Sunil Hirani is a co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Creditex, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE). Since its inception in 1999, Creditex has grown into a global market leader and innovator in the execution and processing of credit derivatives. Headquartered in New York City and serving traders at the world's leading financial institutions, Creditex is the first electronic trading platform in credit derivatives and has received numerous awards for its technology and its outstanding service to the industry. Mr. Hirani's approach has expanded Creditex's business globally, including the launch of T-Zero, the leading credit derivatives trade capture and affirmation platform, and Q-WIXX, the award-winning platform for trading large portfolios of single-name credit default swaps for hedge funds and buy side clients. Before founding Creditex in 1999, Mr. Hirani worked at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust, where he was involved with numerous aspects of the over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives business. At Deutsche Bank, he was instrumental in the development of the credit derivatives business in North America. He previously worked as a software engineer at Lockheed, where he designed, developed, and implemented software and hardware systems for the NASA space program in Houston. Crain's New York Business named Mr. Hirani to the "40 Under 40" list in 2006. In 2007, he received the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of The Year Award for financial services. Mr. Hirani is a member of the national council at Washington University, St. Louis, where he serves on the School of Engineering's National Council and Eliot Society. David Peniket is the President and Chief Operating Officer of ICE Futures Europe, the London-based energy exchange that is part of the IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE). In this role, Mr. Peniket oversees all technology, market operations and financial functions at ICE Futures Europe. Dirk Pruis is President of ICE Trust, the wholly-owned credit default swap (CDS) clearing house of IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE). Jeff Sprecher is the founder of IntercontinentalExchange (ICE), serving as the company's Chief Executive Officer since its inception in May 2000 and as Chairman of the Board since November 2002. As CEO, he is responsible for the firm's strategic direction, operation and financial performance. (CPEX) in 1997 to achieve his vision. IntercontinentalExchange was formed in May 2000, with CPEX contributing to ICE all of its assets, primarily electronic trading technology, and its liabilities. Mr. Sprecher spearheaded the assembly of thirteen leading wholesale commodities market participants who became the company's initial shareholders, acquiring equity interests and committing to provide order flow to provide liquidity for the new electronic marketplace. When he had led ICE as a publicly traded company for just one year, Mr. Sprecher was nominated by MarketWatch as one of the five most outstanding Chief Executive Officers, based on a track record for 2006 that included stock price performance, customer service, treatment of employees and corporate-governance initiatives Recognizing the benefits of combining ICE's electronic platform for over-the-counter products with the growing exchange-traded energy derivatives market, Mr. Sprecher negotiated the acquisition of IPE Holdings Plc, owner of the International Petroleum Exchange (IPE) in London in June 2001. The acquisition enabled ICE to create the industry's first cleared OTC products through IPE's clearing provider, LCH.Clearnet. In turn, the IPE began to develop its futures markets on ICE's trading platform and became the first energy commodity exchange to become fully electronic in April 2005. IPE was re-named ICE Futures in October 2005. ICE became a publicly traded company on November 16, 2005 with its listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

Frederick Schoenhut has been a Director of IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE) since January 2007. Mr. Salerno is elected to the Board as of January 1, 2006, having previously served as a director of the former Viacom Inc. since 1994. He is a retired Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Verizon Communications Inc., a position he held from June 2000 to October 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Salerno served as Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Bell Atlantic (Verizon’s predecessor) from August 1997. Prior to the merger of Bell Atlantic and NYNEX Corporation, Mr. Salerno served as Vice Chairman, Finance and Business Development, of NYNEX from 1994 to 1997. Frederick Schoenhut has been a Director of IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE) since January 2007. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of ICE Futures U.S., ICE's regulated futures exchange subsidiary. In 2002, Mr. Schoenhut elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the New York Board of Trade (NYBOT) where he first worked as an intern during summers and college vacations. In September 1980, Mr. Schoenhut formed Copia Trading Co., a coffee futures execution firm on the Coffee, Sugar & Cocoa Exchange trading floor. Following the destruction of its trading and administrative facilities in the September 11 terrorist attacks, Mr. Schoenhut chaired the NYBOT Relocation Committee, which was responsible for finding new facilities for the exchange. Mr. Schoenhut was extensively involved with ICE's acquisition of NYBOT in 2007. Mr. Schoenhut is Vice Chairman of the United States Indian American Chamber of Commerce; Chairman of the Business Council for the Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa Research Association of America; Vice Chairman of the Commodities Floor Brokers and Traders Association; and Treasurer of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Schoenhut earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University.

Jean Marc Forneri has been a Director of IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE:ICE) since November 2002. He is founder and senior partner of Bucephale Finance, a boutique mergers and acquisitions firm specializing in large transactions for French corporations, foreign investors and private equity firms.
