Duane Buckingham was a founder of INNCOM in 1986. It was the first such company formed in the U.S. dedicated specifically to the development of integrated guestroom control systems for the global lodging market. He is co-owner of INNCOM's first major patent on wireless infrared control technology, and is an acknowledged visionary in the application of technology to the hotel operating environment. Mr. Buckingham's background includes 15 years as CEO of two international trading companies, which he founded. Those businesses were engaged in a wide variety of product and market development activities, which ranged from expanding SCM International's market share in Asia to the design and provision of sophisticated telecommunications equipment to Australia. Prior to that, he was a first-line manager for the planning and development phase of the Mead Corporation's national computerized legal research system (LEXIS). Mr. Buckingham is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. He served five years as a line officer in Asia, including duty as executive officer of an inshore fire support ship and officer-in-charge of a high-speed coastal patrol boat in Vietnam. In his final tour he was Aide to the Naval Inspector General in Washington, D.C.

As COO, Rick Quirino is responsible for overseeing company operations, as well as drafting and managing overall corporate objectives and strategies. Before joining the Company in 1996, he was Vice President of Sales with Minibar North America. Mr. Quirino has extensive experience in the lodging industry. He spent more than 18 years in Sales Management with RCA's Commercial Product Sales Division providing electronic devices and systems to hotels and motels throughout the United States. RCA was the largest distributor of commercial televisions, telephone systems and satellite MATV systems in the industry. In 1990 he left RCA to assume the role of President of Robobar, Inc. North America, which was later acquired by Minibar North America in 1995. Robobar was the acknowledged leader in automated minibars throughout the World. Mr. Quirino, a native of California, spent three years active duty in the US Army between 1964 and 1967. He subsequently earned his degree in Business Administration.

Philipp Roosli has design responsibility for all Company products and systems that include software. He was recruited from Landis & Gyr, a multi-billion dollar global controls company in Switzerland, where he was the Engineering Manager for its Hotel Systems Group. Mr. Pignatelli joined TEP as Senior Vice President in August 1994 and was elected Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 1996. He was named Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of UniSource Energy in January 1998, and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of TEP in March 1998. On June 23, 1998, Mr. Pignatelli was named Chairman, President and CEO of UniSource Energy and TEP. Prior to joining TEP, he was President and Chief Executive Officer from 1988 to 1993 of Mission Energy Company, a subsidiary of SCE Corp. Mr. Pignatelli was awarded Independent Energy's Executive of the Year in 1992. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of UniSource Energy and TEP. Additionally, Mr. Pignatelli serves on the Board of Directors of TMC Healthcare, Southern Arizona Leadership Council, Habitat for Humanity Advisory Board, INNCOM International Inc., and AZ Council on Economic Education.
