Terry Dauenhauer was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer in December 2007 after having been appointed to the Board of Directors in October 2007. He joined Innovex in January 2004 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Innovex, he spent five years with Seagate Technology as Vice President of Thailand Operations and World Wide Product Performance. Prior to that, he was President and Director, AlphaSource Electronics, Alphatel, Alphatec Electronics and NS Electronics from 1993 to 1997. Mr. Dauenhauer held various positions with National Semiconductor from 1987 to 1993, Fairchild Semiconductor from 1983-1987 and Texas Instruments from 1976-1983.

Chris Pepler has over 20 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He began his pharmaceutical career as a sales representative at Fisons and was rapidly promoted through a series of sales and marketing positions before being appointed as a Divisional National Sales Manager in 1984. In 1993 Chris joined Schering Plough in the UK where he oversaw 3 national sales forces. In all his pharmaceutical company roles Chris increased the performance of his sales teams and was instrumental in driving sales force excellence. Chris joined Innovex UK in 1997 and used his experience gained within pharma to drive the development and implementation of innovative outsourced sales solutions for a wide range of customers. Chris now has a world-wide remit as Vice President, Global Sales and Operations for Innovex. He is responsible for developing and executing creative portfolios based sales solutions that often encompass multiple countries.

Neil began his career as a sales representative over 20 years ago and has worked with world-leading pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer and GlaxoSmithKline. He also has served as a senior executive for UK-based home healthcare and medical device companies. Neil earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Applied Biological Sciences at Bristol, UK. Neil joined the company in 1997 and has served in positions of increasing responsibility including Managing Director, Quintiles, Greater China. He now leads all Sales and Operations for Innovex US, working closely with both Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies to ensure that the best methodologies, systems and performance management operations are in place to provide consistent delivery of project-specific key sales performance measurements.

As Vice President of Medical and Health Management Services for Innovex, Dr. Stewart H. Rosen focuses on developing strategic alternatives to traditional pharmaceutical sales models. He oversees the management, training and deployment of Clinical Educators and Medical Science Liaisons who help prescribers facilitate diagnoses, improve treatment regimens, enhance patient compliance and improve outcomes. Prior to joining Quintiles in 2000, Dr. Rosen's industry experience included management positions at Knoll Pharmaceutical Company with responsibilities in the areas of medical marketing, managed care, government affairs and retail distribution. Dr. Rosen also has experience as a practicing clinician, in the area of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Rosen earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, Mexico and completed his clerkship at Jamaica Hospital in Queens, New York. He presents regularly at national industry meetings and lectures on the topic of Alternatives to Traditional Pharmaceutical Sales Models. Navigating the constantly changing and complex territory of medical and health management is complemented by Dr. Rosen's experience as a ship's captain. Dr. Rosen is licensed by the United States Coast Guard as a Merchant Marine Officer: 100 Ton Master Ocean Operator.

Hywel Evans has over thirty years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He began his career as a sales representative for Schering UK prior to joining what was ICI and is now AstraZeneca. He followed the traditional sales career ladder progressing from Medical Representative to Regional Manager and ultimately Sales & Marketing Director over a period of fifteen years. Hywel then joined Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals Limited as Sales & Marketing Director and was subsequently promoted to Managing Director. In 1997 he joined Takeda UK Limited as Managing Director prior to joining Innovex UK as MD in 2000. He has held the position of President, Quintiles Europe since August 2002 and has more recently assumed responsibility for Innovex commercialization services across the global. As an operational sales and marketing manager in pharma Hywel has first hand experience of, and expertise in, handling the short and long term challenges of maximising the return on investment on a portfolio of products both in the launch phase and throughout the lifecycle of any product. He has experienced significant change in the industry over the past 30 years and is able to use this expertise to understand the specific challenges facing individual customers and to work with them to develop innovative sales solutions.

Bringing more than 20 years of industry experience, Jim is currently the Global Head of Operations for Innovex . He works closely with Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies to ensure that the best methodologies, systems and performance management operations are in place to provide the consistent delivery of Key Sales Performance Indicators established for each unique project. Among his specialties is the implementation of operating methodologies and systems that support cross-border, multi-country expansions. Jim and his team also provide a continuum of total commercialization services that can fill in the infrastructure gaps that may exist in your core sales, marketing and post-launch capabilities to help drive customer-specific needs and objectives. Jim is well suited for his Global Operations role having experience in the US, Canada and UK with Roche, Boehringer Mannheim and Parke Davis over the past 23 years. With Quintiles he has successfully led numerous global expansions for established Pharma and emerging Biotech companies based out of the US or Europe. Jim's previous affiliation prior to joining Quintiles was as the Head of Pharmaceuticals for Roche, UK where he was successful in raising the level of performance of his assigned region resulting in consistent double digit annual growth. Jim splits his time working between Quintiles Bracknell UK office, and our Innovex US Headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey.

Chairman. Mr. Haley founded the Company and served as President from 1972 to 1988 and Chief Executive Officer from 1988 through 1999. He has been a director and Chairman since the Company's inception in 1972.

Kenneth J. Roering, Director, is Professor of Marketing in the Carlson School of Management of the University of Minnesota. He occupied the prestigious Pillsbury Company-Paul S. Gerot Chair in Marketing from 1983-2002. He served as Chairman of the Marketing Department at the University of Minnesota for five years and prior to that at the University of Missouri. He has served as visiting professor or distinguished guest lecturer at numerous universities in the United States and Europe. Since June 2006, Prof. Roering has served as Executive Vice President of Strategic Management at Marshall Bank First Corporation. He earned his doctorate from the University of Iowa and has published more than 70 articles in professional journals, written two books and edited three collections of scholarly writings. He has received several awards for his research accomplishments and has served on numerous editorial review boards of scholarly journals including, the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research and Journal of Marketing and Public Policy. Dr. Roering has been a consultant to numerous corporations such as American Express, 3M, Cargill, Carlson Companies, TSI Inc, Pillsbury, Motorola, MTS, US Bank, and Whirlpool Corporation. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of eighteen private and public companies during the past 25 years and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Arctic Cat Inc. (Lead Director), Innovex Inc. and RaveSports Inc. He has been active in a number of non profit organizations including St. Johnsota.

Mr. Wipuchanin is currently serving as a director and the Chairman of the Audit Committee for United Palm Oil Industry Public Co., Ltd. and a director and member of the Audit Committee for Siam Makro Public Co., Ltd. Inaddtion, Mr. Wipuchanin serves as a director for both Precious Shipping Public Co., Ltd. and Dharmniti and Truth Co., Ltd. Mr. Wipuchanin was a Senior Executive Vice President for the Export-Import Bank of Thailand and was employed by the Export-Import Bank of Thailand from 1998 through 2003.
