Dan Glazier began his IT career in 1983 when he became an area vice president for one of the largest IT providers in the United States. Dan gained notoriety when his sales team consistently achieved the highest proportion and dollar volume of IT services revenue in the company. Dan's next role was to lead the quick turnaround of a large money-losing operation at another large IT services firm. After the turnaround, Dan went on to earn five consecutive annual "President's Club" awards, which recognize outstanding performance in sales. Dan has also been instrumental in a number of IT services merger and acquisition projects. He is the founder and Chairman of the Sandra M. Glazier Foundation, which supports children whose parents have cancer. Dan holds degrees in Computer Sciences and Economics.

Alex's passion is successfully focusing resources to meet unique and demanding customer requirements. As a result of always keeping customer's interests in sight, Alex has enjoyed many long term client relationships. Alex began his IT sales career in 1983 as a sales professional with the first IBM PC reseller in the country. Since that time, he attained progressively greater responsibility in sales and management. Alex has lead several IT sales and delivery organizations to record-breaking performance. He has also been granted multiple prestigious "Presidents Club" awards, in addition to many other sales awards. Alex believes in continual training, and has completed ITILv3 certification as well as Microsoft, VMware, and Novell sales certifications. Alex is an entrepreneur at heart, and his insight sparked the idea for ITS. He lives in New Jersey, and has two great children that light up his life. Alex holds a BA from Villanova University, where he also enjoyed playing intercollegiate lacrosse.

Chris Hoover first attained "Salesperson of the Year" in 1988, which was also his first year in the IT industry. Since that time, Chris has held national account management positions with some of the largest IT integration and services companies in the country. He has won numerous awards for high achievement, and has supported the most demanding clients in the most complex industries. At ITS, Chris's focus on providing value and quality has resulted in consistent repeat business and long-term client relationships. He is a member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Society for Information Management (SIM), and has held several SIM board member and vice presidents positions. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising Design and Marketing from the University of Maryland.

John began his career in IT services in 1992 as a systems integration specialist. Within a year, he was recruited by a leading regional IT services provider to manage an advanced systems group. In 1994, he gained a reputation as a turnaround specialist when some of the provider's largest outsourcing contracts began to underperform. Tasked with simultaneously improving service levels, profitability, and customer satisfaction, John's position proved both challenging and successful. In 1996, John joined one of the nation's largest IT services providers, where he served as a professional services manager. John and his team were recognized for their superior performance each year, as business grew ten-fold during his tenure. In 1999, John co-founded ITS where he built the technical sales, implementation, and internal information systems teams. John holds a degree in Math Science.
