The company's key services include: - Load testing, performed prior to launch of a system or new application to gauge its ability to handle large volumes of customer phone calls or e commerce transactions; and - Availability monitoring, performed on a pre determined schedule to check that systems are available and performing as they should and to provide immediate alerts if issues arise. We are experts at generating calling activity and observing and documenting system performance so you have the data you need to assess your system's performance. We do not sell hardware or software. And most of the tests we perform require no special changes to customer systems or applications and no special equipment at customer sites.
