Caren Connell brings 20 years of software industry experience including roles in software development, consulting and product management. Her career began as an application developer at Digital Equipment Corporation in the distinguished DIS Developer Program. Five years later she joined Segue Software as a QA automation consultant supporting customers and distributors worldwide. She also held senior technical consultant positions at Exchange Applications (Campaign Management) and Star Quality (QA consulting). Additionally, Caren is an experienced Product Manager having been responsible for Content Management applications from conception through release at both Channelwave and InMagic. Caren also served as the director of product management at Nexaweb, an Ajax/Java application platform provider. Caren holds a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology and has taken numerous engineering graduate classes.

Mr. Darsch, who serves as chairman of the board, has over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship and managing technology companies. He has a strong Trans-Atlantic as well as Pan-European focus and is active with clients in both the U.S. and Europe . Mr. Darsch mentors entrepreneurs and helps them develop business plans that accelerate revenue growth and/or external infusion of capital. He has been involved in more than 10 transactions involving the purchase, sale, merger or infusion of capital into companies. Mr. Darsch is the Founder of the Pan-European CEO-Collaborative Forum (CEO-CF). The CEO-CF is the premier platform for high-tech high-growth CEO collaboration. Current membership includes CEOs from 15 different nationalities and cultures. This unique invitation-only Forum provides expert help, peer group collaboration and coaching for CEOs of European-headquartered companies with Pan-European, Trans-Atlantic, and Trans-Asian market strategies. In 1979, Mr. Darsch founded a privately-held software development company in the Washington , D.C. area. He served as its CEO until the company was acquired in 1996 by a systems integrator. During his tenure the company was recognized as one of the Inc. 500 fastest-growing U.S. companies. He holds a BS in finance from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.

Mr. Eddison is the son of co-founder Elizabeth Bole Eddison. He recently left the practice of law to join a start-up, Ferrate Treatment Technologies, LLC. He has served as the vice president and general counsel of two public companies, Diedrich Coffee, Inc. and Pinnacle Micro, Inc, and the de facto general counsel of Allegheny Beverage Corporation. He was the principal business lawyer for Epson America for years. He was at Strategic Law Partners, LLP in Los Angeles before joining his client. Before that, Mr. Eddison was Of Counsel at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP. He received his JD cum laude graduate of Georgetown University Law Center in 1979. He also has an MA in Chinese Studies from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1976 and a BA cum laude from Wesleyan University in 1974.
