Howard Naphtali is Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Naphtali joined ITG in 1997 from Reuters America, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer as well as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Quotron Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reuters.

Mr. James ("JT") Tillman provides strategic oversight and planning for large-scale Management Engineering studies. In addition, he develops study proposals and performs independent reviews, develops and instructs Management Engineering training courses and performs market analyses to promote automated study practices. Mr. Tillman holds a Master of Science in Management Systems from the Florida Institute of Technology and a BS in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri-Rolla. His more than twenty-five years of Management Engineering experience includes working as an industrial engineer for a major farm machinery manufacturer, performing Management and Efficiency Studies at Headquarters Army Materiel Command and performing training, consulting and research in Management Engineering, Total Quality Management and Economic Analysis at the Army Management Engineering College (AMEC). From there, Mr. Tillman went on to start his own company, NewTech Business Solutions, Inc., which merged with ITG in 1998. Mr. Tillman has near encyclopedic knowledge of Management Engineering, particularly in relation to Competitive Sourcing via OMB's Circular A-76. At ITG, he continues to design new tools for Management Engineering software and conduct consulting projects, as he has done in other organizations since 1986.

Tony Huck is a Managing Director and Co-head of ITG's sales and trading group. In this capacity, Mr. Huck is responsible for ITG's electronic trading services. Mr. Huck joined ITG in 1994 as a Vice President responsible for portfolio trading. Prior to ITG, Mr. Huck managed domestic and international program trading in the equity derivatives group at Nomura Securities International.

Mark Wright is a Managing Director and the Global Head of Product Management. He joined ITG in 1992 and has held several roles including manager of the software development organization for ITG and chief information officer of the company. Previously, Mr. Wright was a Director of software development at Inference Corporation.

Angelo Bulone is a Managing Director and Controller at ITG. In this capacity, Mr. Bulone is responsible for ITG’s accounting operations, including corporate tax, treasury, financial management information systems, risk management, and financial and regulatory reporting. Prior to joining ITG in 1997, Mr. Bulone held the position of Vice President and Controller at I/B/E/S International, Inc.

Mr. Barton has over 25 years of experience in management and engineering. He holds an MBA from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial (Management) Engineering from Iowa State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Before joining ITG, Mr. Barton managed projects, engineering, facilities and business for a large utility company, and was a leader or key member of several improvement teams at both the enterprise and facility level there. Mr. Barton's duties include developing new business, managing client relations, and overseeing multiple projects at the program-level for consulting services, training and internet-hosted software services. These services provide comprehensive solutions in Activity-Based Costing/Management, Enterprise Resource Management, Business Process Improvement/Redesign and Workforce/Productivity Management. His work is characterized by his conscientious, yet calm, approach.

Array

David Beutel is an associate of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and works in the Munich office. He is a member of our ITG - international tax practice group and specialises in German and international taxation of businesses. David was born in Kaiserslautern (Germany) in 1978. He completed his legal education at the universities of Augsburg (Germany) and Vancouver (British Columbia, Canada). Before and during his legal clerkship, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Economic Law, European Law, Conflicts of Law, and Comparative Law at Augsburg University. David joined the firm in 2006 and speaks German, English and French.
