JAY HIGHAM (49) became President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2006 and was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since June 2004. He was appointed a director of the Company, effective January 24, 2006. In October 1994 Mr. Higham joined the Company as Vice President of Marketing and Development and in January 1999, was promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Development. He earned a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Rochester and a M.H.S.A. from George Washington University.

Dan Doman was named President of IntegraMed America’s Vein Clinics Division in June 2008. Dan had been the Chief Financial Officer of Vein Clinics of America (VCA), which was acquired by IntegraMed in 2007. Prior to joining VCA, Dan was a Managing Director at Health Dimension Group, a Minneapolis-based management and consulting firm. He was also the Partner-in-Charge of the Chicago healthcare practice of BDO Seidman, LLP, and held other healthcare finance-related positions. Dan is a graduate of Loyola University and a CPA. He was named President of Vein Clinics Division after the retirement of Kush K. Agarwal, founder of VCA and President of the division after its acquisition.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Hlywak was Senior Vice President and CFO of MedSource, a healthcare company based in Nashville, Tennessee. From 1995 through 1997 he was a principal with The J. William Group, Inc., a healthcare merger and financing advisory firm where he played a pivotal role in placing buyers with sellers, structuring, negotiating and closing on health care transactions. Mr. Hlywak, a CPA, began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. where he was an expert in auditing and consulting nationally. Most recently he was Partner-in-Charge of the Philadelphia office's healthcare practice group and a Member of the National Healthcare Industry Practice Team for the firm.

ANGELA GIZINSKI (57) joined the Company in April 2006 as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Gizinski was Director, Human Resources with Sara Lee Branded Apparel, now known as Hanesbrands, Inc. Her 18 years of experience in the apparel business have involved maintaining continuity of human resources for the business as it transitioned through mergers and buy-outs. In her most recent position she had responsibility for merging human resources into one design operation for the New York Design Center operations for Playtex and Bali brands. Ms. Gizinski has an Associates Degree from Bay Path College and a BA in Human Resource Management from Fairfield University.

Claude E. White joined the Company in March 1995 as General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. In January 1998, Mr. White became Corporate Secretary, in addition to General Counsel, and in May, 2002 became a Vice President. Mr. White has served as General Counsel of several major companies over a period of 10 years prior to joining the Company, including Burns International Security Services, Inc., Staff Builders, Inc. and Quality Care, Inc. Mr. White received his B.A. degree in Political Science from Rutgers College and J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law.

Ms. Schumann was promoted to President of the Consumer Services Division in 2007 after serving as Vice President of Consumer Services. She joined IntegraMed in 2001 to help launch the Company's consumer services initiative. Before joining the Company, Ms. Schumann was Vice President of a physician-focused managed care consulting firm where she spent 8 years. Ms. Schumann has extensive experience in healthcare marketing, GPO operations and physician practice development. Ms. Schumann received her BA in Marketing from University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.

VIJAY REDDY (40) serves as Vice President, Information Systems. Before joining the Company in 2003 as Manager of Technical Operations, Mr. Reddy was Director of Infrastructure & Technology for Lifetime Television in New York. He also has held management positions in Information Systems with Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Conde Nast Publications, Viacom and Schlumberger. He has over 16 years of infrastructure and technology support experience specializing in Service Delivery and Call Center Management. Mr. Reddy has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from St. John's University, and he is a certified IEEE Computer Systems Engineer.

Dr. Timmreck received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rush Presbyterian St Luke's Medical Center in Chicago and her fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Boston IVF. During her fellowship, she was an Instructor at Harvard Medical School from 2001 - 2003.

Dr. Michael Tucker is Scientific Director and Co-Founder of Georgia Reproductive Specialists in Atlanta. He is also Laboratory Director at Shady Grove Fertility Reproductive Science Center in Rockville, Md.; Off-site Laboratory Director at the Mississippi Fertility Institute in Jackson, Miss.; Off-site Laboratory Director at Reproductive Associates of Delaware in Wilmington, Del.; Scientific Consultant at IntegraMed America in Purchase, NY; Scientific Consultant at Reproductive Science Associates in Mineola, Long Island, NY; Scientific Director at Fertility Centers of Illinois in Chicago, Ill.; and Off-site Laboratory Director at Maine Reproductive Health Center in Portland, Me. Dr. Tucker has published more than 125 peer-reviewed papers and speaks internationally on the topic of infertility and IVF. His research interests include assisted reproductive technologies and IVF, as well as oocyte and embryo cryopreservation.

Dr. Samuel E. Brown, the first RE in the state to pioneer robotic gyn surgery for infertility treatment, also has extensive experience in male infertility and fertility preservation.
