIT, Kanpur. Nandan M. Nilekani is the Co-Chairman of our Board. He is one of our co-founders and has served as one of our directors since 1981. From March 2002 to June, 2007, he served as our Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. He has previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer. He also serves as a director of Infosys Consulting. Mr. Nilekani co-founded India's National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) and the Bangalore chapter of The IndUS Entrepreneurs (TiE). He is the Vice Chairperson of The Conference Board, Inc., an international research and business membership organization. He is on the Board of Directors of the Peterson Institute for International Economics and on the Board of Governors of the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. He also serves as the Co-chairperson of the IIT Bombay Heritage Fund. In India, Mr. Nilekani is a member of the National Knowledge Commission and also part of the National Advisory Group on e-Governance. He is also a member of the review committee of the Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission. In April 2008, he took over as the elected President of National Council of Applied Economic Research, NCAER, the premier, independent, applied economics research institute in India. He was the Chairperson of the Government of India's IT Task Force for power. He has also served as a member of the subcommittee of the Securities and Exchange Board of India that dealt with issues related to insider trading, and as a member of the Reserve Bank of India's Advisory Group on corporate governance. Arindom has over 17 years of professional experience. He is a specialist in Global Business Transformation involving deployment of IT solutions, Business Process Redesign and Operations Improvement. Arindom has rich experience in dealing with IT and business issues setting up governance structures and managing large Global IT programs in Europe and Asia Pacific. He has extensive experience in program-managing complex business and technology operational improvement programs requiring significant change management effort . Prior to Infosys, Arindom worked with Accenture (formerly known as Andersen Consulting).

Ashish has over 14 years of experience in retail and consumer goods industries. As the head of the Next Generation Commerce service, he helps clients focus on the entire sales cycle, from the enterprise to the customer. He is a specialist in direct-to-consumer business, e-commerce and multi-channel retailing, supply chain planning and execution, channel management, order and inventory management, sales force management, and warehouse operations. Prior to Infosys, Ashish worked with GE Appliances and Asian Paints in sales, marketing and distribution operations.

Holly has helped hundreds of clients successfully design and deliver large-scale organizational change programs for ERP and other technology implementations, mergers and acquisitions, process re-engineering, restructuring, outsourcing and shared services initiatives. She focuses on delivering bottom line business results and brings a tactical, pragmatic approach to change management that is rooted in more than ten years of operational experience with a major integrated oil company. She has held leadership positions at IBM Consulting Services and PWC Consulting.

John has 15 years of experience as a retail and supply chain consultant and member of the leadership team for the world's largest specialty apparel retail organization. He has led several large scale organizational transformations as both a consultant and executive. Prior to Infosys Consulting, John held leadership positions in retail and consulting, including Senior Director of Product Pipeline Development and Operations for Gap, Senior Director of Supply Chain Strategy for Gap Inc. (Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy) where he led the company-wide PLM initiative, Senior Director of Performance Management for Gap Inc., Senior Principal and North America Retail and Supply Chain Lead for Diamond Technology Partners Inc., and Senior Manager in Supply Chain Strategic Services for Accenture.

Mark is responsible for selling, delivering and managing a broad range of services to business leaders of Fortune 100 companies. His background in finance, IT, marketing and strategy enables him to understand how technology can support a company's strategies, processes, operations and management activities. Mark manages large transformation activities within clients that drive real change and significant shareholder value.

Mathias has more than 10 years of consulting and industry experience in helping organizations increase competitiveness and create shareholder value. His expertise covers strategic planning, customer and product strategy, operations strategy, supply chain management and package-enabled business transformation. Mathias works with manufacturing clients to define strategies, translate those strategies into actionable initiatives and program manage implementation. Prior to Infosys Consulting, he held strategy and operations positions at Deloitte Consulting and Ross Stores.

Mohandas Pai is Member of the Board and Director-Human Resources, Education and Research and Administration. He joined Infosys in 1994 and has served as a Member of the Board since May 2000. He served as the Chief Financial Officer from 1994 to 2006. In 2006, he voluntarily remitted the office of CFO to lead efforts in the areas of Human Resources and Education and Research. As the CFO, Mohan played a strategic role in transforming Infosys into one of the world’s most respected and widely known software services companies. He formulated the country’s first publicly articulated financial policy for the company. He played a key role in branding the company among the investor community and enhancing transparency and disclosure levels. The Infosys Annual Report, under his supervision, has won the Best Presented Annual Accounts Award from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for ten years in succession as well as from the South Asia Federation of Accountants in 2000. Mohan was an integral part of the Infosys team that enabled the first listing of an India-registered company on NASDAQ and the first sponsored secondary offering of American Depositary Shares by an Indian company. He was voted ’CFO of the Year’ in 2001 by IMA India (formerly EIU India) and American Express. He won the ’Best CFO in India’ award from Finance Asia in 2002, and ’Best Chief Financial Officer in India’' in the Best Managed Companies poll conducted by AsiaMoney in 2004. Mohan has been active in working with regulators to improve the business ecosystem. He was also a member of the Kelkar Committee, constituted by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India (GoI) for reforming direct taxes, the Non-Resident Taxation Committee, the High Powered Committee on e-Commerce and Taxation. He is currently a member of the SEBI Accounting Standards Sub-committee and the Empowered Committee for setting up the Tax Information Network of the GoI. He also works with the union and state governments in the fields of education, Information Technology and business. Mohan is also a Trustee of the International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation, the body that oversees the International Accounting Standards Board. He is working with governments and decision-makers across India to improve the quality of education and availability of skilled manpower. He is also involved with the Akshaya Patra Foundation, a project that provides mid-day meals to over 950,000 children across India, which aims to reach out to one million children. Mohan holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from St. Joseph’s College of Commerce, Bangalore, and a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from Bangalore University. He is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA).

Animesh Sharma is a healthcare informatics specialist at Dimagi. His educational qualifications, work experience and skill sets cut across fields like clinical medicine, computer science and bioinformatics. Animesh has worked in diverse settings, holding professional positions in academia at premier research institutes in India and as a graduate student in the United States. His research has focused on applying pattern matching and other machine learning techniques to identify regulatory networks at the genomic level. On the industry side, his experience includes appointments at Infosys Technologies Inc., a leading Information Technology Services company in India. While at Infosys, Animesh was instrumental in the development and implementation of the Oracle clinical works software application. Animesh received an MBBS degree from the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Bioinformatics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. He is an enthusiastic computer hacker and an active seeker of knowledge. Animesh is based in New Delhi, India.

Tony Richmond is a partner in the firm's Silicon Valley office. He has significant experience in finance and securities matters involving public and private companies, as well as in mergers and acquisitions, tender offers and leveraged recapitalizations. Recent merger transactions include the acquisition of control of IMP, Inc. by TeamAsia Semiconductor of India, the sale of PictureWorks Technology to Internet Pictures Corporation and the acquisition of Metro-Optix, Inc. from Ericsson, Inc. Recent public offerings include initial public offerings by Sify Limited, Satyam Computer Services, Vicinity Corporation and Infosys Technologies Limited. Mr. Richmond also regularly represents institutional equity investors in a variety of assignments, and acts as outside general counsel for several public companies. Private equity representations include venture capital, advanced stage and buy-out and recapitalization financings sponsored by firms such as JPMorgan, Norwest Equity Partners and Broadview Capital. Mr. Richmond received a B.S. degree in finance and accounting from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley in 1982, where he received the Departmental Citation as the top academic graduate in a class of approximately 240. He was employed for three years by a Big-4 public accounting firm as a senior accountant, with experience in audit and federal and state taxation. In 1988, Mr. Richmond received his J.D. from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley, graduating in the top five percent of his class. He joined Latham & Watkins as an associate in November of 1988. Mr. Richmond is admitted to practice in California, where he is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant.

Eric has more than 13 years of consulting experience in process improvement, IT cost reduction, and business transformation through implementation of complex enterprise-application solutions. His experience includes solution design and business case development, analysis-design-build, integrated testing, change management and training, implementation cutover and support, and long-term maintenance transition.

Jeff has 20 years of consulting and operation experience in supply chain, product development and IT. He helps executives find and resolve the process, organizational and technology issues related to product innovation and improving supply chain performance. Jeff is a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Jeffrey Saper is Vice Chairman of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, the largest law firm in the Silicon Valley specializing in technology and emerging growth companies. He also serves as a member of the firm's Executive Management and Policy Committees. Jeff specializes in public and private financings of technology companies and corporate partnership transactions, as well as representation of leading investment banks and corporate issuers in connection with public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. He also has extensive expertise in cross-border corporate transactions, including the $640 million acquisition of Dr. Solomon (U.K.) by Network Associates; the initial public offering by Infosys Technologies, Ltd., the first U.S. offering by an Indian company; and the initial public offering by SCM Microsystems, which was one of the first simultaneous dual listings on NASDAQ and the Neuer Market. He has also represented two Israeli companies, Backweb Ltd. and ClickSoftware Technologies, in their initial U.S. public offerings, and currently serves as principal outside corporate counsel in the U.S. for Check Point Software, one of the largest publicly traded Israeli companies. Jeff has spoken on a variety of corporate securities issues, including the public offering process and analyst communications, as well as related disclosure and corporate governance obligations of publicly traded issuers. He serves as counsel to numerous public and private companies and venture capital funds. Jeff has been involved in more than 200 public offerings, and has served as company counsel with respect to such prominent initial public offerings as Apple, Infosys, Linear Technology, Micron Technology and Quantum.

Jim has more than 18 years of experience in consulting. Over the last six years, he has helped companies in large merger and integration programs. He specializes in helping enterprises transform IT by focusing on improving performance, reducing cost and reorganization. At Infosys, Jim leads the IT Strategy Practice, which includes IT Delivery Excellence, IT Strategy and Management, Support for the Growth Agenda, and e-Business strategy.

Lars leads Infosys Consulting's Global Banking & Capital Markets Group. Lars has helped several clients address their challenges in business intelligence and process design. He has extensive experience in designing and delivering large-scale transformational programs involving process re-design, technology delivery, change- and stakeholder management. Lars has broad functional and industry knowledge, and a track record of taking ambiguous, unstructured situations and delivering results.

Mandeep has 17 years of experience, having worked with telecom service providers and OEMs, transforming their operations, enabling them for Next Generation Products/Services and optimizing their current cost base. He has helped telcos adopt a standardized process-driven culture for structuring their OSS/BSS landscape and operations. He is a specialist in global sourcing strategies for processes and helps clients derive exceptional cost-savings through non-conventional outsourcing. Telecom Customer Service Management is his forte. He is an NGOSS & eTOM expert.

Paul and his wife Michelle have been visiting Siesta Key since 1994 and made it their permanent residence in 1999. They have a 5 year old daughter. Paul has a Masters from MIT and is a business consultant with Infosys Technologies.

Rama is the Regional Operations Manager for India Operations at Infosys Consulting. At Infosys, he has been involved in consulting engagements with several global financial services organizations. Prior to Infosys, Rama was associated with the Insurance industry for about 12 years. He has extensive experience in the strategic and operational aspects of direct insurance, reinsurance and risk management. Rama has published more than 15 papers in international media, in risk management, regulations and insurance.

Srikanth leads the Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice at Infosys Consulting. He has 13 years of consulting experience at Infosys and PricewaterhouseCoopers, helping global companies define and execute large business transformation efforts. In the

Claude Smadja is a politics graduate from the University of Lausanne. After a number of years as Deputy Editor of the Information Department at Television Suisse Romande (TSR), the TV channel for French-speaking Switzerland, in 1987 he joined the management of the World Economic Forum, a post that he was to hold until 1992. He then returned to TSR as Information Director until 1996, when he was appointed Managing Director of the World Economic Forum. In 2001, Claude Smadja set up his own strategy consultancy, Smadja & Associates, Strategic Advisory. Claude Smadja sits on the Board of the Edipresse Group and of Infosys, where he also holds the post of Chairman of the Nomination Committee. In addition, he is Chairman of the Board of Overseers of the Illinois Institute of Technology and member of the International Advisory Board of Korn Ferry International. A member of the Kudelski SA Board of Directors since 1999, Claude Smadja has been Deputy Chairman of that body since 1st April 2002. He is also Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Strategy Committee.

Claude Smadja is the President of Smadja & Associates, a strategic advisory firm he founded in 2001. A graduate of the University of Lausanne, Switzerland, Mr. Smadja started his career as a journalist, first in the print media and then in television, covering an extensive range of international economic and political issues and interviewing top political leaders worldwide. In his last journalistic position, he was Director for News and Current Affairs at the Swiss Broadcasting Corporation. Mr. Smadja joined the World Economic Forum in 1987 as a Director and Member of the Executive Board. He was instrumental in creating World Link, the Forum’s magazine for global decision-makers, and initiated the first regional meeting of the World Economic Forum, the East Asia Economic Summit. From January 1996 to June 2001, he was the Managing Director of the World Economic Forum, with overall responsibility on the Davos annual meeting and the Forum’s activities in Asia. Mr. Smadja left this position to found "Smadja & Associates, Strategic Advisory", which works with global corporations and government entities on strategic issues to create "content platforms" - high-profile international conferences, seminars, workshops, briefings and analyses – to help clients navigate and leverage globalization. The firm, with offices in Switzerland and the USA, has clients and partners in North America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. His deep knowledge of global economics, business and politics and his acquaintance with key players in these fields makes Mr. Smadja a frequent invitee at international conferences and private business meetings. He is on the boards of several major corporations, and also serves as a member of the International Board of Overseers of the Illinois Institute of Technology.

David L. Boyles built a successful career in senior leadership positions at large multinational corporations including American Express, Bank of America and ANZ Banking Group. He retired from the ANZ and full-time corporate life in December 2003. He currently operates a boutique consulting practice focused on IT strategy, business alignment, governance and change management. Mr. Boyles is also an Adjunct Professor in the School of Computing of the University of Tasmania. He is the principal author of the book Maximising the Business Value of your Technology Investment ( 2005, Infosys and Microsoft). His most recent full-time corporate position was Chief Operations Officer at ANZ Banking Group where he was responsible for Technology, Payments, Property, Strategic Sourcing and other shared services. Mr. Boyles joined ANZ in 1998 as Chief Information Officer. Prior to ANZ, Mr. Boyles was Senior Vice President, eCommerce, at American Express. In this role, he was responsible for state-of-the-art online services and emerging technologies. Mr. Boyles' early roles with AMEXCO included Senior Vice President, Global Systems and Operations, Travellers Cheque Group. Other leadership positions include Downey Financial (Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer) and Bank of America (Senior Vice President, Consumer Markets). Mr. Boyles earned an MBA from Washington State University and an MA and BA (summa cum laude) in Psychology from UNC, Greeley.

K. Dinesh is a co-founder and a Member of the Board of Infosys Technologies Limited. He is Head of Quality, Information Systems and the Communication Design Group. He is also the Chairman of Infosys Technologies Australia Pty Ltd., an Infosys subsidiary. Dinesh’s rich and varied experience in software technology and management ranges from programming and project management to managing software delivery. From 1991 to 1995, he held charge of software development activities for Infosys’ worldwide operations. In this role, he was responsible for the execution, implementation and delivery of software solutions to customers. Dinesh has also been focused on managing quality at Infosys. During his tenure as Head of Quality, the company’s software quality processes achieved world-class benchmarks, including CMM Level 5 in 1999. From software process excellence, he aimed to bring performance excellence to the entire organization. This involved adopting and implementing the Baldrige Framework and championing cross-functional process improvement using Six Sigma CFPM techniques developed by Motorola University. As head of Information Systems, Dinesh was instrumental in ensuring the in-house implementation of SAP in a record span of six months. He has championed the cause of technology enabling and automation to help the organization manage explosive growth without affecting service times to internal customers. Until recently, Dinesh provided direct oversight to the Human Resources function. Under his leadership Infosys became the first company to be certified on PCMM Level 5 Version 2. During this time, Infosys also transitioned into a role based organization, and evolved the foundations of a high performance work ethic. People Management at Infosys has been recognized and commended worldwide. Dinesh managed Infosys’ efforts in Software Project Management in the US from 1981 to 1988, focusing on the distribution industry for consumer durables and soft goods. His experience includes creating the architecture of DMAP (Distribution Management Application Package), a large package that runs on AS/400 platform. Born June 6, 1954 at Sagar, Karnataka, Dinesh completed his post-graduation in Mathematics from Bangalore University. He was awarded a doctorate in literature by the Karnataka State Open University in 2006. Before co-founding Infosys in 1981, he worked with NGEF Ltd., an electrical equipments manufacturer with collaboration from AEG, Germany, and with Patni Computer Systems. He has also worked with India’s Department of Telecommunications (formerly known as the Indian Post and Telegraph department), Bangalore Telecom and UCO Bank.

Kundapur Vaman Kamath is the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of ICICI Bank Limited, India's second largest bank. Kamath has a degree in mechanical engineering as well as one in management studies from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He started his career in 1971 at ICICI, an Indian financial institution that founded ICICI Bank and merged with it in 2002. In 1988, he moved to the Asian Development Bank and spent several years in South-east Asia before returning to ICICI as its Managing Director and CEO in 1996. Under his leadership, the ICICI Group transformed itself into a diversified, technology-driven financial services group that has leadership positions across banking, insurance and asset management in India, and an international presence. He retired as Managing Director and CEO in April 2009, and took up his present position. Kamath was awarded the Padma Bhushan, one of India’s highest civilian honors, in 2008. He was given the Lifetime Achievement Award at the NDTV Profit Business Leadership Awards 2008; was named 'Businessman of the Year' by Forbes Asia and The Economic Times ‘Business Leader of the Year' in 2007; Business Standard's 'Banker of the Year' and CNBC-TV18's 'Outstanding Business Leader of the Year’ in 2006; Business India's 'Businessman of the Year' in 2005; and CNBC's 'Asian Business Leader of the Year' in 2001. He has been given an honorary Ph.D. by the Banaras Hindu University. Kamath was the president of the Confederation of Indian Industry for the year 2008-09.

He was the Chairman of the Committee on Industrial Sickness and Corporate Restructuring in 1993, which recommended revamping India?s bankruptcy laws and procedures; member of the Working Group on the Companies Act; the CII Committee on Corporate Governance; the Rakesh Mohan Committee on Railway Infrastructure Reform; the Vijay Kelkar Committee on Direct Tax Reforms; the Naresh Chandra Committee on Auditor-Company Relationship; the N.R. Narayana Murthy SEBI Committee on Corporate Governance Reforms; and others. Goswami has been a consultant to the World Bank, the IMF, the Asian Development Bank and the OECD. He serves on the board of Dr. Reddy?s Laboratories and Infosys Technologies ? two of India?s most prestigious knowledge?based companies. He also serves on the board of Infrastructure Development Finance Company, Crompton Greaves, Cairn India Ltd. and DSP-Merrill Lynch Fund Managers. Other than his regular columns for newspapers and magazines, Goswami has authored three books and over 70 research papers on economic history, industrial economics, public sector, bankruptcy laws and procedures, economic policy, corporate finance, corporate governance, public finance, tax enforcement and legal reforms.

Jeffrey Sean Lehman, Professor of Law and Former President at Cornell University, is currently a Senior Scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, D.C. and the President of the Joint Center for China-U.S. Law & Policy Studies at Peking University and Beijing Foreign Studies University. President Lehman earned an AB in mathematics from Cornell University, and MPP and JD degrees from the University of Michigan, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Michigan Law Review. He served as law clerk to Chief Judge Frank M. Coffin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and to Associate Justice John Paul Stevens of the U.S. Supreme Court, and he practiced tax law in Washington, D.C., with the firm of Caplin & Drysdale. President Lehman taught law and public policy at the University of Michigan, specializing in the law and policy of the American welfare state, before becoming dean of the law school at the age of 37. Under his stewardship, the school launched successful initiatives in legal writing, public service, clinical education, and transnational law. He also served as a public spokesperson in defense of the law school’s moderate approach to affirmative action in admissions, an approach that was vindicated by the Supreme Court’s decision in Grutter v. Bollinger. In recognition of his work on the Grutter case, the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc. honored President Lehman with its National Equal Justice Award. During his last two years as dean, President Lehman also served as President of the American Law Deans Association. During his tenure as the eleventh president of Cornell University, President Lehman drew the university community together to expand its role as a transnational institution and to marshal its resources in response to some of the most significant practical challenges facing humanity in the 21st century: life in the age of the genome, wisdom in the age of digital information, and sustainability in the age of development. Under his leadership, the university set new records for fundraising success and for applicant volume. President Lehman also led Cornell to forge new ties with the top universities in China, as well as to establish new links in France, India and Singapore. President Lehman was awarded an honorary doctorate degree by Peking University in recognition of his service as a bridge between scholars in the United States and China. He is also an honorary professor at China Agricultural University and at Xiamen University. President Lehman is Chair of the Board of Internet2 and a member of the governing boards of Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America and the Asian University for Women Support Foundation.

Gopalakrishnan (Kris to his colleagues) is one of the founders of Infosys Technologies Limited. As Chief Executive Officer, he plays a key role in defining the company strategy and using technology and innovation continuously to maintain its leadership in the industry. On June 22, 2007, Kris took over from Nandan M. Nilekani as the CEO and Managing Director of Infosys Technologies Limited. Kris previously served as Chief Operating Officer (since April 2002), and as the President and Joint Managing Director (since August 2006). His responsibilities included customer services, technology, investments and acquisitions. Kris' initial responsibilities at Infosys included management of design, development, implementation and support of information systems for clients in the consumer products industry in the U.S. Between 1987 and 1994, he headed the technical operations of KSA/Infosys (a joint venture between Infosys and KSA at Atlanta, U.S.) as Vice President (Technical). In 1994, Kris returned to India and was appointed Deputy Managing Director of the company. Kris is currently the Chairman of the Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (IIITM), Kerala, and Vice Chairman of the Board for Information Technology Education Standards (BITES) set up by the Government of Karnataka. Kris is the Vice Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industries(CII) Southern Regional Council. He is also a member of ACM, IEEE and IEEE Computer Society. Kris holds a master's degree in Physics and Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.

Sudha Murty is a trustee, and chairperson of the Infosys Foundation. Ms Murty has an ME Electrical from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. She started her career as a Development Engineer with TELCO. Later, she taught Computer Science to B.Sc and MCA students at a reputed college attached to Bangalore University. Ms Murty is a prolific writer in both Kannada and English. She has been a columnist for several English and Kannada dailies and also has 19 books to her credit among them novels, travelogues, technical books and collections of real-life experiences. She is probably one of the few Kannada writers to have her work translated into so many Indian languages. Ms Murty has received several awards for her philanthropic and literary activities.

T. V. Mohandas Pai is Member of the Board and Head-Administration, Education & Research, Finacle, Human Resources Development, and Infosys Leadership Institute. He is also the Chairperson of Infosys BPO and serves as a director of Infosys China. Mr. Pai also serves as a director of Tejas Networks India Limited. He serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Tejas Networks India Limited and Infosys China. He also serves as member of the Compensation Committee of Infosys BPO and Infosys China. Mr. Pai joined Infosys in 1994 and has served as a Member of the Board since May 2000. He served as the Chief Financial Officer from 1994 to 2006. In 2006, he voluntarily retired from the position of Chief Financial Officer to lead efforts in the areas of Human Resources and Education & Research. Mr. Pai was a member of the Kelkar Committee constituted by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India (GoI) for reforming direct taxes, the Non-Resident Taxation Committee, the High Powered Committee on e-Commerce & Taxation. He is currently a member of the SEBI Accounting Standards Sub-committee and the Empowered committee for setting up the Tax Information Network of the GoI. He is also a Trustee of the International Accounting Standards Committee Foundation, the body that oversees the International Accounting Standards Board. He is also involved in Akshaya Patra Foundation, a project that provides mid-day meals to over 450,000 children across India, and which aims to reach out to one million children. Mr. Pai holds a Bachelor's degree in commerce from St. Joseph's College of Commerce, Bangalore and a Bachelor's degree in law from Bangalore University. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA).
