John Lowrey is Chief Executive Officer of Chi-X Global Inc. Mr. Lowrey was previously a Managing Director of Nomura International plc, where he had global responsibility for electronic trading and strategy. He was also a member of the European Equities Management Committee. Prior to Nomura, Mr. Lowrey served as Lehman Brothers' Head of Electronic Trading in Europe, as well as global co-head of Prime Services Product Management and Quantitative Prime Services. He joined Lehman in 2002. After starting his career in the early 1980s with Goldman Sachs, where he ran equities trading in London for four years, he then was a co-founding partner of Weiss International Management, a global hedge fund based in the United States, and managed this and a successor hedge fund business for over 10 years. Mr. Lowrey is a graduate of Georgetown University.

Jonathan Kellner is President of Instinet, LLC with responsibility for managing Instinet's brokerage operations and business strategy in the Americas. Mr. Kellner, previously Instinet's Head of U.S. Sales Trading, joined the firm in 2007 when the U.S. Equity Trading Desk of Nomura Securities International, Inc. (NSI), a subsidiary of Instinet's corporate parent, Nomura Holdings, Inc., was integrated into Instinet's U.S. operations. Mr. Kellner held a variety of positions at NSI after joining in 2003, most recently Managing Director responsible for U.S. Equity and Global Portfolio Sales and Trading. Prior to his tenure at Nomura, Mr. Kellner spent time in several senior trading and technology positions at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., Investment Technology Group, Inc. and Morgan Stanley.

Tom Vogel is Chief Financial Officer of Instinet, Inc. with responsibility for the global finance function for the company. He has been with Instinet since July, 2004. Mr. Vogel has 20 years' experience in the financial services industry. Previously, he was managing director for RBC Dain Rauscher, supporting both the brokerage and asset management businesses of the company. He also has extensive experience in start-up and joint venture situations in both distribution and product origination firms. He started his career at Ernst & Young in Minneapolis. Mr. Vogel holds both BSc and MBA degrees from the University of Minnesota. He is a licensed CPA (inactive) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Venu Madhav Palaparthi is serving as the Chief Compliance Officer of Instinet LLC, USA, subsidiary of Nomura Holdings, Inc. Venu Madhav has previously worked as Vice President of Business Audit and Risk Assurance in Instinet, Director- Audit in Reuters, USA. He received MBA from University of Texas, Masters degree in Economics and Bachelors degree in Computer Science from BITS, Pilani.

Tony Mackay is Chairman of Chi-X Global Inc. and Instinet Europe Limited, where he utilizes his 30 years' experience in helping each business develop its franchise. In 2004 Tony became CEO of Instinet Europe where he established and was the founding CEO of Chi-X Europe and then Chi-X Global. Prior to that, Mr. Mackay was President and CEO of Instinet Japan and head of Instinet Asia, where he was actively involved in the development of an alternative market for Japanese equities and the sponsorship of independent research boutiques. Earlier, based in London and Hong Kong, he established Instinet's Asian operations in Europe and Asia respectively. Mr. Mackay began his stockbroking career in 1980 in Australia and has worked for both traditional and electronic brokerage firms on three continents.
