Since beginning operations in January 1999, IntelliDyne has become one of the fastest growing privately held services firms in the D.C. metropolitan area. Starting out with the development and implementation of custom solutions for video teleconferencing, networked computing, and wireless LANs, IntelliDyne has vastly expanded the breadth of its services and solutions to satisfy continually increasing demands from its clients. At the beginning of 1999, IntelliDyne provided program management services, conducted site surveys, and developed an interactive E-commerce web site for supporting the configuration, integration, and installation of over 2,800 workstations to 11 different medical centers around the United States as part of the Air Education and Training Command (AETC) Computer Lease program. This work expanded to providing an additional 400 workstations for 375th Medical Group at Scott AFB Hospital and several remote clinic locations. IntelliDyne provided on-going support, maintenance, and asset disposition services to the sites. In mid-1999, IntelliDyne began commercial industry market penetration and by August won its first commercial contract with the world's third largest antiques and collectibles auction house. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Alfieris was employed at EMC Corporation as Divisional Vice President and General Manager of the Federal Systems Division. Through his leadership, EMC?s Federal Systems Division grew substantially and continues to be the federal market leader in Information Lifecycle Management solutions and services. Over his 20 year tenure with EMC, Mr. Alfieris worked in Customer Service, Systems Engineering, and multiple Sales Management roles before leading EMC?s efforts in the federal government market. Katherine Reina Virdi was born in to a culturally diverse family, her mother is a native Washingtonian with Irish roots and her father is Colombian. Her dual cultural heritage and life began her love of multicultural lifestyles and understanding the diversity of communication methods. This theme has continued throughout her education and career. Katherine continued this passion by achieving double majors in French Studies and International Studies from the University of Richmond. She then completed a Masters of Arts in French Studies and a Masters of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) within 3 years. Additionally, Katherine holds two globally recognized certificates; one in French Translation and the other to teach English as a Second Language. Katherine's career has spanned the non-profit, commercial and government contracting sectors. Her career started in the non-profit sector where she was quickly promoted to Editor of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacies monthly newsletter, AACP News. Katherine then transported the knowledge and expertise she had gained and moved over to the commercial sector where she was Communication Manager for a privately held consulting company. In 1999, Katherine was hired by Axiom to support the Communication & Customer Services Directorate of the TRICARE Management Activity. She was responsible for all front-end user content on the Military Health System's website that consists of hundreds of thousands of pages. Katherine's client base expertise was then sought after by IntelliDyne, a federal government contracting company offering Information Technology services and solutions. And in 2001 she joined IntelliDyne as the Web Development Manager where she was responsible for the technical (back-end) development the Military Health System's website. She managed a team of web developers located in Virginia and Colorado. In 2002, she was promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources and was responsible for implementing and establishing IntelliDyne's HR department. In 2005, Ms. Virdi was promoted to Executive Vice President/Chief Personnel Officer. As part of IntelliDyne's executive management team, she has significantly contributed to the IntelliDyne's growth and expansion by seeking out exceptional talent who are able to seamlessly meld in to IntelliDyne's culturally diverse employee base.

Steve Psarakis is responsible for overseeing IntelliDyne's Department of Justice business unit. This unit works with the DOJ in providing requirements management, application development, and information technology services and has specialized expertise in biometric systems, litigation case management systems, large data warehousing, and digital imaging technologies that play an important role in meeting the strategic goals of the DOJ in battling terrorism and fighting crime. Mr. Psarakis joined IntelliDyne in 2001 as IntelliDyne's Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Before joining IntelliDyne, Mr. Psarakis served as Vice President of Marketing and Professional Services at RateIntegration, a leading provider of rating and pricing software solutions for telecommunication and content service providers. At RateIntegration, he established the company's marketing organization, product development processes, and professional services functions. Earlier, at Vector Research Incorporated (now part of Altarum), his responsibilities included client relationships and proposal development. At Vector, he also helped establish the company's new federal health care unit. His career includes sixteen years in information systems development and consulting, fourteen of those designing solutions for the Military Health System. As a Senior Engineer at Vector, he was responsible for developing command control functions for the HCFA, and for designing and implementing leading-edge performance measurement systems for the DoD. Mr. Psarakis holds a Masters of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Joe Felber manages all day-to-day operations and IT projects for the DoD's Advanced Technology Innovation Center (ATIC). An IntelliDyne managed operation since 2000, the ATIC serves as an independent technology research, product evaluation and integration center dedicated to improving the operational efficiency of the Military Health System (MHS). In this capacity, Mr. Felber oversees several teams of information system professionals. Before joining IntelliDyne, Mr. Felber spent three years in GE's Global Exchange Services as a Program Manager for Extranet Solutions and Professional Services. As Program Manager, he was responsible for the development and integration of web-based, global electronic software applications that increased clients' supply chain efficiencies and market share potential. Prior to GE, he spent six years at Electronic Data Systems in various client management, operations, technical support and network engineering positions. Mr. Felber's most significant success at EDS was managing the implementation of an ATM Wide Area Network for the National Guard Bureau. Mr. Felber served four years in the U.S. Army, from 1987 to 1991. He was a Battalion/Support Officer in Doha, Kuwait, and served as a Platoon Leader during Operation Desert Storm where he received the Bronze Star Medal for Meritorious Service. Mr. Felber received a Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Science degree in Telecommunications from George Mason University.

As a Senior Vice President and Program Manager, Scott Peterson is responsible for senior management oversight and all operational functions for the Health Affairs/TRICARE Managed Activity Network, an IntelliDyne managed operation since 2000. Mr. Peterson joined IntelliDyne in July 2003 after retiring from the United States Army with over 29 years of experience. As an Army officer, he held progressively responsible senior managerial and operational positions covering a wide variety of personnel, resource, and systems administration management. His last position on active duty was as Division Chief, Combat Arms Career Division, Enlisted Personnel Management Directorate, U.S. Army Personnel Command, Alexandria , VA., directing six branches responsible for managing approximately 100,000 personnel in the Army's Enlisted Personnel Management system. He is an accomplished leader and manager with a proven track record for motivating individuals and teams engaged in complex, problem-solving situations. Mr. Peterson joined the company as the Asset Manager, but was shortly moved into the position of Operations Manager and then made the HA/TMA Program Manager and promoted to Senior Vice President in the spring of 2005. He holds a Masters of Science degree in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University, a Masters of Arts in Management from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in General Science from the University of Iowa.
