Simon Pincus leads the Product Management and Product Marketing team. Simon joined Intec through the acquisition of ADC's billing software group in 2004. Simon has more than 17 years experience in the billing and customer care market, predominantly focused on telecommunications. Simon has held senior roles in product management, product marketing, development management and sales in Saville Systems, ADC and Intec.

Ms. Ward has served as a director of SYSCO since September 2001. She is an Outside Managing Director of Intec Telecom Systems PLC. In 1968, Ms. Ward founded, and later served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Computer Generation Incorporated, which was acquired by Intec Telecom in December 2000. Ms. Ward is also a director of Bank of America, Equifax Inc., Flowers Foods, Inc., Matria Healthcare, Inc., PRG-Schultz International, Inc., Sanmina-SCI Corporation and Anthem, Inc. She is a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation and Stock Option Committee.

Peter is chief executive of HBS Ltd, a private equity owned business process outsourcing company focused on the UK Public Sector. He has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunication industries both in the UK and globally. He is a non-executive director of High Speed Office Ltd (UK) and Cablecom GmbH (Switzerland). Peter was president and chief executive of Colt Telecommunications PLC between 2000 and 2003. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of Concert Communications, based in Virginia, USA. Peter has held a number of director level positions in telecom companies in the UK and Europe. He is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Electrical Engineers, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, a Liveryman of London (Worshipful Company of Information Technologists) and holds a first class honours degree in Computer Science.

Reece joined Intec on 1 January 2009. Reece was previously Chief Operating Officer at Steria for their Enterprise Applications Solution Business. He has a wealth of experience in IT service delivery, strategic partnering, general management, and business development across multiple customer segments. Over the last 11 years, Reece has gained extensive experience in a professional services environment where he has led the delivery of complex ERP software programs. Additionally, he holds in-depth knowledge around implementing and managing shared services and building competitive IT capabilities and propositions. Reece is accountable for Intec's Professional Services business globally and responsible for all service activities across our region.
