David H. Watts became a member of our board of directors and a member of the Audit Committee in May 2005. Mr.Watts is Chairman of the Board of Granite Construction Incorporated (NYSE:GVA). He joined Granite Construction in 1987 as President and Chief Executive Officer. In 1999 he was also appointed Chairman of the Board. He retired from Granite Construction as Chief Executive Officer in 2003, but retained his board chairman responsibilities for the company. Prior to joining Granite Construction, Mr. Watts was President and Chief Executive Officer of Ford, Bacon & Davis Inc. of Dallas, Texas. Before that, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Solus Ocean Systems of Houston, Texas. Mr. Watts began his career in construction in 1965. He received a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.

Mr. Helwig also serves as President of InfraSource Incorporated, a position he has held since April 2002 and as Chief Executive Officer of InfraSource Incorporated, a position he has held since September 2003.
