Geoffrey Henson, PhD joined Inhibitex as Senior Vice President of Drug Development in 2007. Previously he served as CEO, President and Secretary of FermaVir Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2005 to 2007. From 2003 to March 2005, Dr. Henson was a pharmaceutical consultant. He was a founder and Chief Operating Officer of AnorMED, a Canadian biopharmaceutical company from 1996-2003. Prior to that, he held a number of management and scientific positions in the Biomedical Research Group at Johnson Matthey from 1985-1996. From 1982-1985, Dr Henson was a researcher and member of the Basel Institute for Immunology in Basel, Switzerland. From 1978-1981, Dr. Henson did post-doctoral research at the Roswell Park Memorial Cancer Institute. Dr. Henson obtained his M.S. and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from New Mexico State University, and B.S. in Chemistry from Dickinson College.

Robert A. Hamm is our Chief Operating Officer and has served in that position since March 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Hamm had served as our Executive Vice President, Pharmaceutical Operations & Technology since October 2007. He served as Senior Vice President, Neurology Strategic Business Unit beginning from 2004 to 2007. Since joining the company in 1994, he has served in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President, Europe, Africa, Canada and Middle East; Vice President, Sales and Marketing; Vice President, Manufacturing & Engineering; and Director, Northern Europe and Distributors Markets. From 1987 to 1994, he held a variety of management positions at Syntex Laboratories Corp. He is a member of the board of directors Inhibitex, Inc. and Progenitor Cell Therapy, LLC.

Amy Morris has served as Vice President of Clinical Project Management since 2006. She joined Inhibitex in 2002 as a Director of Clinical Development and the Veronate Project Leader. From 1994 to March 2002, Ms. Morris held several senior management positions at the contract research organization, Clinimetrics Research Associates, Inc., including Senior Vice President responsible for East Coast and Global Operations. From 1989 to 1994 she served as the Executive Director of the AIDS Research Consortium of Atlanta, a non-profit clinical and epidemiological research organization. From 1986 to 1989 she held clinical research positions at bio-pharmaceutical companies Triton Biosciences, Inc. and Boehringer Ingelheim, Inc. From 1982 to 1984 she served as the Clinical Coordinator for the University of California, San Francisco, Drug Studies Unit. Ms. Morris received a B.S. in Biology from St. Mary's College Notre Dame, and an MBA in Management from Georgia State University.

Mr. Michini joins Inhibitex from Akzo Nobel, Organon Pharmaceuticals where he spent the last seven years in various executive sales and marketing positions, the most recent of which was as Vice President of Marketing. In this role, Mr. Michini led a team of 120 sales and marketing professionals responsible for the strategic marketing, launch and national account sales of all Organon products in the United States. Prior to Akzo Nobel, Organon Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Michini spent 13 years with Knoll Pharmaceutical Company in several senior sales, marketing and product management roles focused largely on hospital-based products and institutional sales.

Stan Chamberlain, Ph.D. has served as Vice President of Chemistry since late 2007. Prior to coming to Inhibitex, he was Senior Group Manager in Medicinal Chemistry Oncology at Glaxo Smith Kline in Research Triangle Park, NC from 2001 to 2007, working in the area of protein kinase inhibitors. From 1995 to 2001, Dr. Chamberlain was a Group Leader in Medicinal Chemistry at Glaxo Wellcome in RTP, working in the areas of antiviral and anti-inflammatory chemotherapy. From 1986 to 1995, he held several Senior Scientist positions in the Experimental Therapy Department at Burroughs Wellcome in RTP, focusing on nucleoside agents for anti-viral and oncology applications. Dr. Chamberlain received a B.S. and a Ph.D. from the University of Iowa Chemistry Department. Dr. Chamberlain's publications and patents cover the areas of antiviral, anti-cancer and anti-inflammation chemotherapy, with a focus on protein kinase inhibitors and nucleoside derivatives.

services firm. Between May 2001 and May 2003, Mr. Cerrone served on the board of directors of Siga
Technologies, Inc. Mr. Cerrone co-founded Xenomics, Inc., a molecular diagnostic company, and served as Co-
Chairman from July 2005 until November 2006. Mr. Cerrone also co-founded FermaVir Pharmaceuticals and
served as Chairman of the Board from August 2005 until September 2007. Mr. Cerrone is a co-founder of
Synergy Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as well as Callisto Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and currently serves as Chairman of the
Board and a consultant to both publicly-held biopharmaceutical companies. Mr. Cerrone is the managing partner
of Panetta Partners, Ltd., a Colorado limited partnership, that is a private investor in both public and private
venture capital in the life sciences and technology arena as well as real estate. Mr. Cerrone graduated from New

Since April 2004, Mr. Brancaccio has been the Chief Financial Officer of Accelerated Technologies, Inc., an incubator for medical device companies. From May 2002 until March 2004, Mr. Brancaccio was the Chief Financial Officer of Memory Pharmaceuticals Corp., a biotechnology company. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Brancaccio was the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer of Eline Group, an entertainment and media company. Louis Sullivan served as U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services from 1989 to 1993. Prior to and following his service as HHS Secretary, he was President of Morehouse School of Medicine, which he now serves as President Emeritus. He is co-chair of The Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS. A graduate of Morehouse College, he earned his medical degree from Boston University, and is certified in internal medicine and hematology. The recipient of 45 honorary degrees, he served on the faculties of the medical schools at Harvard, Seton Hall, and Boston universities before arriving at Morehouse in 1975.
