As Intelsat's chief operating officer, Mr. James Frownfelter is responsible for the overall management of the company's operations including engineering, fleet development, network operations, digital video services, space systems, product development, and sales & marketing. Prior to joining Intelsat in 2006, Mr. Frownfelter was the President and Chief Operating Officer of PanAmSat where he oversaw global operations as well as technical offerings which included a fleet of 24 satellites and 22,500 miles of fiber. While at PanAmSat, Mr. Frownfelter also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, leading the overall operation of its global satellite fleet and associated terrestrial facilities. Mr. Frownfelter's association with PanAmSat dates back to 1996, when he was a Senior Manager at Philip A. Rubin & Associates consulting firm in Washington, D.C. He was instrumental in developing PanAmSat's current fleet deployment strategies as well as satellite and launch vehicle procurement activities. Mr. Frownfelter was officially hired as PanAmSat's Vice President of Space Systems in July 1998 where he managed all aspects of satellite design and acquisition processes, as well as the placement of satellites in orbit. He also oversaw the acquisition of additional orbital roles and the deployment of significant terrestrial infrastructure to support PanAmSat's global network. Mr. Frownfleter holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and attended UCLA to study Satellite Design and Operation.

Phillip Spector leads business development activities, as well as all legal and regulatory matters, within the Intelsat group of companies. His responsibilities include the negotiation and structuring of strategic ventures and acquisitions; government affairs and regulation; the procurement of spacecraft and launch services; compliance with antitrust, securities and export laws; and the provisioning of satellite capacity worldwide. Mr. Spector joined Intelsat in 2005 from the international law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he was the managing partner of the Washington office and the Chairman of the firm's Communications & Technology Group. Mr. Spector has a strong background in the satellite sector, having represented in private practice Intelsat, other major satellite operators, users of substantial satellite capacity, and major satellite manufacturers. The former Chairman of the American Bar Association's International Communications Committee, Mr. Spector was recognized by European Counsel as "the leading satellite specialist in Washington," and was profiled for his "skilled legal work" in American Lawyer. Mr. Spector clerked on a federal appeals court and for Justice Thurgood Marshall of the U.S. Supreme Court, before serving in the White House as Associate Assistant to the President. Mr. Spector has co-authored the book Communications and Technology Alliances, has written numerous articles and speaks regularly on satellite and communications topics, and has served on the boards of directors of several companies. Mr. Spector graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he received a BA degree, with highest honors. He then went to Harvard University, where he received a master's degree in public policy and a law degree, magna cum laude. While at Harvard, Mr. Spector was Supreme Court Editor of the Harvard Law Review. Intelsat is the leading provider of fixed satellite services (FSS) worldwide. Francis Latapie specializes in the international satellite telecommunications industry, including liaison activities with governments, regulatory bodies, international organizations, and commercial communications entities in countries around the world. Mr. Latapie has extensive experience in all aspects of satellite telecommunication projects, including planning, financing, procurement and commercial operations. Most recently Mr. Latapie was Vice President of Government & Regulatory Affairs for Astrolink LLC, where he was responsible for the resolution of commercial policy and regulatory issues associated with the worldwide introduction of the Astrolink system, a Ka band digital geostationary satellite system providing on-demand, two-way interactive broadband services. These included commercial access to national markets, identification of in-country service providers, development and negotiation of service provision agreements, licensing of space segment, gateways and satellite equipment, respect of national sovereign rights, and type approval of earth stations equipment. Prior to Astrolink, Mr. Latapie was Vice President of Government Affairs for Iridium LLC, where he was responsible for the resolution of commercial policy and regulatory issues associated with the worldwide introduction of the Iridium system, including spectrum availability, licensing of space segment, gateways and satellite equipment, access to national markets, identification of in-country service providers, development and negotiation of service provision agreements, respect of national sovereign rights, global type approval and free circulation of handheld equipment. Mr. Latapie is also a 21 year veteran of INTELSAT, where he served as Director of External Relations, responsible for all liaison activities with governments, investors and users of the INTELSAT system with regard to the ITU and all international standard setting organizations. In addition, Mr. Latapie managed all corporate and marketing communication functions and was responsible for spectrum availability and the intersystem coordination of all satellites of the INTELSAT network. He also managed all INTELSAT training, education, assistance and development programs for telecommunication growth in developing nations (over 250 projects in 118 countries). Mr. Latapie holds a Master's in Economics from the University of Paris and was a Fulbright Scholar. He is Fluent in French, English and Spanish.

Aaron J. Stone has served as a Director since September 2006. Mr. Stone is a partner of Apollo Advisors, L.P., which, together with its affiliates, acts as managing general partner of the Apollo Investment Funds, a series of private securities investment funds, where he has worked since 1997. Mr. Stone also serves on the board of directors of AMC Entertainment Inc., Educate Inc., Hughes Communications, Inc., Intelsat Holdings, Ltd., and SkyTerra Communications, Inc., and also on the board of managers of Hughes Network Systems, LLC.

Andrew D. Africk has served as a Director since November 2001 and serves as a member of the audit committee and as chairman of the compensation committee. Mr. Africk is a partner at Apollo Advisors LP, which he joined in 1992. He serves on the boards of directors of Intelsat Ltd., Hughes Communications, Inc., TerreStar Networks Inc. and SkyTerra Communications, Inc. Donald H. Gips has served as a Director since May 2002 and is a member of the audit committee. Mr. Gips is Group Vice President, Global Corporate Development for Level 3 Communications, Inc., which (''Level 3'') he joined in 1998. Mr. Gips also serves on the board of directors of MindSpeed Corporation. Prior to joining Level 3, he was Chief Domestic Policy Advisor to United States Vice President Al Gore from January 1997 to April 1998. Mr. Gips also served as Chief of the Federal Communications Commission's International Bureau from January 1994 to January 1997 and as an Executive Manager at McKinsey & Company from September 1989 to December 1993. Jeffrey Leddy has served as a Director since April 2003. Mr. Leddy currently serves as a director of SkyTerra Communications, Inc. since December 2006, and had previously served as its Chief Executive Officer and President from April 2003 until December 2006, as its President and Chief Operating Officer from October 2002 to April 2003, and as its Senior Vice President of Operations from June 2002 to October 2002. Mr. Leddy is currently Chief Executive Officer of HUGHES Telematics, Inc. a position he has held on a salaried basis since December 2006. From June 2005 to February 2006, Mr. Leddy served as President of Hughes Communications, Inc. and from November 2005 to February 2006 as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Leddy also served as President of Miraxis LLC from January 2001 through September 2005. Mr. Leddy worked at EMS Technologies from 1980 to 2000 and held a number of engineering and management positions there, including serving as the President of EMS's operating unit from 19 93 to 1998. Mr. Leddy is also a director of Hughes Communications, Inc., HUGHES Network Systems LLC and HUGHES Telematics, Inc.

Prior to joining MDP, Mr. Grissom was with Bain Capital, Inc. in private equity, McKinsey & Company, Inc., and Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Grissom concentrates on investments in the communications sector and currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Cbeyond Communications, LLC, Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation, Intelsat Holdings Ltd., and the Childrens' Inner City Educational Fund.

James N. Perry, Jr., Managing Director - B.A., University of Pennsylvania; M.B.A., University of Chicago. Prior to co-founding MDP, Mr. Perry was with First Chicago Venture Capital for eight years. Previously, he was with The First National Bank of Chicago. Mr. Perry concentrates on investments in the communications industry and currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Band-X Limited, Cbeyond Communications, Inc, Cinemark, Inc., Intelsat Holdings Ltd., MetroPCS Communications, Inc., Sorenson Communications Holdings, LLC, Univision Communications Inc., and Catholic Relief Services.
