Mr. Caliel has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since July 2006. From 1993 until he joined the Company, Mr. Caliel was employed by Invensys, a global automation, controls and process solutions company, where he served in a variety of senior management positions, including his most recent position as President, Invensys Process Systems. Prior to becoming President of Invensys Process Systems, he served as President of its North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa operations from 2001 to 2003.

Since joining as Chief Financial Officer in April 2007, Raymond Guba has worked to significantly enhance the capital structure of the corporation, including expansion of the company’s surety facility to $325 from $150 Million. Mr. Guba is responsible for all corporate finance activities including accounting, audit, acquisitions, financial planning, investments, tax and treasury. With an extensive senior management career in finance, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Krayton Polymers, LLC a $1 billion global chemical company. Prior to joining IES. Mr. Guba enjoyed a 19-year career with General Electric, Co., where he held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility including positions with GE Energy, a General Electric Co. subsidiary, as Chief Financial Officer for their Installations and Field Services business. Mr. Guba’s experience includes responsibility for strategy formulation and execution; financial reporting; financial planning and analysis; acquisition due diligence and integration; cash flow management; and contract negotiations around the globe. Mr. Guba holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and English from Rutgers University and is a certified public accountant.

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Robert Callahan leads all employee benefit, employee retention, talent acquisition, career development and advancement programs for IES employees. Mr. Callahan joined the company in 2001 and was appointed Vice President of Human Resources in 2004. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2005. Prior to joining IES, Mr. Callahan enjoyed an 11-year career with the H.E. Butt Grocery Company where he served as Director of Human Resources. Mr. Callahan served as a faculty member at the University of Texas at San Antonio where he taught Employment Law, Human Resources Management and Business Communications. Mr. Callahan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Loyola University in Chicago and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

As Vice President of Marketing since August 2007, Edjuan Bailey has successfully created a cohesive brand identity while increasing name recognition for IES. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Bailey held the position of Senior Vice President, Marketing for Centex Homes Corporation where he led the marketing organization of its largest homebuilding division. Previously, Mr. Bailey served in executive marketing positions at Aeroexchange, EZ2get.com and senior marketing roles at Federal Express Corporation and CF, Inc. Mr. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Texas in Arlington and an MBA in marketing and executive management from The University of Tennessee.

In the role of Group Vice President for the IES Industrial business group since January 2008, Jim Robertson has worked to increase the client base, profitability and business diversity across the group. Prior to joining IES, Mr. Robertson enjoyed a 20 year career with General Electric, most recently as General Manager for GE Industrial Services, a $520 million provider of installation, repair, and replacement services for high voltage switchgear, transformers, motors, drive systems and hydro turbine/generators. During his tenure with GE, Mr. Robertson also held responsibilities for a wide variety of service businesses within the GE Energy Services organization. Mr. Robertson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from California Polytechnic University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Johnny A. Menninga , 57, was Group Vice President of the Company from December 2007 until October 2008 when he was named Vice President and Division General Manager of IES Commercial, Inc. ("IESC"). From October 2007 to October 2008 he was Vice President of IESC and a Regional Operating Officer of the Company from July 2005 to December 2007. Mr. Menninga was also president of Menninga Electric from the date of its inception in 1977 until August 2005 when he was named Chief Operating Officer of that entity and served in that position until September 2007 when it was merged into IESC. Effective November 1, 2008, Mr. Menninga assumed the position of Vice President and Division General Manager.

As Group Vice President for the IES Residential business group, Richard Nix has successfully managed the consolidation of the residential group locations, expanding profitability through toughening market conditions. With a long career in the residential electrical service sector, Mr. Nix served as President of Houston-Stafford Electric from 1999-2002, IES’ largest residential company prior to the reorganization before rejoining the company in 2004. Mr. Nix was an instrumental part of building many of the Houston-Stafford Electric Divisional Operations throughout his service with the company. Mr. Nix holds a BBA from Dallas Baptist University and Master Electrician licenses in Houston, Dallas and the state of Georgia.

Tom Vossman assumed the role of Group Vice President for the IES Commercial business group in November 2008. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Insituform Technologies Inc., a leading provider of proprietary trenchless technologies to install, maintain and rehabilitate underground pipes for the municipal, oil and gas and mining sectors. Previously, Mr. Vossman held senior leadership positions at American Residential Services and Encompass Services Corporation. Mr. Vossman holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations Research from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master’s Degree in engineering/economic systems from Stanford University. He served in the US Army Corp of Engineers for more than eight years.

Mr. Luke was previously Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Fire Protection Group, Inc., a private company involved in the design, fabrication, installation and service of products in the fire sprinkler industry, from 2001 until April of 2005. From 1997 to 2000, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of former NYSE-listed Encompass Services and its predecessor company GroupMAC. Previously, Mr. Luke has held key positions in product development, marketing and executive management, both domestically and internationally, in numerous publicly traded companies. Mr. Luke currently serves on the Board of Directors of American Fire Protection Group, Inc. and is a director of Cable Lock, Inc., which manages the affiliated Olshan Foundation Repair companies. He also has prior experience as a board member of numerous public and private companies in various industries. Mr. Luke holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Drake University, attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University Graduate School of Business and was a Captain in the U. S. Air Force.

Mr. Welsh is President of Avalon Capital Partners, LLC, a private investment vehicle, a position he has held since January 2003. From October 2000 until December of 2002, Mr. Welsh was a Managing Director of CIP Management, LLC, the management entity for a series of venture capital partnerships affiliated with Rothschild, Inc. Mr. Welsh has been a director of General Cable Corp. since 1997, and Non-Executive Chairman since August 2001, and is a member of General Cable Corp.'s audit committee.

Mr. Lash is a member of Tontine Associates, LLC, a private investment fund. From 2002 through 2005, Mr. Lash served as a senior managing director of Conway, DelGenio, Gries & Co., LLC, a financial advisory firm. From 1998 through 2001, Mr. Lash was a Managing Director within the Global Mergers and Acquisitions of JP Morgan Chase, an investment banking firm. Mr. Lash is also a director of Exide Technologies, a manufacturer of batteries, and Neenah Enterprises, Inc., a manufacturer of iron castings.
