Mary Reno brings over 15 years of executive management experience in the pharmacy automation and healthcare arenas. With Innovation since 1996, Mary has led Innovation through its introduction to the retail pharmacy industry to its current position as an industry leader. Prior to joining Innovation, Mary was director of financial planning and controller for Critical Care America, a Massachusetts-based home infusion therapy company. She also served as a management consultant specializing in financial software systems, business process re-design, and project management, first for KPMG Peat Marwick, and subsequently as an independent consultant. Mary holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and an MBA with concentration in entrepreneurship and healthcare studies from Harvard Business School. She is also a certified public accountant.

Doyle leads all Innovation's new business initiatives, serves as the key point of contact for all major customer programs, and oversees all sales and marketing activity. He brings over 15 years of senior sales management, marketing, and business development experience in the retail pharmacy industry. Prior to joining Innovation, Doyle was an area vice president for SXC Health Solutions, a leading provider of pharmacy transaction processing platforms to Pharmacy Benefit Managers that process over 50% of all pharmacy claim transactions in the United States. Jensen managed the launch of the firm's pharmacy management systems in the retail pharmacy chain marketplace. He has also held senior sales management positions with Third Party Solutions and Apollo Enterprises where he oversaw the significant growth of each firm's sales revenues and received a President's Award for top performer at each company. Doyle holds a bachelor of science degree in business management from the University of Utah.

Jim brings over 35 years of senior-level management and engineering experience in a variety of high tech industry segments. With Innovation since 2001, Jim oversees all systems engineering including the design and implementation of all robotics solutions. Prior to joining Innovation, Jim was vice president, research & development at The Matco Group, Inc. where he was responsible for new product design, development, and engineering management for this electronics and computer peripheral manufacturing firm. Jim has also served as executive vice president at Ebonex, Inc. and director of engineering at Savin Corporation where he managed each firm's engineering, product development, and electro-mechanical research and development groups.

John Boyer leads Innovation's Manufacturing department and is responsible for the planning, directing, and reviewing of all purchasing, manufacturing, and facilities management functions. With Innovation since 1983, John oversees the manufacture and purchase of outsourced, sub-assembled parts, and the final assembly, test, and quality control of all company-manufactured PharmASSIST components. He also manages the production quality control and electrical facilities design processes. Prior to joining Innovation, John had his own electrician business installing light industrial electrical systems. John holds a degree in business science from Lackawanna Junior College in Pennsylvania.

Mike Arp brings over 15 years of senior-level finance experience across a range of high tech firms. Prior to joining Innovation, Mike served as the chief financial officer (CFO) of Endicott Interconnect Technologies (EIT). Mike managed EIT's Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology groups. He has also held the role of vice president of finance for NFI Interactive in New Jersey and for Able Telcom Holding Corporation in Florida. Mike holds a bachelor of arts degree in accounting from Angelo State University in Texas, and an MBA from the University of West Florida. He is also a certified public accountant.

Charlie Kiefer was graduated from MIT with degrees in theoretical physics and management and in 1976 founded Innovation Associates (IA) to help large organizations innovate. During the next 20 years the company grew rapidly, based on unusual and powerful approaches that improved clients? abilities to learn and think, to build alignment and commitment, and to change. The firm also offered a legendary education program, Leadership & Mastery, which counts more than 1,000 executives in its alumni base of 8,000. In 1990, cofounder Peter Senge published the landmark management bestseller, The Fifth Discipline, based on IA?s work. Charlie is a consultant member of SoL.

Harry Boyer founded Innovation in 1972 as an engineering/technical services manufacturing company. For over two decades, Innovation provided R&D, engineering, technical services, and OEM manufacturing for a variety of distinguished clients. In 1995, Harry completely shifted the focus of the business to pharmacy automation and in 1997 Innovation successfully introduced PharmASSIST. Prior to founding Innovation, Harry served as manager of tactics systems simulation development and manager of visual systems engineering for the Singer Corporation - Link division. Harry began his technical career in 1957 at Republic Aviation, where he advanced to the position of principal electronics engineer. Harry holds a bachelor of science degree in applied physics from Hofstra University.
