As chief executive officer of InterAct Public Safety Systems, Mr. Collins, age 43, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and executing the strategic vision of the company. Mr. Collins has worked in the computer industry for 25 years, and has spent the past 17 exclusively working in software businesses.Prior to joining InterAct, Mr. Collins founded MissionMode Solutions, Inc. in 2003, a crisis management and communication system used globally by companies to execute and coordinate business continuity and emergency response plans. Fortune 500 companies in a wide variety of industries rely on MissionMode on a daily basis including airlines, retail chains, oil and gas exploration and refinement, financial institutions, nuclear plants and homeland security agencies as well as police, fire and EMT. Like InterAct Public Safety Systems, MissionMode is a member of the SilkRoad Equity family of companies based in Winston-Salem, NC.Mr. Collins has also been a leader in many technology companies including, PLATINUM technology, OpinionWare, and Divine, Inc.

Mr. Wroten, 41, is responsible for driving InterAct's infrastructure initiatives. He holds more than 15 years of experience in product development and senior management roles within the technology industry. Prior to joining InterAct, Mr. Wroten served as the vice president for technology infrastructure services at divine, inc. Mr. Wroten joined divine through the acquisition of NetUnlimited, an integrated full-service provider of Internet services and computer network solutions, where he was the founder, president and CEO. In recognition of his strong leadership and notable success in the technology field, Mr. Wroten was designated one of the Triad's Top Ten People to Watch, a finalist for the Ernst & Young Carolina's Entrepreneur of the Year, and he has also received numerous awards including the North Carolina Small Business Person of the Year and the Triad's Top 40 Under 40 Leadership Award. Mr. Wroten's civic affiliations include the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce Technology Council, where he served as chair and the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce, where he served on the Board of Advisors. He also holds memberships with the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, the Winston-Salem Science and Technology Roundtable, Techcentricity, Piedmont Club, and !dealliance.

As chief technology officer, Mr. Fetherolf, age 53, is responsible for overseeing the strategic development and integration of all products affiliated with SilkRoad companies, including InterAct's industry-leading public safety systems. Mr. Fetherolf has played many roles over the course of his 24 years in corporate IT, consulting, and the software business including programmer, software architect, project manager, seminar instructor, consulting branch manager, entrepreneur, product manager, product development executive and eBusiness creator. He believes that information technology will succeed in the market when visionary leaders and expert managers creatively align diverse elements of technology, marketing, sales, finance, service, and business operations.

Ms. Filipowski, age 36, brings her marketing expertise to InterAct Public Safety Systems to highlight the company's image as a superior public safety systems provider. Ms. Filipowski has been in the marketing business for almost 15 years and has proven herself a savvy marketing mind. She planned conferences and events for companies such as PLATINUM technology and the Vail Valley Arts Council. She was also the founder and CEO of MeetHead, an online resource for meeting and event planners before becoming marketing programs director at divine, inc. After divine, Ms. Filipowski joined SilkRoad technology as the director of marketing. Ms. Filipowski has achieved a bachelor of arts in communication from the University of Illinois.

Prior to joining InterAct as executive vice president of International Operations, Paul was president of USA Operations at ClearPace Software Ltd. He has also spent time as an independent consultant working with various companies to develop and implement strategies and systems for sales and marketing, human resources, project management, customer support (CRM), and training. Previously, Paul was CEO of Alterna Technology Group, the leader in Cash and Liquidity management for large corporations. Paul was a co-founder and the President of International Operations, for divine, inc., where he was responsible for the sales, marketing, and technical support for operations in 22 different countries. Prior to joining divine, Mr. Tatro served as the executive vice president of international operations for PLATINUM technology. While at PLATINUM, Tatro, who was a member of the founding team, established and grew the company's international presence in 52 countries, dramatically expanding international revenues to $350 million. While there he concurrently held a position as managing director of Platinum Venture Partners, a venture capital investment firm specializing in Internet and technology startups.

As senior vice president of product engineering, Mr. McDowall, age 45, implements software engineering techniques to maximize the usability and stability of InterAct products. Since August 2003, he has managed the engineering efforts of InterAct's crises management and communication software, MissionMode Solutions, which is SilkRoad Equity financed company. From 2002-2003, Mr. McDowall acted as the chief operating officer of illumineX, inc., where he was responsible for the day-to-day management of the company in the areas of profit and loss, development, marketing initiatives, product direction and corporate strategies. Mr. McDowall managed the growth and success of PLATINUM technology, inc.'s desktop management division as vice president from 1998-1999. At PLATINUM, Mr. McDowall was a member of the Senior Architecture Board, which was responsible for the company's overall technical direction. He has secured five patents pertaining to the area of software system architecture and he is also the co-creator of UUM SIGNET, which handles all Usenet connectivity issues between the Internet and the state of Minnesota . In past years, Mr. McDowall has received the 3M-Creativity Award and Bausch & Lomb's National Science Award.

Mr. Hawkes, age 46, provides leadership to business development and he also oversees the entire InterAct sales team. Over the course of his 15-year tenure in sales, Mr. Hawkes has personally been responsible for selling over $1 billion in large-scale software systems in security, networks, client/server and mainframe technologies. He previously served as area vice president at PLATINUM technology, inc., where he handled the global account group of 50+ for some of the largest accounts in the U.S. (i.e. Philip Morris, DuPont, GE, Coke). Mr. Hawkes also managed the financial verticals, state and local business, and was a part of the federal program. As senior vice president at divine, inc., he managed 100+ sales managers. At NetScreen/Juniper, Mr. Hawkes was responsible for driving $100 million in revenue.

As senior vice president for InterAct's TrueSentry line of surveillance and security solutions, Mr. Quintas is responsible for driving the technology and product strategy for large-scale video surveillance and security deployments for public safety and homeland security. His experience and expertise has been focused on building high-growth businesses in enterprise software and launching innovative technology solutions. Mr. Quintas has also served as chief technology officer for SilkRoad technology and in other various positions for the portfolio companies of SilkRoad Equity. Prior to SilkRoad technology, Mr. Quintas served as director of technology for divine inc., where he was responsible for the technical architecture, development, and delivery of divine's collaboration solutions and core software infrastructure. He also co-founded and served in entrepreneurial positions in technology startups focusing on high-volume transactional financial solutions and in areas focusing on Java development tools. In 1998, he authored an integrated Java development environment that won the prestigious JavaOne '98 Best-of-Show Award.

Chad Brymer, 38, is responsible for leading and managing InterAct Systems GIS team; a core group of professionals responsible for managing all aspects of GIS project management including; data services, training, customer support and product management. Mr. Brymer has over 15 years of industry leadership and GIS expertise and has managed over 500 GIS E-911 Public Safety projects. When Mr. Brymer joined InterAct in 1999 he was tasked with restructuring and growing the GIS division. In his tenure he implemented new methodologies that translated into increased revenue and an increase in overall customer satisfaction. Mr. Brymer started his GIS career with Wellsco, Inc., a leading services provider to the telecommunication industry. He then joined Network Design Engineering, a leader in 911 GIS M&A services, where he held key positions as project manager and GPS manager. Mr. Brymer has an aptitude for utilizing emerging technologies, coordinating between multiple agencies and delivering customer's the highest level of customer service resulting in successful GIS project implementation. Mr. Brymer holds a B.S. in Geography and minor in Sociology from the University of Central Arkansas.

Tim Bigwood, 32, is responsible for leading and managing InterAct's Public Safety Systems Delivery team, which manages, assembles, delivers and installs all of InterAct's products. Mr. Bigwood brings to InterAct over ten years of leadership and technology expertise. Additionally, Mr. Bigwood brings to InterAct comprehensive knowledge around national and local public safety due his to work in National Defense and Homeland Security level, National Health/Bio-terrorism preparedness, and treatment initiatives down to the state, municipal and local levels. In 2007, Mr. Bigwood joined InterAct's Capture team to provide support for customers with funding and grant requests as well as coordinate implementation and post-sales activities. Prior to joining InterAct, he served as a program manager at Lockheed Martin where he managed the Division of the Strategic National Stockpile (DSNS), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Mr. Bigwood also served as a Signal Officer and Paratrooper in the United States Army from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Bigwood holds a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Richmond and earned his commission through its ROTC program.
