Dean Factor was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He attended American University were he received his BS in Business Administration, and USC where he earned his MBA in Finance. Upon graduating from USC, Dean founded Smashbox Studio with his brother, Davis.Smashbox has grown into a worldwide cosmetics company that is distributed in over 50 countries around the world. Dean is the acting CEO of the business and oversees all business matters relating to the company. Dean is on the Board of Innovo Group (INNO: nasdaq), chairs the compensation committee, and is on the audit committee. Dean lives in Bel Air, California with his wife, Shannon, and their daughter, Claire.

Suhail Rizvi, has served as a member of our Board of Directors since April 2003. Since 2004, Mr. Rizvi has served as founder and Chief Investment Officer of Rizvi | Traverse Management LLC and related funds. Mr. Rizvi has over twenty years of private equity investing experience for his own account and as a fiduciary for institutional investors through various entities or funds as founder, principal or manager. Mr. Rizvi also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of AG Holdings, a diversified investment company with interests in various manufacturing companies and as a member of the Board of Directors of International Creative Management, Inc., a global talent and literary agency. Mr. Rizvi received his B.S. degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and sits on the Wharton Undergraduate Executive Board.

Thomas O'Riordan has served as a member of our Board of Directors since April 2006. Since March 2007, Mr. O'Riordan has served as Chief Executive Officer of American Sporting Goods Corporation, a privately held manufacturer and retailer of athletic footwear with such brands as And1, Avia, Ryka, Yukon, Triple 5 Soul, NSS and Nevados. Since October 2006, Mr. O'Riordan has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Cutter and Buck (CBUK), a publicly traded consumer apparel brand company. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. O'Riordan acting in an executive consulting and advisory capacity to the senior management team of Fila Holding Company, a publicly traded manufacturer and retailer of branded footwear, apparel and accessories, and to other investment advisors and funds in the retail and consumer products sector. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. O'Riordan served in various executive management capacities with Fila Holding Company, ultimately serving as CEO from 2003 to 2004. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. O'Riordan served as Director of Operations of Adidas America, a publicly traded manufacturer and retailer of branded athletic footwear, apparel and accessories. Mr. O'Riordan received his B.S. degree in Marketing and Management from Rider University.
