Infovisa was founded in 1992 as a result of our parent company realizing the need for a performance measurement system. An affiliated company of Infovisa (Union Bank & Trust Co.) had grown frustrated that there was not sufficient means to report an account's investment performance to the clients. Infovisa was the first company to build and release the trust industries first Windows based performance measurement system. ETR (Enhanced Trust Reporting) proved to be a very powerful solution for many users and Infovisa quickly became a leader in the industry. After realizing the success from ETR, Infovisa again looked at how the trust industry operates and serves their clients. The focus was directed toward trust accounting and we quickly realized that there was an immense need for a system that was built upon the computing standards of today. Starting in 1995 Infovisa began development of the ETA (Enhanced Trust Accounting) product. This product was released in 1997 and allowed the industry to take trust accounting to a new level. Infovisa is continually moving forward with our products, service, and corporate direction. In 1999 we found that the charitable foundation industry was also being neglected in the same way the trust industry had been.
