Integral Development Corp.

Curt DiSibio joined Integral in June 2005. He is responsible for all of Integral's finance, operations and human resources functions. Prior to joining Integral, Curt was vice president of finance and chief financial officer of Acta Technology, a data integration software company. At Acta Curt led a $25 Million private financing and later managed the sale of the Company to Business Objects. Prior to Acta, Curt was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Saratoga Systems, Inc., a CRM software company. Curt also was CFO and part of the founding team of InVision Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: INVN, recently acquired by General Electric), where he led the initial public offering in April 1996 and a follow on offering in May 1997. Mr. DiSibio also was CFO of ELXSI (NASDAQ: ELXS) and worked for CPA firm Hemming Morse, Inc. He holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree from Azusa Pacific University, an MBA from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jay Green joined Integral in November of 2005. Prior to joining Integral, he was Head of Capital Markets e-Commerce and FX Prime Brokerage at SG Corporate & Investment Banking in New York. Before joining SG CIB Jay was a Partner at Carolina Financial Group, a boutique investment banking firm specializing in raising capital for early stage technology firms. Prior to working at Carolina Financial he held sales and trading management positions at Citibank, British Petroleum and Nationsbank. Jay holds a BA in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs from Miami University (Ohio) and is located in Integral's New York office.

Michele Pace joined Integral in August 1996. Prior to joining the firm, Michele was employed for more than twenty years by Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce/Wood Gundy, the second largest bank in Canada. From 1989 to 1996, she was Managing Director of Technology for the Financial Products division, which encompasses all the Bank's derivatives financial products. Prior to this, Michele ran the Bank's Retail and Corporate Banking Mainframe Systems which were responsible for 24 x 7 operational support.

Paul Calhoun joined Integral in May, 2000. He is responsible for the engineering efforts surrounding Integral's core technologies. Prior to joining Integral, Paul was Vice President, Engineering at Envive, an E-commerce performance company. He also spent 11 years working for Tandem Computers in various senior management engineering and product management roles. Paul holds a BS in Computer Science from Berkeley.

Jay Gabeklis is a research analyst responsible for quantitative equity research and modeling. Prior to joining Smith Group, he was a quantitative equity analyst at Discovery Management, a long/short equity hedge fund in Dallas. He also worked in derivatives risk management at JP Morgan and Integral Development Corporation and was a software engineer for BusinessThreads, Inc.

Patrick joined Integral in September of 2005. Prior to joining Integral, he was President, CTO and Founder of Long View International. Before starting Long View, Patrick was President and Founder of Renaissance Software Inc. Prior to that, he was Manager and Software Architect at Sun Microsystems. Patrick holds a BSEE from the University of Maryland, an MSEE from Stanford University and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Systems from Stanford Unversity. Patrick is based out of Integral's Mountain View office.

Jack Acosta is chairman of the board. He has also served as a member of the board of directors and as chairman of the audit committee since March 2004. He is an independent director and the audit committee financial expert. Acosta was previously a member of the board of directors, chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the governance committee of Docent Inc. He also currently serves on the boards of Commerce One and Integral Development. Acosta served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance for Portal Software from February 1999 until September 2001. In addition, Acosta served as Secretary for Portal Software from February 1999 through April 1999. From July 1996 to January 1999, Acosta served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Sybase, Inc., a database company. From December 1994 until July 1996, Acosta served as Vice President, Engineering Services, Integration and Business Management of Sybase. From March 1993 until December 1994, Acosta served as President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of Tanon Manufacturing, Inc., a manufacturing and engineering services company. Prior to March 1993, Acosta held various management positions at Ungermann-Bass, Inc., Atari, Inc., Diablo Systems, Inc., and Ford Motor Company.
