Bonnie L. Herron is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Intelligent Systems Corporation with responsibility for financial and SEC reporting, legal and contract matters, strategic planning, corporate governance and due diligence. Ms. Herron is also Executive Director of the Gwinnett Innovation Park, the company's incubator facility.
In April 2005, Ms. Herron was named "Woman of the Year in Technology" for businesses under $500 million by the Woman in Technology Association in Georgia, in recognition of her many years of leadership in and contribution to the technology industry and its entrepreneurs.
Ms. Herron is past chair and a two term member of the board of directors of the National Business Incubation Association. She sits on the board of the Atlanta Venture Forum, the Steering Committee of the Gwinnett Technology Forum and on the board of directors of several of the Company’s private ventures. She is a past director of the American Electronics Association (Southeast chapter), the Technology Association of Georgia and the Advisory Council of Georgia's Intellectual Capital Partnership Program and past chair of the Growth Capital SIG and Entrepreneurial SIG.
Prior to her present position, Ms. Herron was the General Manager of Datavue Corporation, Director of Planning at Quadram Corporation and Director of Planning at Intelligent Systems Corporation.
Ms. Herron spent 10 years as a Director of Athletics at several secondary schools in Ontario, Canada.
Ms. Herron received a B.A. in education and a B.A. in physical education from the University of Toronto and a M.B.A. from Mercer University.

J. William (Bill) Goodhew is Vice President of Intelligent Systems Corporation.
In 1995, Mr. Goodhew was inducted into the Georgia Technology Hall of Fame. He was named Entrepreneur of the Year in 1990 and Software Executive of the Decade in 1993 by the Southeastern Software Association. Mr. Goodhew is immediate past Chairman of the Georgia Tech Alumni Association.
Prior to joining Intelligent Systems Corporation in 1997, Mr. Goodhew was President of Peachtree Software, a former Intelligent Systems company, which was sold to ADP in 1994. Prior to Peachtree, Mr. Goodhew was Vice President of Management Science America. He also held positions with Honeywell Inc. prior to joining MSA.
Mr. Goodhew served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Navision Software A/S, a publicly traded software company headquartered in Denmark, now owned by Microsoft. He has also served as a director of publicly traded Ross Systems, Inc.
Mr. Goodhew has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Software Publishers Association, Chairman of the Board of Advisors of Georgia Tech’s College of Computing, Chairman of the southeast division of the American Electronics Association, Director of the Technology Association of Georgia and Director of several private companies.
Goodhew received a B.S. in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mr. Marks is also President of ChemFree Corporation, a company in which Intelligent Systems is the majority investor. Mr. Marks joined Intelligent Systems in 1982 as Vice President of Product Line Planning. He has held executive roles at both domestic and international companies in which ISC had held financial interests. For the past five years, Mr. Marks' main responsibility has been for all aspects of the ChemFree operation. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Marks spent 26 years at IBM where he held executive positions including Director of Organization, Director of Product Programs and Director of Application Development. Mr. Marks is active in community affairs, having served on the advisory councils of the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta, Smith Foundation Boys Scouts of America, and local school and civic associations. Mr. Marks received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Gretzel is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Recreation, Park & Tourism Sciences at Texas A&M University and Director of the Laboratory for Intelligent Systems in Tourism. She received her Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds a Masters degree in International Business from the Vienna University for Economics and Business Administration. Her research focuses on persuasion in human-technology interaction, the representation and strategic marketing of sensory and emotional aspects of tourism experiences, and issues related to the development and use of intelligent systems in tourism to support travelers' information search and decision-making processes. In addition, she studies the motivations, attitudes and behaviors of consumer communities, including RV travelers.
