Mr. Carr's responsibilities inlcude overseeing all property management operations. Mr. Carr is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and its Illinois State Committee, and he has achieved the designation of Certified Leasing Specialist and Senior Certified Property Manager. Mr. Carr is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and Minnesota.

Mr. Brown joined Inland Real Estate Corporation as chief financial officer in May 2004. From 1994 until 2004, Mr. Brown served as the senior vice president of financial reporting for Great Lakes REIT. Mr. Brown is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Certified Public Accountants Society.

Kristi A. Rankin, 43. Senior vice president of ICPM. Ms. Rankin has been employed by ICPM since 1994. We acquired ICPM in July 2000. Ms. Rankin’s responsibilities include overseeing property management operations.

Matthew G. Fiascone is currently senior vice president of Inland Real Estate Development, LLC. In that position, Mr. Fiascone is responsible for the purchase, entitlement, development and sale of land and property suited for redevelopment projects. Mr. Fiascone is a native of the Chicago area and has worked for Inland since January 1986. In 1985 he received a B.S. degree in economics from Bradley University where, as an alumnus, he was named the 2002 Outstanding Young Graduate. He currently is a member of the Bradley University Council. Real Estate Chicago magazine named him to their inaugural "40 under 40" list of the most influential people in Chicago real estate under 40. He has testified and published articles as an expert in the field of land use and zoning and has served on the Village of Hinsdale Zoning Board of Appeals. He is a member of the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors, the Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors for both Plano, Illinois and Montgomery, Illinois, The Urban Land Institute and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.

Prior to joining Inland Real Estate Corporation, Ms. Brooks served as senior counsel with the law firm of Shefsky & Froelich, Ltd., concentrating on the purchase, financing, development and leasing of retail shopping center projects. Ms. Brooks has vast experience in a broad range of areas in real estate, including acquisitions and sales, zoning work, leasing, and other areas of general corporate law. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel and International Council of Shopping Centers.

Vice president—transactions. Mr. Anderson became a full-time employee in July 2000. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Anderson was employed by an affiliate of The Inland Group, Inland Real Estate Acquisitions, Inc., as an assistant vice president. Mr. Anderson's responsibilities included analyzing and negotiating the acquisition of shopping centers, apartments and net leased commercial properties.

Independent Director since 1994. Ms. Lawton is the president of Lawton Realty Group, Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage and management firm, which she founded in 1989. Ms. Lawton is responsible for all aspects of its operations, including structuring real estate investments, procuring partners or investors, acquiring land and properties and obtaining financing for development or acquisition. Ms. Lawton has been licensed as a real estate professional since 1982 and currently serves as a Director of the Northern Illinois Association of Realtors.

Independent Director since 1997. Mr. Herter is a senior consultant of Wolf & Company LLP, certified public accountants, where he has been employed since 1978. Mr. Herter's business experience includes providing accounting and auditing, tax and general business services including venture and conventional financing, forecasts and projections and strategic planning to a variety of industries. Mr. Herter is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. Mr. Herter currently serves as chairman of the board of trustees of Elmhurst Memorial Hospital and director of Suburban Bank and Trust Company. Mr. Herter also serves on the board of the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority.

Mr. Burris has been manager and chief executive officer of Burris & Lebed Consulting LLC and of counsel to the law firm of Burris, Wright, Slaughter & Tom, LLC since April 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Burris was of counsel to the law firm of Buford & Peters LLC and served as the managing partner of law firm Jones, Ware & Grenard. Mr. Burris concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of environmental, banking and consumer protection law. From 1973 to 1995, Mr. Burris held various governmental positions in the State of Illinois, including State Comptroller and Attorney General. Mr. Burris serves on the board of the Illinois Criminal Justice Authority, the Financial Accounting Foundation, the Law Enforcement Foundation of Illinois, the African American Citizens Coalition on Regional Development and the Boy Scouts of America. He currently serves as chair of the Illinois State Justice Commission and is an adjunct professor in the Master of Public Adminstration Program at Southern Illinois University.

Director since 2004. Mr. McAuley is the former chairman and chief executive officer of IRT Property Company, an Atlanta-based real estate investment trust traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Prior to joining IRT in 1995, Mr. McAuley was a regional partner with Faison and Associates, a real estate management and development company, which was the successor by purchase of Ewing Southeast Realty where Mr. McAuley served as chairman and chief executive officer from 1988 to 1993. Mr. McAuley is a director of RBC Centura Card Bank Gulf States Paper Company and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Since 1968, Mr. McWilliams has been engaged in the brokerage and development of office and residential properties. Mr. McWilliams also serves as president of United Energy Associates, Inc., a full service Energy Management Company.

Daniel L. Goodwin, 65. Chairman of the Board from 2004 to April 2008 and Director since 2001. Mr. Goodwin is a founding and controlling stockholder, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of The Inland Group, Inc. Mr. Goodwin also serves as a director or officer of entities wholly owned or controlled by The Inland Group, Inc. and is the chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Inland Bancorp Holding Company. He also serves on the board of directors of the Illinois State Affordable Housing Trust Fund, the American National Bank of DuPage and the New Directions Housing Corporation and is chairman of the board of trustees of Northeastern Illinois University. Mr. Goodwin is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors and the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors.

Thomas P. D Arcy, 46. Independent Director since 2005. Mr. D Arcy has over 20 years of experience acquiring, developing and financing all forms of commercial and residential real estate. He is currently a principal in Bayside Realty Partners, a private real estate company focused on acquiring, renovating and developing land and income producing real estate primarily in the New England area. From 2001-2003, Mr. D Arcy was president and chief executive officer of Equity Investment Group, a private real estate company owned by an investor group which included The Government of Singapore, The Carlyle Group and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company. Prior to his tenure with Equity Investment Group, Mr. D Arcy was the chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Bradley Real Estate, Inc., a Boston-based real estate investment trust traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. D Arcy is a graduate of Bates College.

Heidi N. Lawton, 45. Independent Director since 1994; Chairperson of the Compensation Committee. Ms. Lawton is the managing broker and principal of Lawton Realty Group, Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage, development and management firm, which she founded in 1989. Her area of expertise includes structuring real estate investments and property conversions, implementing value add strategies, as well as acquiring property for development. Ms. Lawton has been licensed as a real estate professional since 1982 and currently serves as president-elect of the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors.
