Mr. Paul Shepherd has been our Secretary and Chief Operating Officer and since August 2005. From July 2003 to August 2005, Mr. Shephard was the secretary of IPv6 Summit, Inc. From October 2002 to July 2003, Mr. Shephard was a marketing consultant for Charmed Technology. From October 2000 to October 2002, Mr. Shepherd was the secretary of Pacific Goldstar, Inc. Mr. Shepherd holds an Associate in Arts in Business Administration at Santa Monica College. Mr. Shepherd is an "at will" employee.

Mr. Peter Maddocks has been a Director since August 2005. From October 2001 to January 2004, Mr. Maddocks was a Management Consultant of Abbey National Bank Italy . From May 1999 to September 2001, Mr. Maddocks was a Management Consultant of Standard Chartered Grindlays Private Banking Group. Mr. Maddocks was a Vice President for leading financial services companies with 20+ years experience in finance, planning and control roles in the Retail, Corporate and Private Banking industry segments (Citi, ANZ, Abbey). Mr. Maddocks has significantly participated in the establishment and growth of new and re engineered global businesses and functions with various banking groups. Responsibilities have included heading the Global Financial Control function for a major new business launch, Regional Financial Controller SE Europe, design and implementation of financial and non-financial management control systems, budget management and development of policies and procedures. Mr. Maddocks has maintained constant interaction with Senior Executives via participation in various committees and matrix reporting structures. Maddocks has operated both in senior management roles and as an external consultant. He is a Chartered Accountant and speaks fluent Italian. He is a resident of Kent , England.

Mr. Gerard Casale has been the VP of Business and Legal Affairs for the Company since August, 2005 and is responsible for its overall general counsel duties and business affairs including contractual, corporate affairs and management of all material business transactions. From 1993-2005, Casale was Managing Partner and Founder of Casale Alliance, LLP [formerly Casale Coffee Nojima, LLP], where he practiced with a focus on corporate law and M&A and throughout this period was involved in over $600 million of financing and M&A transactions. From 2000-2003, Casale founded and was CEO and Chairman of X-laboratories, LLC, a partnership with Hughes Research Labs [HRL] in Malibu, CA, where he developed, financed and spun-off non-core high-tech intellectual property assets of HRL as a partnership between Boeing, Raytheon and General Motors. The company was sold in 2003. Mr. Casale has been featured by many news programs including CNN, Investor Business Daily, Darwin Magazine, Red Herring, EE Times and many others. He has a B.A. in Economics from Fairfield University, Fairfield, CT and a Juris Doctor Degree from the Pepperdine University School of Law. Mr. Casale has also served as adjunct professor of law at Pepperdine University, School of Law writing the coursebook and teaching Venture Finance and the Law .

On April 3, 2007, Mr. Ambrose, age 37, was appointed as the Company's Secretary. Mr. Ambrose has been an employee in the Company's Administration/HR department since October 2005. Prior to this, from 2002 to 2005, Mr. Ambrose served as payroll manager at RandNet Management, Inc., where he was responsible for managing payroll systems and databases and reporting all payroll issues directly to RandNet's CFO and controller. Mr. Ambrose graduated from Saint Vincent College and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History.
