Ron Leckie is CEO and Research Director of INFRASTRUCTURE based in Saratoga, CA. Ron has over 29 years of experience in the semiconductor and equipment industries. For 11 years, he was VP of Engineering and Marketing at Megatest, taking the company through a turnaround and successful IPO. Prior to Megatest, Ron had 14 years of experience in test engineering, applications, quality management and manufacturing within the semiconductor industry. For the past 4 years, as a consultant and analyst with INFRASTRUCTURE, he provides strategic engineering, marketing and business consulting services to the semiconductor and equipment industries. Ron has published many articles / papers and has spoken at numerous conferences on his field of expertise Test, Assembly and Packaging. Ron graduated in 1970 with a BSc (honours) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Heriot Watt university, Scotland.

Emma joined Brookfield Multiplex in 2006. As Chief Financial Officer of Funds Management and Infrastructure, Emma is responsible for financial management and business matters relating to the each of the Funds, syndicates and Responsible entities. Prior to joining Multiplex Emma held a senior position at one of the big 4 accounting practices. Emma has more than 10 years experience in financial control, risk management, management and statutory reporting, audit and process improvement, predominantly in the financial services industry in the UK and Australia.

Mr. Vineet Nayyar is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Tech Mahindra. An accomplished leader, Vineet has led several organizations across industries creating high performing teams and successful businesses. He has a rich and varied experience having worked with the Government, international multilateral agencies and the corporate sector both public and private in a career that spans over 40 years. Vineet holds a Master's degree in Development Economics from Williams College, Massachusetts and started his career with the Indian Administrative Service. While in the Government, he held series of senior positions, including that of a District Magistrate, Secretary Agriculture & Rural development for the Government of Haryana and Director, Department Of Economic Affairs, Government of India. Mr. Nayyar worked with the World Bank for over 10 years in a series of senior assignments, including successively being the Chief for the Energy, Infrastructure and the Finance Divisions for East Asia and Pacific. In the Corporate sector, Mr. Nayyar was the founding Chairman & Managing Director of the state owned Gas Authority of India. And in the Private Sector, he served as the Manging Director of HCL Corporation and as the Vice Chairman of HCL Technologies. He was also the founder & CEO of HCL Perot Systems. In addition to his current responsibilities as Vice-Chairman of Tech Mahindra, he serves as a Director on the Boards of Indian Oil Corporation, Great Eastern Shipping, Business Standard ,Kotak Life Insurance, Business Standard Ltd, The Mahindra United World College of India, The Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Ltd and the Tech Mahindra Foundation.

Craig Weaver is executive vice president and manager of strategy, marketing and business development for Bechtel Systems and Infrastructure, Inc. and Bechtel National, Inc. In addition, he serves on the board of managers for several companies that manage and operate Department of Energy sites, including Bechtel SAIC Company, LLC; BWXT Y-12, LLC and Washington Savannah River Company.

Robert is a partner in the Energy, Infrastructure & Project Finance department. He is experienced in advising lenders, sponsors and authorities in relation to international and domestic projects in a range of sectors, including transport, energy, healthcare, water, education and accommodation, and on the financing aspects of Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) in general. He has considerable experience in emerging markets, including Africa. His experience includes hybrid structures as well as conventional project financings.

Elected in 2002, Brett is now the Shadow Treasurer of Tasmania and also has responsibility as the Shadow Minister for Infrastructure and Local Government. Brett has had a long association with church and community affairs in the north-west. He is a former bank manager and pastor, and served as an alderman of the City of Burnie between 1999 and 2002. In recognition of his contribution to the community, Brett won a Burnie City Council Tasmania Day award in 1997 for community service.

Mitzi Vergenz has over ten years of environmental experience in regulatory, consulting, and production facilities. As a regulator, she has overseen remedial projects for the Florida Petroleum Preapproval Program and monitored customer compliance with Industrial Pretreatment regulations for a municipal utility. As a consultant, Mitzi has been involved in projects associated with wastewater discharge and permitting, industrial pretreatment, remedial system design and installation, spill control plans, and Phase I and II site assessments. In addition, Mitzi was the laboratory manager for a used oil and industrial wastewater processing facility. She is currently employed by Shaw Environmental and Infrastructure as a professional engineer.

Roy directs Celebros? extensive R&D activities. Having first joined Celebros as a programmer in 2002, he has since lead numerous projects within the company as Team Leader for Infrastructure, Team Leader for Analytics and System Architect. Prior to his tenure at Celebros, Roy gained technical experience at Bezeq, Israel?s dominant telecommunication provider, and in the Israeli Army serving in an elite electronics division. Roy has a B.Sc. in Computer Science (Honors) from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo and is currently completing an M.Sc. in Computer Science at the same institution.

Ms. Sinkarie Sesay is a consultant technical adviser to CLAS Legal for Infrastructure and Development Projects. A Civil Engineer by profession, she has extensive experience in the management of technical and commercial projects and contracts within the global oil and gas industry. She holds a BSc. in Civil Engineering and an MSc. in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Engineering) from Clarkson University, New York, USA. Ms. Sesay was previously Joint Venture & Infrastructure Management Commercial Adviser at Shell Netherlands, Asset Strategist & Analyst, Shell UK, Exploration and Production, Assistant Offshore Well Engineer, Shell Philippines Exploration and Production and Strategic Cost Leadership Team Member, Shell International Exploration and Production.

Stephen Glaister is a Professor of Transport and Infrastructure. He has been a member of the board of Transport for London since July 2000 and was a non-executive director of London Regional Transport from 1984 to 1993. He was a member of the steering group for the Department for Transport?s National Road Pricing Feasibility Study constituted in autumn 2003. Between 1993 and spring 2001 he was an economic adviser to the Rail Regulator. He was a member of the government?s first Advisory Committee on Trunk Road Assessment and has been Specialist Adviser to the Parliamentary Select Committee on Transport.

Colonel Steve Bristow serves as the Deputy Program Executive Officer (DPEO) for Infrastructure, Program Executive Office - Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) located on Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Colonel Bristow was born in Sumter, South Carolina and is a graduate of Francis Marion College in Florence, South Carolina. He was commissioned through ROTC as an Army Signal Corps Officer. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Western International University in Phoenix, Arizona. His military education includes the Signal Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, the US Army Command and General Staff College and the Advanced Program Manager's Course. He is a 2004 graduate of the US Army War College. Colonel Bristow served in a variety of command and staff positions. He was a Battalion Signal Officer for 3/68 Armor, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colorado. In Schwabish Gemund, Germany he was a Company Commander in the 38th Signal Battalion, 56th Field Artillery Brigade, (Pershing). At Fort Bragg, North Carolina, he was an Assistant Operations Officer in the 4th Psychological Operations (PSYOP) Group (Airborne) and Company Commander of the 90th Strategic Dissemination Company, 4th PSYOP Group (Airborne). While at Fort Bragg he served in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm. His Acquisition Corps assignments include duties as a Signals Test Officer with the Electronic Proving Grounds (EPG) at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. He served as a Systems Acquisition Manager and Chief of Materiel Branch, US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. While assigned to the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) in Alexandria, Virginia he performed duties as Chief of the Command and Control (C2) Division and as a Senior Test and Evaluation Officer for the C3 Evaluations Directorate. Colonel Bristow served as an Armaments Cooperation Country Desk Officer for the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army - Defense Exports and Cooperation (DASA-DEC), Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASA(AL&T)). He was responsible for US Army Armaments Cooperation activities with Canada and ten European countries. As a Product Manager, Colonel Bristow served on the Future Combat Systems (FCS) program as PM for the FCS Advanced Collaborative Environment (ACE). Prior to his assignment as DPEO, he served as Project Manager for Enterprise Infostructure (PM EI) and as Project Manager for DOD Biometrics.

Warren Truss is a third generation farmer from the Kumbia District near Kingaroy, Queensland. He entered Federal Parliament in March 1990 as a national Party member representing the electorate of Wide Bay. Following the Coalition Government's election defeat in 2007, he was chosen as the Federal Parliamentary Leader of The Nationals. He is also Shadow Minister for Infrastructure and Transport and Local Government. He was a Minister in the Howard Coalition Government for 10 years. He was appointed Minister for Customs and Consumer Affairs in October 1997, and a year later, Minister for Community Services. In July 1999 he assumed the position of Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, where he served for six years. He Became Minister for Transport and Regional Services in July 2005 and in September 2006 Warren exchanged portfolios with the then Deputy Prime Minister, Hon Mark Vaile, and became Minister for Trade. Before entering Parliament, Warren was a Kingaroy Shire Councillor from 1976 to 1990, including seven years as Mayor. He served as President of the Burnett District Local Government Association and as Chairman of the Fraser Coast-South Burnett Regional Tourism Board. He was Deputy Chairman of the Queensland Grain Handling Authority and a member of the State Council of the Queensland Graingrowers Association. Mr Truss is a former State and National President of the Rural Youth Organisation.

Debnarayan Bhattacharya is Managing Director of Hindalco and serves as a Director of Aditya Birla Management Corporation Limited. Mr. Bhattacharya is Vice Chairman of Novelis and serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees of the Novelis Board of Directors. He is the Chairman of Utkal Alumina International Limited and of Aditya Birla Minerals Limited, in Australia. Mr. Bhattacharya also serves as a Director of Birla Management Centre Services Limited; Dahej Harbour and Infrastructure Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hindalco), Minerals & Minerals Limited and Aditya Birla Power Company Limited. Other positions held by Mr. Bhattacharya include Hon. President Aluminium Association of India (AAI); Director The Fertiliser Association of India (FAI).

Richard Scott is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick and is a registered Professional Engineer with the APEGNB. Richard has over 25 years experience through varying roles and responsibilities in the road and highway transportation sector. Over the last 20 years, he has worked within roadway transportation departments and private highway authorities with overall responsibilities for the operations and maintenance of significant highway networks and projects such as the floating bridge across the Okanagan Lake in Kelowna, BC and the four-lane Trans-Canada Highway from Moncton to the Quebec Border. As the Director of Roads and Infrastructure, Richard is responsible for the operations, maintenance and rehabilitation of several long-term highway, bridge and Public-Private Partnership projects.

Richard Yacenda is a Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer, Asia Pacific (ex Japan) for Deutsche Bank AG. In this capacity, Richard is responsible for the management and coordination of the firm's governance platform across the business and the Legal, Compliance, Audit, Tax, CRES, Corporate Security, Company Secretariat and HR (Learning and Development) support functions. Richard is the Chairman of the Regional Real Estate and Asia Pacific Legal Entity Committee, and a member of the Regional Executive (EXCO), Operating, Infrastructure, Risk and Smart Sourcing Steering Committees. Richard joined Deutsche Bank in April 2006 from JPMorgan in Hong Kong where he spent two years as a Managing Director holding the joint roles of Chief Administrative Officer for Asia Pacific and Chief Operating Officer for North Asia. As Chief Administrative Officer he was responsible for coordinating governance across many of the administrative areas and as Chief Operating Officer for North Asia the governance and coordination of the operations in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and South Korea. Prior to joining JP Morgan, Richard spent over 22 years at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong and in New York. His most recent role at Goldman Sachs was Managing Director and Head of the Human Capital Management Division in Asia and was a member of the Goldman Sachs Asia Management Committee, the senior governance group for business governance, strategy and infrastructure. Richard graduated form Fordham University in New York with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He has resided in Hong Kong for over eight years.
