Stuart J. Clark served as president and chief executive officer of Interactive Data and as it existed prior to its merger with Data Broadcasting from 1995 until March 2009. Since the merger with Data Broadcasting in 2000, revenue, net income and net cash provided by operating activities grew steadily each and every year. Under Clark's leadership, Interactive Data expanded its offerings through both internal innovation and strategic acquisitions to establish itself as one of the industry's largest providers of financial market data, sophisticated analytics and related solutions that can meet an expansive range of customer needs.

Laurie Adami, President of Interactive Data Fixed Income Analytics, has been with the business since 1984. Since joining in 1984, she has both acted in and overseen numerous areas of the business including sales and marketing, business development, product management, and client relationship management. She served as Chief Operating Officer of Interactive Data Fixed Income Analytics from 1997 through 1999, and has since served as President. Prior to joining the company , Ms. Adami worked in the Trust Department at The Bank of New England (now Bank of Anerica/Fleet) in Boston where she was involved in fixed income portfolio management.

Raymond L. D'Arcy became president and chief executive officer of Interactive Data Corporation in March 2009. Mr. D'Arcy has served in a variety of executive roles during his three decades with Interactive Data Corporation. Prior to being appointed president and chief executive officer, Mr. D'Arcy was president of Interactive Data's sales and marketing organization. In this role, Mr. D'Arcy has led the unification of Interactive Data's two largest institutional sales, account management and client service organizations, and played an instrumental role in refining and building the Interactive Data brand across the Company's Institutional Services segment. During his tenure with Interactive Data, Mr. D'Arcy has been successful in driving new sales, championing the introduction of innovative new offerings, and building enduring relationships with many of the world's foremost financial institutions. Throughout his career at Interactive Data, Ray D'Arcy has held a number of senior-level sales, marketing, product management and finance positions. After spending his first four years as manager of financial and management reporting, Mr. D'Arcy transitioned into the product management organization, building the Company's presence within the US mutual fund industry. He then advanced into regional and national senior sales executive roles within the organization, becoming vice president of global sales and marketing in 1999. Mr. D'Arcy became president of the Data Delivery Business in 2002, where he helped integrate the Company's largest institutional sales and product development teams, sponsored the introduction of innovative high-value services and helped create the Major Accounts Group to centralize client-facing activities for some of the Company's largest and most strategic customers. He became president of Interactive Data's sales and marketing organization in 2006, leading key initiatives that have advanced new institutional sales, further fortified existing customer relationships and elevated the Company's stature in the financial information industry. Mr. D'Arcy earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from Boston College, where he was also the captain of the ice hockey team. He later obtained an MBA in finance from Babson College.

Andrew J. Hajducky III joined Interactive Data as executive vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer in June 2006. In this role, Mr. Hajducky is responsible for overseeing Interactive Data’s financial operations, human resources, corporate information systems, corporate planning, purchasing and investor relations. Mr. Hajducky brings 30 years of experience to Interactive Data, having served in a variety of key senior management, financial and advisory roles. Prior to joining Interactive Data, Mr. Hajducky was executive vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer and secretary for DirectoryM Inc., a venture capital-backed online directory technology company. Before that, he was executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer at Centre Path Network, Inc. (formerly Giant Loop Network, Inc.). From 1995 through 2001, Mr. Hajducky served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of CMGI, Inc. (NASDAQ: CMGI) where he played an instrumental role in supporting the company’s rapid growth, directing an array of mergers and acquisitions, and investment activities, and leading its finance and accounting organization. While at CMGI, he also served on the board of directors for a number of CMGI’s private and public companies. Prior to CMGI, Mr. Hajducky was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP, where he established and grew the firm's mergers and acquisitions practice in New England. His work experience also includes serving as chief financial officer of Mountain International Company/Accu-Tel, Inc. after starting his career as an auditor at Price Waterhouse LLP and Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Mr. Hajducky, a Certified Public Accountant, received a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College and currently serves on Bentley’s Board of Trustees.

As chief operating officer of Interactive Data, John King is responsible for leading operations, content gathering and creation, and development activities across Interactive Data’s businesses. Mr. King was appointed to this position in September 2005. Mr. King also serves as chief operating officer of Interactive Data Pricing and Reference Data, the Company’s largest business. As chief operating officer, a position he held since 1999, Mr. King manages a global business of more than 800 employees charged with the implementation of a new generation of products and services designed to leverage technology and the Web to penetrate new target market segments. Since his appointment to chief operating officer of Interactive Data Pricing and Reference Data, Mr. King has presided over substantial growth, multiple acquisitions and numerous market expansions, while increasing efficiency and integration through consolidation of key systems and organizations, and by instituting global initiatives to develop new and innovative products. With nearly 30 years of experience in the financial information industry, Mr. King has been directly responsible for achieving improvements in operating costs while preserving and enhancing the company's performance. Among his achievements, Mr. King led the integration of Muller Data's operations into Interactive Data in 1999. As a result, the combined entity has achieved industry-leading positions in every fixed income asset type, as well as substantial operating cost reductions.

Stephan Wolf is Interactive Data’s chief technology officer. In this role, Mr. Wolf is responsible for formulating and directing the Company’s global information technology strategy to support the Company’s data collection, delivery and product development organizations. He was named to this position in July 2008. Prior to becoming Interactive Data’s chief technology officer, Mr. Wolf served as chairman of the executive board of Interactive Data Managed Solutions, which is part of Interactive Data's Real-Time Services business. In this role, Mr. Wolf was responsible for leading the development and implementation of key product, sales and business development strategies and working closely with other Interactive Data executives to expand this business around the world. He had served in this role since Interactive Data acquired IS.Teledata in mid-December 2005. IS.Teledata was renamed as Interactive Data Managed Solutions in July 2006. Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Wolf had served as CEO and then spokesman of the executive board of IS.Teledata, which was formed in 2003 when IS Innovative Software GmbH merged with Onvista Technologies GmbH. Mr. Wolf was a co-founder and managing director of IS Innovative Software. Since 2002, Mr. Wolf has been on the board of the eFinance Lab, a joint research project of universities, leading IT companies, financial services providers and consulting firms. The interdisciplinary project advances the industrialization of the financial sector by deploying modern network information and communication systems. Mr. Wolf has joined the Accreditation Agency for Study Programs in Engineering and Informatics (ASII) in 2001. As a member of the Technical Committee for Information Management, he contributes to the development and revision of teaching standards at German universities.

Andrea H. Loew is executive vice president and general counsel of Interactive Data Corporation. Since joining the Company in 1996, Loew has been responsible for overseeing legal services for the company's global organization, currently consisting of four core businesses and 2,300 employees worldwide. In this senior management position, she provides business and legal guidance in all business areas, including acquisitions, alliances, dispositions, SEC compliance and reporting, corporate governance, licensing, antitrust, human resources and intellectual property. Previously, Ms. Loew was an equity partner with Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott in Boston, Massachusetts, serving as general corporate counsel for a diverse client base. Prior to that, she served as an associate at the Boston based firm of Choate, Hall & Stewart.

As managing director of the Asia Pacific region for Interactive Data, James Farrer is responsible for activity associated with the Company’s businesses across Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore and Australia. His role includes responsibility for leading Asia Pacific strategic planning and relationships, sales & marketing, client service, IT and network, content development and sourcing, product development and financial management. Farrer served as managing director for Interactive Data Asia Pacific before assuming management responsibility for all of the Company’s businesses in this region in November 2004. Prior to joining Interactive Data 19 years ago, Mr. Farrer had extensive business experience in large scale international commodities trading in Asia, the Middle East, the U.S.A. and Eastern Europe.

As managing director, International, Interactive Data, Roger Sargeant is responsible for leading the Company's institutional business outside North America. One of his priorities is to align Interactive Data's resources in Asia Pacific more closely with those in Europe and the Middle East. Mr Sargeant brings extensive international experience in the financial industry to this role. Roger Sargeant was previously managing director of Interactive Data (Europe) from September 2005. During this time, he led the business through strong organic growth, extending the Company's leadership position in the UK and selected continental European markets, particularly in the areas of fixed income and real-time data. Prior to that, Mr Sargeant served as managing director for the Company's European Pricing and Reference Data business for approximately three years. Mr Sargeant joined the Company in 1990 and has held several senior business development positions, including a two-year period in Asia and seven years in North America.

Rona Fairhead was appointed chairman of the Interactive Data Board of Directors in September 2007 and has served on the Board since February 2007. She currently serves as a member of the Board's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Ms. Fairhead is chief executive officer of the Financial Times Group where she is responsible for overseeing the Financial Times, Pearson's international business newspapers and financial magazines, as well as its interests in Interactive Data, FTSE, owned jointly with the London Stock Exchange, and The Economist Group. Ms. Fairhead joined Pearson in October 2001 as deputy finance director, became chief financial officer in June 2002 and was appointed chief executive of the Financial Times Group in June 2006. She serves on the Pearson board and is also a member of the Pearson management committee. She was appointed a non-executive director of HSBC Holdings plc in 2004. Before joining Pearson, Ms. Fairhead was executive vice president, strategy and group financial control and a member of the Executive Board at ICI plc, the international specialty chemicals and paints company. Prior to her six years at ICI, she was a senior executive in the aerospace industry, working for Bombardier/Shorts Aerospace and British Aerospace. In her early career she worked for Bain & Co and Morgan Stanley. Ms. Fairhead has a law degree from Cambridge University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Carl Spielvogel is chairman and chief executive officer of Carl Spielvogel Associates, Inc., an international investment and management company. Ambassador Spielvogel has been a member of our board of directors since February 1996, with a brief hiatus from August 2000 to April 2001, during which he served as the United States Ambassador to the Slovak Republic. Ambassador Spielvogel was chairman and chief executive officer of the United Auto Group, Inc., a publicly owned automobile dealership group, from February 1994 until April 1997. Ambassador Spielvogel currently serves on the board of directors of Apollo Investment Corp., a publicly owned investment company.

Caspar J.A. Hobbs was appointed to Interactive Data's Board of Directors in November 2006. Mr. Hobbs is a co-founder and current chief executive officer of the London-based Mergermarket Group, where he is responsible for overseeing strategy, expansion, sales and marketing, and general management of this financial information company. Mergermarket, which was founded in 1999 and acquired by Pearson plc in August 2006, specializes in delivering mergers and acquisition news and tools, as well as other specialized services to the financial community. Prior to co-founding Mergermarket, Mr. Hobbs worked at Financial News and, before that, he served as an officer in the British Army. He was educated at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst and INSEAD.

Donald P. Greenberg has served as a member of our board of directors since 1996. Dr. Greenberg currently serves as a member of the Board's Audit, Compensation and Independent Committees. Dr. Greenberg has been a professor at Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, for the past 43 years. He is the Jacob Gould Sherman professor of computer graphics and the director of the computer graphics program at Cornell University. In 1987, Dr. Greenberg received the ACM SIGGRAPH Steven A. Coons award for outstanding creative contributions to computer graphics and in 1991 was named a member of the National Academy of Engineering. He was the founding director of the National Science Foundation's Science and Technology Center for Computer Graphics and Scientific Visualization. Dr. Greenberg currently serves on the board of directors of Chyron Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of digital equipment for the broadcast industry.

Myra R. Drucker is chair of the board of Commonfund, vice chair of the board of Sarah Lawrence College, and a member of the investment committee of the Kresge Foundation. She is an independent trustee of the Putnam Mutual Funds, a director of New York Stock Exchange LLC (a subsidiary of NYSE Euronext), a director of Interactive Data Corporation, and an advisor to RCM Capital Management. Ms. Drucker is a member of the Investor's Practices Committee of the President's Working Group on Financial Markets and past chair and current ex-officio member of the New York Stock Exchange Pension Managers Advisory Committee. Ms. Drucker was formerly managing director of General Motors Asset Management (GMAM) and chief investment officer of General Motors Trust Bank. Before joining GMAM, she was chief investment officer at Xerox Corporation, and head of pension investments for International Paper Company. Ms. Drucker's previous years in the investment field include investment consulting at Peat Marwick and pioneering work in the use of quantitatively-based strategies to actively manage equity portfolios for pension and endowment funds. Ms. Drucker served on the NYSE Corporate Accountability and Listing Standards Committee. Ms. Drucker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in literature and psychology from Sarah Lawrence College.

Robert C. Lamb, Jr. was appointed to Interactive Data's Board of Directors in September 2006. He currently serves as chairman of the Board's Independent, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Mr. Lamb is the co-founder, president and chief executive officer of Tercet Capital LLC, which provides innovative and focused financial solutions for individuals, organizations, and institutions based on a time-tested, patent pending investment methodology. Before co-founding Tercet, Mr. Lamb served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of FleetBoston Financial, which was the seventh largest financial holding company in the United States prior to being acquired by Bank of America in 2004. His responsibilities included managing FleetBoston Financial's Corporate Accounting, Business Line Financial Management and Planning, Corporate Tax, and Investor Relations areas. Prior to rejoining Fleet in 2002, Mr. Lamb was executive vice president and chief financial officer of BearingPoint, formerly KPMG Consulting, Inc. He played a critical role in directing the financial strategy of the company with its initial multi-billion dollar public offering in February 2001. Mr. Lamb originally joined FleetBoston in 1986, when he served as controller of Fleet Services Corporation. From 1993 to 2000, he served as executive vice president and corporate controller at Fleet. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Mr. Lamb was a Captain in the U.S. Army where he served in various line and staff positions. Mr. Lamb is also a graduate of the Army's Airborne and Ranger schools. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from C.W. Post Center of Long Island University.

William T. Ethridge has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2001. Mr. Ethridge is chief executive officer of Pearson Education, North America, a position he has held since March 2008. From March 2003 to March 2008, Mr. Ethridge was president and chief executive officer of Pearson's Higher Education, International, and Professional Publishing Group. Since February 2005, Mr. Ethridge has been a member of the Pearson plc management committee. He also serves on the executive board of the Association of American Publishers and chairman of the board of CourseSmart. From January 1999 to March 2003, Mr. Ethridge was president of Pearson's U.S. Higher Education and Professional Publishing Group. Prior to joining Pearson in November 1998, Mr. Ethridge held several positions at Prentice Hall, including heading the editorial and marketing operations for the college division and serving as president of Prentice Hall's sciences and technical publishing operations. Earlier in his career as an editor and editor-in-chief in the field of economics and finance, he signed and published a number of authors who produced leading texts in the field.
