Bill L. Fairfield has served as a director of the Company since November 2005. Mr. Fairfield is currently the Chairman of DreamField Capital Ventures, LLC, a company focused on economic development of the Mid-Plains region through management services and venture capital assistance. Mr. Fairfield currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Buckle, Inc., a retailer of casual apparel, footwear and accessories for young men and women based in Kearney, Nebraska. From 2002 to 2004 Mr. Fairfield was the Executive Vice President of Sitel Corporation, a global provider of outsourced customer support services based in Omaha, Nebraska, and from 1991 to 2000, Mr. Fairfield was President and Chief Executive Officer of Inacom Corp., an Omaha-based technology management services company. Prior to 1991 Mr. Fairfield was CEO of Valcom, the predecessor company to Inacom Corp. Mr. Fairfield holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Edward C. Mallin has served as President of the Services Group since January 2007. Prior to that Mr. Mallin served as President of Donnelley Marketing since August 2005, as President of Walter Karl since June 1998, as Executive Vice President of the National Accounts Division from January 1997 to June 1998 and as President of Compilers Plus from January 1990 to May 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Mallin was Executive Vice President of Compilers Plus which the Company acquired in January 1990. Mr. Mallin holds a B.A. in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration and Planning from New York University.

Gerard Miodus was appointed President of Opinion Research in December 2006. He has been with the company since 1982 serving in a wide variety of management positions. In 2006 he served as Managing Director, Executive Vice President for the US Region. Prior to that, Mr. Miodus held the positions of Managing Director of Research Services and Managing Director of Information Services. Mr. Miodus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Michigan State University.

McAlister's prior experience consists of being the Chief Information Officer for Metrogroup Corporation from 2005 - 2008. In addition, he has served in leadership positions for JP Morgan Chase and Ameritrade Holding Corporation. He holds a Master of Computer Systems Management from Creighton University.

Mr. Oberdorf has served as a director of the Company since 2004. Since June 2006, Mr. Oberdorf has been Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Getty Images Inc., the world’s leading creator and distributor of still imagery, footage and multi-media products, as well as a recognized provider of other forms of premium digital content, including music. From March 2002 through June 2006, Mr. Oberdorf was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of CMGI, Inc., a supply chain management, marketing distribution and ecommerce solutions company, where he served as a consultant from November 2001 through February 2002. From February 1999 through October 2001, Mr. Oberdorf was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bertelsmann AG’s subsidiary, BeMusic Direct, a direct-to-consumer music sales company. From January 1981 through January 1999, Mr. Oberdorf served in various capacities at Readers Digest Association, Inc., most recently as Vice President Global Books & Home Entertainment-Finance.

D. Joseph Thayer has served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the info USA Group since February 2005, as President of the info USA Small Business Group from May 1999 to February 2005, as Senior Vice President of the info USA Vertical Markets Group from October 1997 to May 1999, and as a Vice President and General Manager since joining the Company in 1993. Prior to that, Mr. Thayer worked as a manager for US West, Inc., and as a legislative aide handling foreign trade and agricultural issues in the United States House of Representatives. Mr. Thayer holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Nebraska, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Auburn University.

Thomas J. McCusker was hired as Executive Vice President for Business Conduct and General Counsel in December 2008 and was appointed Secretary in January 2009. Mr. McCusker previously served for fourteen years as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. Prior to joining Mutual of Omaha, he was a partner with the law firm of Kutak Rock LLP. He began his legal career with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York City. Mr. McCusker is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame School of Law.

Todd Lowdon joins infoGROUP with more than 20 years of experience in marketing, online services, software, media and publishing, and management consulting. Most recently he held senior management roles at LexisNexis, Ampent Inc., and AOL.

Immediately prior to joining infoUSA, Mr. Galvan spent four years with Yahoo! Inc. as the Director of Business Development. Based out of Mountain View, California he was responsible for managing the Business Development and Account Management teams at Yahoo!. In this capacity, Mr. Galvan managed activities across a number of properties including Yellow Pages, Local, Search, Real Estate, Classifieds, Pets, Maps, City Guides, Autos, tickets, and employment. Prior to this, Mr. Galvan was with Voquette, Inc., as the Senior Director of Business Development. He has also worked with America Online, Netscape, Unisys, and Motorola. He is a graduate of Stanford University.

Mr. Stormy Dean has been the Executive Vice President/General Manager of Database Group Sales at infoGROUP Inc. (NASDAQ:IUSA) since December 2008. Mr. Dean previously served as Chief Financial Officer at infoGROUP from February 2006 to December 2008 and as the Principal Accounting Officer of the Company from December 2005 to February 2006. Mr. Dean has been employed by the Company since 1995, except during the period from October 2003 to August 2004. He served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company from January 2000 through October 2003, as the Corporate Controller from September 1998 until January 2000 and as the acting Chief Financial Officer from January 1999 to August 1999. From August 1995 to September 1998, Mr. Dean served as the Company’s tax director. Mr. Dean holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He also obtained his Certified Public Accountant Certificate from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Alan Heckart has had a 17-year career in Senior Accounting and Finance positions including approximately 12 years of experience with various publicly held organizations such as Pizza Hut, Inc (previous subsidiary of PepsiCo, Inc.) and Gateway, Inc. Most recently he served as the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting at Gateway, Inc. (NYSE:GTW), the third largest PC company in the U.S. where he was responsible for a staff of professionals in various accounting and financial reporting functions. He worked for 3 years at Baird, Kurtz, and Dobson in various audit positions, including Senior Auditor. Mr. Heckart earned a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Peter Bardwick came to Reactrix because of the opportunity it represented; make advertising fun and engaging by bringing a 21st century technology to the out-of-home advertising market. Realizing that Reactrix offers a unique solution to the needs of advertisers, venues and consumers, Bardwick took advantage of the opportunity to create a national network seen by millions of consumers every week and in the process, meet his own passion for building great businesses. Bardwick brought with him 20 years of experience in finance. Beginning his career at Salomon Brothers and Citicorp Investment Bank in New York, he transitioned to corporate management in 1989 as VP Finance for WestWood One, the world?s largest radio network company. Since that time he has held CFO, COO and CEO positions for both public and private companies including Digital Path Networks, infoUSA.com, CBS MarketWatch, and the Beasley Broadcast Group. As CFO for CBS MarketWatch, Peter was responsible for a highly successful IPO. Peter has raised in excess of $10 billion for companies at which he was an executive which were investment-banking clients. Peter holds and MBA in Finance and BA in Political Science, from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Longwell most recently was law clerk to the Honorable Stephen G. Breyer of the United States Supreme Court. He is a former associate with the law firms of Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP, in New York, and Kellogg Huber Hansen Todd Evans & Fiegel PLLC, in Washington, where he practiced complex commercial litigation and regulatory law. He also clerked for the Honorable Douglas H. Ginsburg of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and for the Honorable Vaughn R. Walker of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the University of Georgia School of Law.

Since 2001, Josh Brody has praised the market Military.com serves, in addition to super-charging advertising revenue from premier brand advertisers and their agencies. Josh serves as the site specialist for the Monster Media group and is responsible for sales training, development, and idea creation. He also creates custom programs that answer the needs of online marketers and assist the national sales force with revenue achievement. Josh comes to Military.com from multiple online publishers (having served in the heyday of the Internet) including Sega.com, InfoUSA.com and AuctionWatch.com. Prior to online sales roles, Josh worked at the largest branding and name creation company in the United States responsible for brand name development of new products with a focus on pharmaceuticals. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York, College at New Paltz.
