Bonner has overall responsibility for program management and technical operations and for managing the production of the Proton Breeze M in conjunction with ILS partner Khrunichev, to ensure quality hardware is delivered on time. Bonner has more than 28 years of multidiscipline engineering and management experience in spacecraft and launch vehicle design, manufacture, test and launch. Prior positions include launch vehicle program director at ILS and Lockheed Martin, as well as factory test manager for the Atlas/Centaur with General Dynamics Space Systems.

Martin Summers is International Social Accountability Manager at British American Tobacco, working in their global headquarters in London. He has been with British American Tobacco since September 2000, covering a range of regulatory and reputational issues, and was previously the Industry &Government Affairs Manager for the UK subsidiary of the American pharmaceutical company, Merck & Co, Inc. He has also worked at the CATO Institute and the Institute of Economic Affairs. Most recently he led the private sector work stream on customs administration reform for the Commission for Africa. He is a graduate in Philosophy and Politics from the University of Warwick.

London, he is responsible for leader columns in all the FT's editions, working with editorial staff around the world to produce relevant and timely comment on the most important issues each day. Joining the FT in 1991, he has held several positions, including banking editor, consumer industries editor, features editor and public policy editor. His first jobs in journalism were on Which? magazine and Assessment. Before that, he was an economics teacher. In the Business Journalist of the Year awards in March 2002, John was named the winner in the banking category. He was Financial Journalist of the Year at the 2001 British Press Awards and winner of the Norwich Union Healthcare/Medical Journalists' Association Awards in 1998.

Bishop joined The Economist in 1991 as Economics Correspondent and then to the Britain Section as Britain Correspondent. In 1997 he moved to New York to become American Finance Editor and then appointed New York Bureau Chief.
