Ebbe Altberg comes from Microsoft, where he spent 11 years leading the development of several key applications and programs. Ebbe was the Product Unit Manager responsible for the development of new multimedia applications and Web technologies for Microsoft Office; he led the program management team that designed Vizact 2000, a multimedia HTML authoring application; he spearheaded the program management team for the Macintosh Business Unit that produced Microsoft Office 98 for the Macintosh; and was the Lead Program Manager responsible for the design and delivery of Word for Windows releases 6.0 through Win97. During his career at Microsoft, Ebbe secured two patents, both of which shipped in Microsoft products. He received a B.A. from Middlebury College.

Paul Manca is also Ingenio's CFO and manages Corporate Development. He brings 23 years operating executive and investment banker experience in the IT, communications, software and retail/consumer industries. Paul was Managing Director and Sector Head for the Communications/Media practice at BZW, the investment banking arm of Barclays Bank in London. Previously, he was VP Corporate Finance, CIBC World Markets. As a banker, Paul led numerous transactions representing billions of dollars as a key advisor to management teams/boards. He later was CFO of two companies, CellNet Data Systems and Pets.com, both he successfully took public managing rapid growth internationally, developing key corporate strategy including business development joint-ventures, raising nearly $1 billion, and managing key operations. Prior to Ingenio, Paul was Managing Director in a consulting firm focused on corporate value proposition, business development, M&A/capital, and governance. He has a BA in Economics from University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA in Finance. He serves on Tambourine, Inc.'s Board of Directors.

Rob's career has focused on building brands and consumer experiences across consumer products, software and services. In his last role before joining Wetpaint, Rob served as vice president, Global Beverage for Starbucks Coffee Company, where he was responsible for product innovation and product marketing of all hot and cold hand-crafted beverages served in Starbucks stores around the world, all of which comprised more than half of Starbucks global revenue. Prior to that, Rob served in roles vice president - Beverage, director - Espresso and director New Ventures for Starbucks' US business.
