Dr. Mauersberg joined Inmedius in 2000. He is the active managing director of Inmedius' European office in Munich, Germany. Before joining Inmedius, Dr. Mauersberg held experienced roles in management, research & product development. He has participated extensively in research and product development on an international level, particularly in joint efforts involving US and European companies. Dr. Mauersberg has held positions consisting of Senior Program Manager at Siemens-Nixdorf Information Systems, where he was responsible for coordination of activities between development groups in the US and product planning, development and marketing organizations in Europe. Dr. Mauersberg also held the role of department head for the research and advanced development in computer architecture and programming systems at Philips Laboratories. Prior to being department head for Philips Laboratories he worked for Siemens Research and Technology Laboratories, where he developed system software for experimental multiprocessors and distributed systems, as part of the speech understanding and distributed sensor networking projects. Before joining the commercial realm, his efforts were focus on academia. At Carnegie Mellon University he was a member of the research faculty in the Computer Science Department. Also Dr. Mauersberg was a lecturer and research associate at the Technical University of Berlin, Germany. Dr. Mauersberg received both a M.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Technical University of Berlin.

Mr. Ingledew joined Inmedius in 2004 as Managing Director at Inmedius UK. Mr. Ingledew has many years of experience in leadership and management. Mr. Ingledew began his career in the British Army as an Aircraft Engineer working on rotor and fixed wing aircraft. After 12 years exemplary military service Mr Ingledew went on to train as a technical author and professional project manager. At BAE Systems, Mr. Ingledew was a technical author on the Eurofighter Typhoon project, responsible for the production of technical information and user notes for the aircraft. Following BAE Systems Mr. Ingledew joined Midwest Technologies Limited, his responsibilities included project manager on the first ever delivery of a commercial aircraft with an interactive technical publication, the Raytheon Premier 1. There he was responsible for a large team of data technicians, writers and external supporting contractors. More recently, Mr. Ingledew was Operations Manager for an SME in London, UK, responsible for the operational duties of the company, including the development team, project managers, customer support team and the production team.
