Hussein Enan has been Chairman of the Board of InsWeb Corporation since founding the company in February 1995, and has held the title of Chief Executive Officer from inception to June 2002 and again since August 15, 2004. Mr. Enan also served as President of the company from May 1999 to June 2000. Prior to InsWeb, from November 1970 to March 1979, Mr. Enan held a number of executive positions at BEP International, a Canadian reinsurance intermediary, before becoming a Senior Partner at the Company. In 1979 he founded Enan & Company, which became one of the largest reinsurance intermediaries in the western United States. From March 1992 to November 1994, he was a General Partner at E.W. Blanch, a reinsurance intermediary with which Enan & Company merged in March 1992 and which went public in 1993 on the NYSE (EWB), and was since acquired by Benfield, a British publicly traded company. Mr. Enan spent the early part of his career at C.T. Bowring & Company in London. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the American University in Cairo, Egypt, his native country.

John Cadigan is Chief Technology Officer for InsWeb Corporation. Mr. Cadigan is responsible for technical operations and facility infrastructure. Mr. Cadigan joined InsWeb in 1999 from Cigna Financial Institution Services. While at Cigna (1993-1999), he served as the Director of Technology and was responsible for all technical aspects of the operation and the implementation of new services. Before his time at Cigna, Mr. Cadigan worked at Saddleback Community College and served in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Cadigan has a B.S in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine.

Kiran Rasaretnam joined InsWeb in March 1999 and is InsWeb’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Rasaretnam is responsible for overall oversight of the financial operations of the company. Before joining InsWeb, Mr. Rasaretnam was the regional actuary and finance director for the largest region of the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company. While at Fireman’s Fund (1990 to 1999), he also held several pricing actuary positions in both the personal and commercial lines operations. Mr. Rasaretnam became a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society in 1998. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1990 with a B.A degree in Applied Mathematics with an emphasis in Statistics and Economics.

Steve Yasuda joined InsWeb in December 1999 as Manager, Budget and Reporting and has been the Corporate Controller since September 2001. On September 2004, he was promoted to Vice President, Corporate Controller. On April 16, 2007, Mr. Yasuda took on the additional role of Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Yasuda is responsible for all accounting related functions for of the company. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Yasuda worked in the operations accounting department of Electronic Arts. Mr. Yasuda graduated from California State University, Fresno in 1990 with a B.S degree in Business Administration, with an Accounting option and has been licensed as a CPA since August 1994.

Adam Cherubini joined InsWeb in November 1999 and is the Senior Vice President of Client Development. Mr. Cherubini is responsible for the growth of the AgentInsider platform as well as developing other relationships that will serve to broaden InsWeb's distribution network. Before joining InsWeb, Mr. Cherubini worked as a broker for Willis-Corroon as well as held underwriting/sales functions at The Travelers and CIGNA. He has a B.S. in Psychology from Denison University and an MBA in Finance from the University of DePaul.

Brad Cooper is the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Advertising for InsWeb Corporation. Mr. Cooper oversees direct marketing, advertising, and the consumer experience here at InsWeb. Prior to joining InsWeb in September 2000, Mr. Cooper began his career with Price Waterhouse as a certified public accountant. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.

Eric Loewe is General Counsel and Secretary for InsWeb Corporation. Mr. Loewe oversees all legal and corporate compliance matters for the company. Before joining InsWeb in October 1998, Mr. Loewe was Senior Counsel for the National Association of Independent Insurers, providing legal and government affairs advice to the association's 570 member insurance companies. Mr. Loewe holds a BA from Loyola University Chicago and a JD degree from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is a member of both the Illinois and California bar associations, and is on the Board of the Sacramento Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
