Matthew G. Fiascone is currently senior vice president of Inland Real Estate Development, LLC. In that position, Mr. Fiascone is responsible for the purchase, entitlement, development and sale of land and property suited for redevelopment projects. Mr. Fiascone is a native of the Chicago area and has worked for Inland since January 1986. In 1985 he received a B.S. degree in economics from Bradley University where, as an alumnus, he was named the 2002 Outstanding Young Graduate. He currently is a member of the Bradley University Council. Real Estate Chicago magazine named him to their inaugural "40 under 40" list of the most influential people in Chicago real estate under 40. He has testified and published articles as an expert in the field of land use and zoning and has served on the Village of Hinsdale Zoning Board of Appeals. He is a member of the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors, the Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors for both Plano, Illinois and Montgomery, Illinois, The Urban Land Institute and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.

Mr. Burris has been manager and chief executive officer of Burris & Lebed Consulting LLC and of counsel to the law firm of Burris, Wright, Slaughter & Tom, LLC since April 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Burris was of counsel to the law firm of Buford & Peters LLC and served as the managing partner of law firm Jones, Ware & Grenard.
