Terry Dauenhauer was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer in December 2007 after having been appointed to the Board of Directors in October 2007. He joined Innovex in January 2004 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Innovex, he spent five years with Seagate Technology as Vice President of Thailand Operations and World Wide Product Performance. Prior to that, he was President and Director, AlphaSource Electronics, Alphatel, Alphatec Electronics and NS Electronics from 1993 to 1997. Chris Pepler has over 20 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He began his pharmaceutical career as a sales representative at Fisons and was rapidly promoted through a series of sales and marketing positions before being appointed as a Divisional National Sales Manager in 1984. In 1993 Chris joined Schering Plough in the UK where he oversaw 3 national sales forces. In all his pharmaceutical company roles Chris increased the performance of his sales teams and was instrumental in driving sales force excellence. Neil began his career as a sales representative over 20 years ago and has worked with world-leading pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer and GlaxoSmithKline. He also has served as a senior executive for UK-based home healthcare and medical device companies. Neil earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Applied Biological Sciences at Bristol, UK. Neil joined the company in 1997 and has served in positions of increasing responsibility including Managing Director, Quintiles, Greater China. As Vice President of Medical and Health Management Services for Innovex, Dr. Stewart H. Rosen focuses on developing strategic alternatives to traditional pharmaceutical sales models. He oversees the management, training and deployment of Clinical Educators and Medical Science Liaisons who help prescribers facilitate diagnoses, improve treatment regimens, enhance patient compliance and improve outcomes. Prior to joining Quintiles in 2000, Dr. Rosen's industry experience included management positions at Knoll Pharmaceutical Company with responsibilities in the areas of medical marketing, managed care, government affairs and retail distribution. Dr. Rosen also has experience as a practicing clinician, in the area of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Rosen earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, Mexico and completed his clerkship at Jamaica Hospital in Queens, New York. He presents regularly at national industry meetings and lectures on the topic of Alternatives to Traditional Pharmaceutical Sales Models. Hywel Evans has over thirty years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He began his career as a sales representative for Schering UK prior to joining what was ICI and is now AstraZeneca. He followed the traditional sales career ladder progressing from Medical Representative to Regional Manager and ultimately Sales & Marketing Director over a period of fifteen years. Hywel then joined Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals Limited as Sales & Marketing Director and was subsequently promoted to Managing Director. In 1997 he joined Takeda UK Limited as Managing Director prior to joining Innovex UK as MD in 2000. He has held the position of President, Quintiles Europe since August 2002 and has more recently assumed responsibility for Innovex commercialization services across the global. As an operational sales and marketing manager in pharma Hywel has first hand experience of, and expertise in, handling the short and long term challenges of maximising the return on investment on a portfolio of products both in the launch phase and throughout the lifecycle of any product. Kenneth J. Roering, Director, is Professor of Marketing in the Carlson School of Management of the University of Minnesota. He occupied the prestigious Pillsbury Company-Paul S. Gerot Chair in Marketing from 1983-2002. He served as Chairman of the Marketing Department at the University of Minnesota for five years and prior to that at the University of Missouri. He has served as visiting professor or distinguished guest lecturer at numerous universities in the United States and Europe.
